Quando arrivammo, il personale ci salutava e ci aiutava molto. La stanza era molto pulita, molto comoda, macchina da caffè e tutto quello che ci serviva, tra cui vestiti morbidi. La piscina era un po' fredda, ma il tubo era molto caldo, così molto piaceva. La colazione era buona, alcuni piccoli erano un po' freddi, ma il cuoco mi cucinava, mi cucinava le uova perfette, e era una buona gamma di cereali, pasticceria. In tutto un buon soggiorno e speranza di tornare indietro Grazie Montcalm East 🙂

We booked a quick one night here after a day travelling so the location alongside St Pancras station was perfect and so convenient for tube and rail links plus a lovely morning wander around Kings cross and Coal Drops Yard. The entrance door was blink and you miss it small with a small reception lobby. However the common areas were stylish and we liked the black and cream design elements upstairs . Rails restaurant was gorgeous for breakfast and the outdoor bar seating great for watching the world go by. All staff were friendly and helpful. So far so good... but... We chose a Heritage King room described as spacious. Despite being one of the largest on the floor plan it was still snug. The bed was a double with no room for a king. The wardrobe had space to hang three items max with the space wasted on big shelves for the fridge and coffee machine so anything longer than a one night stay would prove difficult. This odd use of a small space continued in the stylish bathroom whose huge sink loomed over the toilet seat with the large shower cubicle leaving a tiny floor space for drying afterwards. Small details continued to detract - no-one had checked the tv worked and even after calling maintenance it stayed broken. Half the pumps in the soaps and shampoos didn't work so we had to unscrew them and dribble products out. The windows were great at shutting out the noisy streets below but the aircon felt anaemic even with a tepid English Spring temperature. The pantry was a cute idea but seemed to be just tea coffee and biscuits- with no executive lounge they could use these better with more generous snack themes like small sandwiches or scones for afternoon tea. Overall we felt this hotel was a missed opportunity to use the small Victorian rooms to create some luxury with a series of suites instead. As it stands, I don't think guests can feel the five star luxury in such cramped quarters which is a shame as the design style, location , dining and staff are all top notch. We paid £350 which felt a bit pricey for that experience. I can see why others paying £400-500 get upset, there's just too many compromises So dear Marriott please describe this boutique small hotel better on your website and watch those escalating room rates and your guests will be much happier

I find spa days odd if this is normal. Maybe this is a me thing. £70 to sip camomile tea in a not very warm room with the lights down (I could have murdered a coffee but they didn’t “do” coffee in the spa. Coming from a luxury hospitality background and it being a high-end hotel, I would have thought someone might have offered me one); the jacuzzi again was not all warm and nice so my muscles still wouldn’t relax and then there is a steam room with eucalyptus. The sauna is separated m/f so i didn’t bother because I went with a male friend and the point was to chat… we ended up having more tea. There is no swimming pool but there is a gym. Fair enough if you want that. My starters had no flavour at all. The main was nice and right for the moment and my Irish coffee was delicious. The building wowed me and everything is in very good condition. Staff are down to earth, smart and friendly. The set menu was worth doing. I don’t know how this competes with other hotels but had the spa been warmer I would certainly have been happier. I feel £70 for that part of the day is money for old rope. When I think about it we spent about £20 an hour to be in a nice building and have a £30 two course meal. I think that’s quite a lot. The spa could do with some personality, warmth, music… having tables cleared more often (it wasn’t busy)… something other than going room to room in a towling robe.

Booked this hotel for a trip to London because I wanted to stay somewhere more elevated. I was disappointed, for the price I was charged an extra £13 per night for ”service charge”. Which I didn't really understand, I wouldn't have been to fussed having my bed made for £13 per night. Everything you do has a service charge even breakfast even though the service was below average (and so was the food...). We went to the al a carte breakfast on the roof top, I think there are so so so many better options and places to go. The photos make the room look so much bigger then it is. Staff were nice and friendly but I think next time I will go for; The Hoxton (more central for similar cost) or even a premier inn to be honest. I was super disappointed as was really looking forward to it.

