L'hotel era il luogo ideale per partecipare al Carnevale di Notting Hill e a pochi passi dall'evento e da Hyde Park, tuttavia la stanza era piuttosto piccola e compatta. La reception, il personale delle pulizie e le ragazze della sala colazione erano così amichevoli ed educate!

Sono rimasto completamente deluso dalle dimensioni della stanza, dalla temperatura e dalla pulizia. Per essere onesti, ho fatto il check-in alle 21:00 e il check-out alle 23:00, ecco quanto è stato grave non poter rimanere. Hanno provato a offrirmi una stanza diversa, ma nella prima le luci avevano problemi e nella seconda era persino più piccola della stanza originale, letteralmente due persone non possono stare nella stanza contemporaneamente. Per essere onesti, la maggior parte degli hotel in cui sono stato ha i bagni più grandi di questa stanza. Per quanto riguarda i pericoli e l'igiene, do zero. Sono rimasto sdraiato sul letto per 20 minuti e ho iniziato ad avere prurito. La fodera era strappata.

Davvero non consiglio questo hotel... La camera è piccola, il servizio è nella media, il letto non è molto comodo e l'igiene è nella media... Inutile dire che la stanza è più piccola dell'appartamento per studenti... Si può stare in un hotel molto migliore allo stesso prezzo... Se dovete scegliere questa location, vi consiglio di dare un'occhiata all'Hilton accanto hhh

The hotel location is so good and the service is not bad. The staff asked us if we needed some hot water when we were checking in, he is so nice. But the toilet inside the room was so small, and it took me so long to take a shower and wash my hair. We may choose the hotel again only if we book a larger room.

Hotel Review I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. First, the bathroom was poorly maintained: the trash bin was broken, and the faucet was faulty, spraying water directly onto the power outlet—an obvious safety hazard. Despite noticing that my family was struggling with three large suitcases, and despite having other rooms available, the staff assigned us a room on the 7th floor. This room required climbing additional steps after exiting the elevator, and the room itself even had stairs inside. Such a layout is extremely inconvenient for anyone with heavy luggage or mobility challenges. The room was also uncomfortable. The heating system didn’t work, and the low-quality blankets made it very cold and difficult to sleep at night. Even though we booked a deluxe double room, the space was so small that I suspect we may have been given the wrong room type. Additionally, the hotel entrance has a large step that everyone must climb to access the lobby, making it unfriendly for guests with large suitcases or limited mobility. As we were only staying for two nights and already burdened with a lot of luggage, we didn’t request a room change, but the overall experience was far from satisfactory. Do not be fooled by the hotel’s glamorous lobby photos—they are misleading. I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Love how the hotel.maintained the architectural design and old yet elegant design, from walls to ceiling, the staff were friendly&helpful

A beautiful reception, staff are very friendly and accomodating with early luggage arrivals. Bar staff Yula is fantastic and put up with my crazy mind. Room was warm, small but comfortable enough for one person Bathroom is exceptional... I do not understand the bad reviews. These are just finicky people.

The hotel has an adorable Victorian vibe (I was hoping to be bitten by a vampire there).

The location of the hotel is very nice. The loby is historical and well decorated. The breakfast was good. People were friednly. The room is very small, but clean.

I have stayed in a London hotel where you can not order a hot drink or soft drink to have in the communal areas before 3pm. A missed opportunity. My bed was lump and duvet was old as the inner filling was all located in area meaning that I was very cold for most of the night. When I shared this with reception they apologised but offered no explanation nor compensation for the discomfort. Will not be returning.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good selection of fresh food for breakfast. Last minute booking - Small room was a bit too small.

The hotel is characterised by its proximity to Hyde Park and most of the shops on Queens Way Street. During my stay at the hotel, I suffered from a health problem, in which Mr. Casper was helpful and called the ambulance and was very helpful. It is worth mentioning that the hotel reception the next day I called to follow up on my health condition. All thanks to the hotel and its employees, especially Mr. Casper.

Heated toilet floor is great during the cold mornings. It would be great to have bedroom slippers.
