I find spa days odd if this is normal. Maybe this is a me thing. £70 to sip camomile tea in a not very warm room with the lights down (I could have murdered a coffee but they didn’t “do” coffee in the spa. Coming from a luxury hospitality background and it being a high-end hotel, I would have thought someone might have offered me one); the jacuzzi again was not all warm and nice so my muscles still wouldn’t relax and then there is a steam room with eucalyptus. The sauna is separated m/f so i didn’t bother because I went with a male friend and the point was to chat… we ended up having more tea. There is no swimming pool but there is a gym. Fair enough if you want that. My starters had no flavour at all. The main was nice and right for the moment and my Irish coffee was delicious. The building wowed me and everything is in very good condition. Staff are down to earth, smart and friendly. The set menu was worth doing. I don’t know how this competes with other hotels but had the spa been warmer I would certainly have been happier. I feel £70 for that part of the day is money for old rope. When I think about it we spent about £20 an hour to be in a nice building and have a £30 two course meal. I think that’s quite a lot. The spa could do with some personality, warmth, music… having tables cleared more often (it wasn’t busy)… something other than going room to room in a towling robe.

We booked a quick one night here after a day travelling so the location alongside St Pancras station was perfect and so convenient for tube and rail links plus a lovely morning wander around Kings cross and Coal Drops Yard. The entrance door was blink and you miss it small with a small reception lobby. However the common areas were stylish and we liked the black and cream design elements upstairs . Rails restaurant was gorgeous for breakfast and the outdoor bar seating great for watching the world go by. All staff were friendly and helpful. So far so good... but... We chose a Heritage King room described as spacious. Despite being one of the largest on the floor plan it was still snug. The bed was a double with no room for a king. The wardrobe had space to hang three items max with the space wasted on big shelves for the fridge and coffee machine so anything longer than a one night stay would prove difficult. This odd use of a small space continued in the stylish bathroom whose huge sink loomed over the toilet seat with the large shower cubicle leaving a tiny floor space for drying afterwards. Small details continued to detract - no-one had checked the tv worked and even after calling maintenance it stayed broken. Half the pumps in the soaps and shampoos didn't work so we had to unscrew them and dribble products out. The windows were great at shutting out the noisy streets below but the aircon felt anaemic even with a tepid English Spring temperature. The pantry was a cute idea but seemed to be just tea coffee and biscuits- with no executive lounge they could use these better with more generous snack themes like small sandwiches or scones for afternoon tea. Overall we felt this hotel was a missed opportunity to use the small Victorian rooms to create some luxury with a series of suites instead. As it stands, I don't think guests can feel the five star luxury in such cramped quarters which is a shame as the design style, location , dining and staff are all top notch. We paid £350 which felt a bit pricey for that experience. I can see why others paying £400-500 get upset, there's just too many compromises So dear Marriott please describe this boutique small hotel better on your website and watch those escalating room rates and your guests will be much happier

La camera non era grande ma elegante, la camera da letto era bella e pulita, siamo stati al primo piano ma così tranquillo, tutti i dipendenti erano così gentili e utili, anche buon colazione, indipendentemente dal semi-buffet o dal ristorante a la carta. E'una esperienza molto piacevole.

Molto pulito e comodo, i mobili sono molto nuovi e lo stile di decorazione è molto piacevole.La porta è un po' piccola, ma lo stile di decorazione del palco è molto inglese! La debolezza è che è un vecchio edificio inglese, tutte le scale non hanno ascensore. La nostra stanza è un po' gustosa sulle scale superiori 😂

Come viaggiatore di diamante elite con IHG, pensavo che le camere fossero date e potessi fare con un piccolo aggiornamento. cose semplici come gli estrattori USB, che sono abbastanza standard nella maggior parte degli hotel IHG, ecc. La nostra camera iniziale era al 5° piano e non ci era stato consigliato che l'A/C non funzionasse. Solo una nota per aggiungere - si può qui la linea del tubo se si è sui piani inferiori, quindi ricordatelo se si è un sonnoletto leggero.

È relativamente vicino alla stazione della metropolitana e alla stazione ferroviaria di Euston. La stanza è piccola e le strutture sono nella media. È equivalente al livello degli hotel espressi nazionali. L'isolamento acustico è molto scarso. Si sente persino il rumore della metropolitana che entra la stazione ogni pochi minuti. Non è bene dormire. Sconsigliato. La cosa più imbarazzante è che al momento della prenotazione, Ctrip e Trip hanno detto entrambi che l'hotel dispone di un bus navetta per l'aeroporto, quindi sono andato lì per restare, ma quando sono arrivato, la reception mi ha detto che potevano aiutarmi a chiamare un taxi per all'aeroporto. Non è troppo confuso? Perché non dice sì? Non avrei prenotato questo hotel senza di esso. Ricorda a tutti di evitare le trappole!

Camera confortevole con un letto grande e un divano. Bagno più grande del solito a Londra, acqua sempre calda con una buona pressione. Nonostante l'hotel si trovi su un viale principale, le camere sono ben insonorizzate. La colazione è buona e varia, così come il menu della cena. Soggiornerò nuovamente in questo hotel.

I love staying at this hotel , wouldn’t stay anywhere else while I’m in London , so close to Euston Station - literally across the road , with many restaurants, shops and green space to relax literally on your doorstep ! Hop on and off bus stop across the road from the hotel to explore London a hot spots ! The staff at this hotel are beyond amazing - from the check in staff to the restaurant staff - especially the breakfast staff and the wide variety of excellent fresh food served ( pancakes are amazing) and made to order …. lots of choice and attentive staff make your mornings a pleasure !! A huge shout out to Karim - what a gent and what a credit to the Hilton … he’s so friendly, caring , professional and nothing is ever a problem when he’s around - each time we stay in London he makes our time there even better !!! The rooms are extremely clean and the beds are just heaven - great showers with beautiful smelling shampoos, conditioners and body wash provided - with the noise reducing windows that make your night quiet and relaxing even in the busy capital ! Great selection of tv channels to entertain you after a long day exploring! Room service fast with a great choice served to your door if peckish after dark ! Great restaurant on site and the food is beautiful and wide range of drinks at the bar - always served with a smile ! Would I recommend the Hilton at Euston - absolutely!!
