We decided to stay here because of the NYE fireworks display which could be viewed at the rooftop only to be told that access to the hotel is not an automatic access to the rooftop on New Year’s Eve and the worst thing is that it got sold out. It was just downhill from there because honestly, we made the reservation just for that sole purpose. I wouldn’t call my stay enjoyable really, not because of the services or anything, it was just the disappointment we felt when everything we planned out became null. Probably wouldn’t go there again but it’s a nice hotel in a good location regardless

L’hotel è nuovo, ma dal sito abbiamo prenotato una camera che non rispecchia le foto. Soprattutto indicava la vista sulla cattedrale ma non c’è nessuna vista. Il personale però è riuscito a trovare comunque una soluzione e in questo sono stati corretti. Essendo nuovo ci sono sicuramente cosa da migliorare. La colazione è normale, e qualche scelta senza glutine. Comoda la posizione, vi consiglio a pochi passi dall’hotel uber boat, per girare la città in alternativa alla metropolitana!

Nanken è in un'ottima posizione ed è molto comoda per gli spostamenti. La metropolitana è molto vicina. L'hotel è a pochi passi dal Museo di Storia Naturale e dal V&A. Ci sono anche molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze. I bei facchini sono molto ospitali e hanno tutto che dovrebbe avere una catena alberghiera. È stato anche molto comodo e conveniente depositare i bagagli dopo aver lasciato Londra. Molto buoni anche i pavimenti predisposti da Ctrip. Nel complesso, si tratta di un hotel molto conveniente a Londra.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lincoln Plaza, staff were very friendly, hotel is incredibly clean, rooms are well appointed and well maintained and the breakfast was impressive with a vast choice and lots of variety. The pool was a little on the cold side, but didn't spoil our enjoyment. The sauna was lovely and the lady on the reception desk for the gym/pool area was really friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located for the DLR and we used the Jubilee line to get into the West End. We weren't disturbed by any noise, and the bed was very comfortable. We will absolutely return, and highly recommend this hotel.

Barber round the corner. Everything else you could possibly want is walking distance. Can't complain about anything. WiFi is decent, but throughput can suffer at times. They could improve it by placing a card reader on the exit doors and entry doors so you don't have to wait for the night shift staff to open up for yah if you get back late. The neighborhood is pretty safe, just avoid talking to strangers even if approached just keep walking, and you should be fine.

Excellent business event Thank you to all the team especially krystina who arranged flower delivery at very short notice and the concierge team who were very helpful We had a great time snd lovely meal for a very big group thank you Highly recommended venue and a good location in London
