This is the hotel I normally stayed when I travel to London for business. Its service remains good. Highly recommend you to stay.

I stayed in the Sheraton Grand London Park Lane Hotel from 26th-28th October, I booked and prepaid for my room via a large and well known 3rd party booking site. Check in/check out went smoothly with the check in staff confirming that the room had been prepaid. I supplied my credit card for incidentals at check in and was refunded the charge at check out. 10 days later the hotel illegally took £500 from my bank account with no authorisation and with no prior warning. I contacted the manager who informed me that the hotel and the booking site were having some sort of dispute and in his words he 'charge my card so that he could close the matter'. Naturally I was shocked at this level of customer service but more so at how he could think that it was ok to firstly illegally store my banking information and then to illegally arrest funds from my bank account without even so much as contacting me first. I immediately spoke to the booking site who called the hotel directly and rectified whatever issue the two were having. I was told by the hotel on 6th November that they accepted that I should have a refund and that it would be actioned immediately. That was 18 days ago and I have still not received my funds.
This is horrendous customer service. I am a Marriot Bonvoy member and have never received such poor service at any member hotel.
Customer service was really poor, except for the car park attendant! Not a world class hotel but perhaps typically English with unbothered lazy staff. We wanted a cup of coffee and we were told to go from one restaurant to another, to only be told in the 3rd place that the coffee machine had broken down.

Thank you so much to the wonderful team at the Sheraton Grand who made my wife’s ‘big’ birthday weekend celebrations so enjoyable for us and our two children.
The beautiful bottle of champagne and card from the staff when we got into the room was a lovely touch which showed us how we’d absolutely made the right decision to return for such a special weekend.
Thank you so much, we’ll never forget our experience this weekend.

The entire staff was excellent - the Bellmen, dining staff, reception staff and concierge did EVERYTHING possible to make our stay special. Location is convenient with shopping and dining within walking distance. A bit pricey but I would definitely return.

The room size was small and the photos made it look bigger. The shower door did not seal properly so the water leaked into the washbasin area though we did not complain about this as we were there just for 2 nights.
Overall pleased as location is excellent

We prepaid for two rooms, neither was available when we arrived. We had to find another property to stay at for the duration of our stay. No refund was issued for the unavailable rooms