Loved our stay at the Andaz London. Wonderful top notch upgraded hotel with great staff. Our room was spacious with free mini bar. Lobby is eclectic and hotel is a fun overall experience. The Andaz is located above the Liverpool train station, despite its railway history the beautiful and significant modern upgrades are great, but really not apparent from the outside, the traditional red brick facade hasn’t changed much since 1800’s. The Eastway Brasserie restaurant for breakfast is a delight. The Andaz is within walking distance of cool pubs and cafes, vintage clothing boutiques and high end shopping, plus the eclectic art/shopping of Brick Lane. Lastly, the central Liverpool station and the new Elizabeth line are minutes away featuring fast access everywhere and direct LHR trains. You will enjoy this fun hotel and neighborhood.

Oltre al personale sorprendente che ha aiutato e dato buone raccomandazioni locali per bar e ristoranti, la qualità dell'hotel non era sufficiente. Non rimarrebbe ancora.

Their shower room is very large and very safe for elder and disable with foldable chair for showering and emergency button at the toilet. Hair conditioner in amenity set.. this's attentive..I love it. The beakfast is various but none of veggie.. I deduct one point. About location.. it isn't on the main street this make it's peaceful but not far from the main street and mall.. I walked only 600 metres reach to Angel station and a big shopping mall.

Our room was spotlessly clean, quiet, and very well appointed in terms of layout, the comfort and quality of the bedding, and furnishings for the kitchenette. The facility itself was very well appointed from the spacious lounge area with complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and a small bar to the well equipped exercise room and convenient laundry room. The location is superb, hidden in a quiet square yet just steps from all that the Islington neighborhood has to offer from restaurants to shopping to easy public transit connections. The hotel staff was uniformly friendly, welcoming, and helpful in response to our requests for suggestions about the neighborhood.

Ho usato altri alloggi LSE vacanze molte volte in passato e finora è stata una buona esperienza. Disgrazioso questa volta non era così. Roseberry Hall aveva rimosso la colazione e la sala da letto, cambiando l'esperienza a qualcosa più vicino a un hotel economico che offre un letto e poco più. Ciò che è peggio, non c'era alcuna notifica dei cambiamenti. Anche LSE vacanze in passato ha offerto sconti, quando non era in grado di offrire servizi normali. Per la prima volta nella mia esperienza alcuni dei lavoratori là avevano poco interesse a aiutare i clienti. Ci sono più che potrei dire. Il mio consiglio è leggere la lettera con molta attenzione se pensi di prenotare Roseberry Hall.

Attraverso la sospensione super economica, viaggiare due notti con colazione e godere di una cena gratuita la prima notte!Due persone sono 240 sterline, se avessi prenotato un giorno prima, il prezzo è più economico di 40 sterline! Anche se vogliamo vedere il ”re di ciambelle”, pensiamo ancora che il palazzo di ciambelle della città di ciambelle rappresenti un buon prezzo.Abbiamo vissuto molti hotel a Londra prima, non abbiamo paura di questa distanza dal quartiere occidentale.E'anche conveniente vedere la parata dei sindaci da qui. Ora, a breve termine, ho abbastanza motivi per avvertire che non lasciare che il genitore ti aiuti ad organizzare un taxi. E'un partner con una società di auto private. Questo tizio non solo parla inglese, ma anche pazzo.Vediamo il musical per il suo auto organizzato 20 minuti dopo. Se hai bisogno di prendere un auto, la maggior parte del tempo vicino alla porta dell'hotel può essere chiamato taxi nero, in pratica più onestamente affidabile!Oltre alla posizione, la stanza e il bagno sono vecchie queste carenze, non c'è organizzazione per registrarsi. Molte persone incontrano il fenomeno della flotta e sono veramente incendianti. Il vantaggio è che la prima notte ha un peso sufficiente e una buona qualità.Se non ci sono pacchetti nel prezzo, pagheremo supplementari 67 sterline, non compreso il vino.La colazione deve essere migliorata, ma va bene!
