Siamo tornati in questo Hotel perchè ci eravamo trovati benissimo , anzi di più , e sostanzialmente confermo tutte le cose buone della precedente recensione cioè : posizione ottima , vicino alla metro King's Cross, la possibilità di raggiungere a piedi molti posti di interesse ;stanza comoda e bagno grande . La differenza sta nel fatto che in 7 gg di soggiorno non hanno mai pulito la stanza. Un cartello invitava a farne richiesta , lo abbiamo fatto per due volte ma si sono limitati a svuotare il cestino , una sola volta. Credo che Covid e Brexit abbiano avuto il loro peso ,forse mancanza di personale ,fatto sta che la differenza si è vista e comunque i prezzi sono aumentati e i servizi diminuiti. Spero risolvano Nonostante tutto , dovessi tornare a Londra confermerei la scelta di questo hotel.

Excellent location. Next to British Library and within walking distance from King Cross Station. Clean and cosy small room. Service is really good. Thumbs up! However it is quite small for 2 big luggages for the basic room.

I find spa days odd if this is normal. Maybe this is a me thing. £70 to sip camomile tea in a not very warm room with the lights down (I could have murdered a coffee but they didn’t “do” coffee in the spa. Coming from a luxury hospitality background and it being a high-end hotel, I would have thought someone might have offered me one); the jacuzzi again was not all warm and nice so my muscles still wouldn’t relax and then there is a steam room with eucalyptus. The sauna is separated m/f so i didn’t bother because I went with a male friend and the point was to chat… we ended up having more tea. There is no swimming pool but there is a gym. Fair enough if you want that. My starters had no flavour at all. The main was nice and right for the moment and my Irish coffee was delicious. The building wowed me and everything is in very good condition. Staff are down to earth, smart and friendly. The set menu was worth doing. I don’t know how this competes with other hotels but had the spa been warmer I would certainly have been happier. I feel £70 for that part of the day is money for old rope. When I think about it we spent about £20 an hour to be in a nice building and have a £30 two course meal. I think that’s quite a lot. The spa could do with some personality, warmth, music… having tables cleared more often (it wasn’t busy)… something other than going room to room in a towling robe.

Personale gentilissimo, pulizia ottima per una città come Londra, dispone di stanze con bagno privato e non, i bagni in comune sono comunque sempre puliti, si può usufruire di asciugamani a pagamento e di un deposito bagagli, la colazione è opzionale, posizione ideale per ogni tipo di spostamento ... Tornerei sicuramente in questa struttura.

Tale grande posizione & il personale è fantastico! Situato proprio accanto a Kings Cross & Coal Drop Yards che è conveniente. Check in è semplice e anche ti lasciano lasciare il bagaglio gratis se ti prendi in anticipo e dopo il check out. Il personale è così gentile, al desk front, Manutenzione, Cleaning Crew & Management. Mi piace come i letti si può cambiare il colore della Lighting. Ci sono plug per il telefono e un cappuccio per memorizzare le tue cose. Inoltre un bar per appendere calzini o un asciugamani. Le camere sono sempre pulite e sempre calde. Le persone hanno eventi per tutta la settimana che è grande per collegarsi con nuove persone. Si può dire al personale che è come la famiglia qui & anime autentiche! Sicuramente suggerire di check out questo ostello quando si reca a Londra! Il mio prossimo viaggio a Londra, io sarò certamente qui. 💚

The service is great.. every staffs are professional. I got a large room with balcony that I can see a small park opposite the hotel. Their shower room is very large and very safe for elder and disable with foldable chair for showering and emergency button at the toilet. Hair conditioner in amenity set.. this's attentive..I love it. The beakfast is various but none of veggie.. I deduct one point. About location.. it isn't on the main street this make it's peaceful but not far from the main street and mall.. I walked only 600 metres reach to Angel station and a big shopping mall.
