i will never book again in this hotel. Super dumi, kulang kulang yung mga amenities nila. Walang pake yung mga staff. Always lang nag lalaro sa fon while the customer is asking, walang mga manners. Habang kinakausap nag cecelphone lang. Train your staff properly naman.

Is not easy to be found , the directions signs hardly seen. Broken tv

The best experience with a nice accommodation

Location is about 10min away from city center but roads going to hotel is very narrow and hard to get a taxi. Staff are not experienced enough to cater guests concerns about their online booking.

far location, no direction indicate going to the hotel. it must have signage from main road to the hotel to make it easier to locate.

I paid for a double room but when I arrived I was told that the information on the website is not correct and that I needed to pay extra for it. I told the manager that I should get a double room as advertised on the website. She told me that I should call the red door owner and I said that the price for the double room should be honored as advertised. The manager reluctantly agreed to my request but in the end made it right.

The worst hotel ever I stay. I can’t believe this hotel is member of RedDoorz. Stuff’s attitude worst. Every staff always play games on cellphone then never care of customers. Room is not clean. Unbelievable RedDoorz hotel.

Nag brown out ng hating gabi. Ang hirap matulog sobrang init. 3hrs nang brown out hindi na inagapan. wala silang like generator for at least sa guest nila. Yung tv, hindi daw gumagana kasi maintenance daw. Even the wifi ang hirap ng connection. Tapos ang daming tambay na lalaki sa labas ng room. Wala ring Toiletries for guest. Ang layo pa sa highway
