**，我去登記的時候，看到我是中國人（這家店歧視中國人），那個前台很不耐煩，讓我站在那5分鐘（當時前台沒有什麼人辦理登記），我不停的催他，他就説讓我坐旁邊等，説房間需要準備，還需要檢查，我就納悶了，我早上定了房間，下午4點鐘來登記，既然説房間沒準備好，讓我坐旁邊等10分鐘。後來看我發火了，然後他ma的就把房卡給我了。後面我打電話問前台問洗衣服務，由於語言不通，一會就來個洗衣人員把衣服收走，拿出一張單子，讓我寫個房間號和名字。我用翻譯軟件反覆問是不是按上面收費的，按這個價格收費我就不洗了，那個服務員一直説不知道，就把衣服往袋子裏裝，然後我老婆沒看單子，以為也不會很貴，就把衣服給洗衣服務人了，服務員也沒有跟我確認有幾件衣服或者什麼衣服。然後過了沒多久，前台打電話來説洗衣服收費82萬越南盾，我説這麼貴不需要洗了，前台回覆説已經在洗了，不能取消，****，就是強行消費詐騙，專門針對中國人。

Mình đặt phòng cho dịp đặc biệt quay lại đây nên có yêu cầu đặc biệt về phòng được các bạn hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình. Spa hoàn hảo. Các bạn take care cả người đi cùng. Nhà ăn với mình hơi lạnh. Bữa sáng phong phú.
