Travelodge London Park Royal Hotel

Very good !

Reception poco disponibile (*rifiuto di tenere i bagagli prima del check-in *mancanza di sapone la risposta è stata non so dov'è. Ma aspetta fino a domattina.. Alle 11.45 ci chiedono già di partire.. Alle 11.50 mattina ritirano le chiavi.) Moquette in tutta la stanza Stazione di servizio con servizio 24 ore su 24. Trasporto che unisce il centro di Londra in 7 minuti. Dopo aver fatto 2 diversi Travelodge. Quella di Park Royal la sconsiglio ma non sono tutte uguali. In altro personale molto gentile e disponibile.

La prima notte, quando ho controllato la stanza, ho visto un enorme ragno morto sul muro. È stato ucciso ma non è stato pulito. Ho detto all'addetto alla reception che mi aveva detto di pulirlo da solo. Dopo 10 la sera, il cameriere ha detto che non c'era acqua calda in tutto l'hotel e ha detto che sarebbe stata disponibile tra circa 20-30 minuti, dopo le 12 di sera non c'era acqua calda, e tutta la famiglia non poteva fare la doccia😡Il problema più grande è che l'hotel si fa avanti ogni notte Qualcuno ha suonato musica ad alto volume fino alle 3:00 nel cuore della notte Ogni notte senza allenamento, mi faceva venire il mal di testa 😡😡😡 Inoltre, l'hotel non dispone di aria condizionata e ha un ventilatore, che è caldo e cotto.Apri la finestra ma molti insetti volano dentro

Simple and I like it. Nothing flashy and cheap for what it is. This is a great spot for families who are looking for a 1 to 3 nights stay and are on a budget. Multiple fast food options surrounding the hotel that can suit your kids and a tube station nearby for easy access to central London. Would recommend.

Just want to thank tota at reception, i am an nhs doctor and i was in the area for a visit and the toilet in the petrol station next door was out of order and i had to go urgently. Despite not having a customer toilet, She kindly let me use the bathroom in one of the rooms. Best wishes, karim

Cheers for the brilliant customer service by the young lady at reception Tota. Arrived exhausted from work and she’s always smiling when welcoming us. Much appreciate the directions she gave us to the nearest station and pubs/places to eat although there’s nothing much in the area where the hotel is situated.

The man at reception (sorry didn’t take his name) is a gent. The garage next to the hotel closed their toilet for customers as alway. I had sat in traffic pretty much all the way from MK. When I entered I asked the guy, can I use the toilet as I was bursting. As there are no public toilets there the receptionist opened one of the rooms and let me use the facilities, I was most great full. What a nice guy, not many of those in London! Sorry I didn’t get your name.

Arrived early and room not ready but Tota and Anita went out of their way to accommodate me. The room was immaculate and even though they didn't have a restaurant they were able to offer a convenient breakfast box for my early departure. Thank you!
