Very good !

Wonderful stay at the Travelodge, Dipak was brilliant and helped with any questions we had and made our stay very pleasurable. Would highly recommend and would definitely return. Close to the tube station and easy access to London centre

Reception poco disponibile (*rifiuto di tenere i bagagli prima del check-in *mancanza di sapone la risposta è stata non so dov'è. Ma aspetta fino a domattina.. Alle 11.45 ci chiedono già di partire.. Alle 11.50 mattina ritirano le chiavi.) Moquette in tutta la stanza Stazione di servizio con servizio 24 ore su 24. Trasporto che unisce il centro di Londra in 7 minuti. Dopo aver fatto 2 diversi Travelodge. Quella di Park Royal la sconsiglio ma non sono tutte uguali. In altro personale molto gentile e disponibile.

La prima notte, quando ho controllato la stanza, ho visto un enorme ragno morto sul muro. È stato ucciso ma non è stato pulito. Ho detto all'addetto alla reception che mi aveva detto di pulirlo da solo. Dopo 10 la sera, il cameriere ha detto che non c'era acqua calda in tutto l'hotel e ha detto che sarebbe stata disponibile tra circa 20-30 minuti, dopo le 12 di sera non c'era acqua calda, e tutta la famiglia non poteva fare la doccia😡Il problema più grande è che l'hotel si fa avanti ogni notte Qualcuno ha suonato musica ad alto volume fino alle 3:00 nel cuore della notte Ogni notte senza allenamento, mi faceva venire il mal di testa 😡😡😡 Inoltre, l'hotel non dispone di aria condizionata e ha un ventilatore, che è caldo e cotto.Apri la finestra ma molti insetti volano dentro

I had a warm and welcoming check in with Jan. Jan ensured that my stay was comfortable, and answered all questions about the local area. This hotel has an excellent connection to Central London. And the value was reasonably priced for me. After a good sleep on a king size bed I had a nutritious breakfast in the family room. Shah Bodruzzaman

Had a great stay at Travelodge Park Royal! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. A special shoutout to Anandhu at the front desk—he was super helpful, friendly, and made check-in smooth and hassle-free. His warm welcome and professional service really made a difference. Would definitely stay here again

It was really a great journey, the room is really big, good and comfortable, and the workers Anita, Dipak and Jan are joyful and helpful. We got a parking for cars and it’s affordable. There’s an elevator and it is clean and spacious. I’d recommend this hotel

I found hair in my bed, there was nail clippings stuck in the sheets, the bed was as hard as a rock, my towel had traces of red blood on it, luckily we brang our own towels with us, there was no one on the reception desk when I went down and I was super stressed as I was burying my grandad the following morning and my wife stripped the pillow case and covered them with 2 of my T-shirt’s and used a lint roller on the bed, as she had to encourage me to try and get some sleep as I had to be up early and we had no choice as we travelled 3 hours from Suffolk! What an absolute disgrace of a hotel! I will no longer use you for my bookings for colleagues or for my personal life!!!! The room was suppose to be a family room the photos online show a sofa bed etc which we wanted to sit on we had a family room with a massive area that had nothing in just on arm chair, so one of us had to sit on the bed

We are greeted nicely by Dipak right after coming in the entrance of travel lodge while he is seated on the reception counter. Very polite and so helpful. I believe, having staff like him is a great assets to any establishments. Great services 👌

A small break between jobs with some time to myself to pop into London for some days trips. A great find n a busy area

I had quick and smooth check in with Jan. I found ParkRoyal hotel clean and comfortable for my short staying. Shopping facilities such as Marks & Spencer, Nandos or Burger King are convenient to buy food. Travelling with buses or underground is also very near this hotel. Parking is available for guests only.

Wonderful stay. I did not expect the staff to be so welcoming and outgoing. 100% respect to them. The only downside is if you’re sensitive to the cold, the room might not be of optimal temperature even with the radiator on. Regardless it was a superb experience.

Receptionist Jan did an excellent job during check in. The bedroom was spacious and clean. The bathroom had fresh smell and without spot. This hotel is good for a night staying. M&S. Burger King are very close to hotel and parking facilities are also available for reasonable price.
