Londra: i migliori hotel con palestra

１ Ho vissuto una settimana. La stanza, lo spazio pubblico e lo spazio da pranzo sono molto moda e molto bella. Il personale è anche molto amichevole, aperto, e la nostra coppia inglese cattiva ha ascoltato la mia storia e ha fatto una risposta amichevole. Circa 15 minuti dalla stazione, ma tre minuti a piedi possono arrivare alla stazione di autobus, quindi non c'è problema. Grazie mille. Se avessi una possibilita', voglio fermarmi!

La posizione è perfetta 100/10. La camera del re Deluxe era come annunciato; grande, pulito, comodo, abbiamo avuto una bella vista sulla strada principale al terzo piano, non era al minimo rumore. Le cieche nel bagno erano molto sporche, ma il nostro servizio di custodia quotidiana era molto buono. L'unica cosa di preoccupazione, la nostra stanza è stata prepagata attraverso il trip dot com ma secondo il desk front (che era molto utile), la squadra di prenotazione non l'aveva confermato con loro, quindi abbiamo dovuto fornire la documentazione e attendere ansiosamente durante l'iscrizione Non sono certo che ciò possa portare a un problema più grande durante la stagione di picco, ma siamo ancora grati che tutto sia stato ordinato e che abbiamo la stanza che abbiamo pagato. Mi piace molto l'accoglienza della colazione e il supervisore, sono entusiasti e professionali! 7. La biancheria da letto più apprezzata è il letto largo 1,8 metri, che conosci nel Regno Unito.

Aiutare gli ami a prenotare l'hotel, l'atteggiamento di servizio della reception è eccellente. Il custode è generalmente. Il giorno della partenza ha detto di nascondere la partenza. A circa 12 a.m., il custode non si muove per sdraiarsi e aprire direttamente.

L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione, a mezz'ora dall'aeroporto di Heathrow. C'è una fermata dell'autobus proprio di fronte all'hotel, che porta direttamente a Buckingham Palace. Dall'hotel è possibile raggiungere anche la stazione della metropolitana con una breve passeggiata. 5. Accanto c'è un centro commerciale molto grande. 6. Il servizio in camera è molto lento e di solito richiede assistenza. È davvero un vecchio hotel.

Be careful of being unknowingly charged with a ‘discussionary charge of tips’ (supposed to be A Conpulsory charge of tips, don’t be fool by the name, it is non-discussionary) AFTER CHECKING OUT of the hotel. I was being charged with a discussionary charge of the tips on the credit card automatically without being informed upfront after I checked out and left the hotel. When I checked out, i was informed at the counter that they were closing their account for previous day and they would help me check out my room and email me the invoice of my stay after they finished closing account. As a result, I innocently left the hotel since I thought a 5-star hotel would not have anything gone wrong. However, I was totally wrong until I saw extra charges on my credit card while not receiving any so called invoice from the hotel at all. I then reached out to Trip.com to request for the invoice that they have promised to send to me and it was then I was informed that the extra charges were from a discussionary charge of tips. I wasn’t happy about the way this was done hence I requested for a refund for this since it clearly stated this is a DISCUSSIONARY fee, not a compulsory fee. However, I was informed that this is a Non-refundable fee and my request was denied. Out of so many hotels I have stayed, it is unbelievable that in a 5-Star hotel, I was forced to pay something that wasn’t even being informed upfront. In addition, with the fee name suggested, it is a discussionary charge of tips NOT a compulsory charge of tips, the hotel has forced the customers to pay it as COMPULSORY CHARGE OF TIPS. In addition, the hotel services were very inefficient and lot of rooms for improve. We ordered for an in-room meal and we were told that it would take about half an hour to deliver. Hence we waited, and until an hour later, there was no update on our meal and we had to make a call again to check for the progress of our meal. It was then we knew there was a delay in the meal. By the time we done with our meal, we made the call again to request for someone to collect the plates, we literally waited for more than an hour and had to call twice before someone came to pick up the plates. This shouldn’t have been the service received in a 5-star hotel and the worst of all, the hotel should have more transparency in their charges and should have informed the customers on the charges upfront before the actual charging. When we signed for the amount paid for the meal, there were no statement on the discussionary charge of tips at all, and we didn’t expect there would be as we were not even informed. It is not that we are unwilling to give the tips and we did give the tips during the stay. However, it made us very uncomfortable that we weren’t informed anything upfront and it was charged to my credit card AFTER we CHECKED OUT of THE HOTEL. It made us feeling very unsafe to provide the credit card to the hotel as they can charge whatever charges they want after checking out the hotel. In addition, it is a discussionary charge, isn’t it should be discussed before I was being charged? If not it should be called a a compulsory charge of tips.

I stay with the IHG group every week and one hotel stay rolls into another. However tonight's stay deserves a positive review thanks to young man on reception called Joshua. I arrived at the hotel extremely early, just after 14:00 and understandly my room was not yet ready. Joshua gave me a drinks voucher and set me up in the downstairs bar / restaurant. It's comfy and quiet down there and I was able to get on with some work. Once my room was ready I discovered that I had been upgraded which was a pleasant surprise. Then later in the evening Joshua was kind enough to bring me up a fan along with a key that allowed him to open the windows. So often you're just another number, but not tonight. Joshua was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and polite. I will use this hotel as often as possible and recommend it to others.

Ottimo hotel boutique vicino a Westfield Stratford. L'interno è bello e moderno. La camera è molto pulita e il letto è comodo. L'accoglienza è molto gentile. Problemi minori riscontrati: c'era una luce blu lampeggiante sotto la TV. L'ho coperto invece di chiamare la reception perché ero lì solo per una notte. È stato difficile estrarre il gel doccia dal flacone del gel doccia anche se il flacone sembra pieno. Ci tornerei perché è un hotel ben posizionato ed eccellente.

In generale, sono soddisfatto del soggiorno. Ci sono un negozio conveniente e molti ristoranti vicini. Inoltre, la stazione ferroviaria è vicino all'hotel. Passa solo 15 minuti a piedi al Museo britannico e 20 minuti a piedi a Soho. C'è un bagno nel bagno, ma la testa del doccia è fissata. Non è molto conveniente per me. Inoltre, il soggiorno è buono. Ho molto consigliato.

Le strutture della stanza sono un po' vecchie, ma i dipendenti sono molto felici di allenarsi e di formare gli assistenti e di richiedere che sia molto soddisfatto!!!! Una colazione ricco!!!! Se la stanza può essere decorata, sarà più perfetta!!!! Il servizio principale dell'hotel è molto buono. Una bella donna con capelli brevi è molto amichevole, di alta qualità e affari
