Was a nice hotel. Never stayed in London KY before. Staff were very nice. Ate at restaurant next to hotel. Great recommendation. Nice stay except noisy guests showed up at 3 am. Never got back to sleep. Would suggest having a room or 2 available for late check ins on first floor away from other guests. Nothing to do with hotel staff at all.

Stayed here before but the latest stay was not as pleasant. The food options have declined in quality and service was more lacking.

The room was old, but sort of remolded badly.. The noise from the other room was terrible as the walls are paper thin.. Would not recommend this to people that want a good night sleep.. The breakfast was well done and quite delicious though..

Very happy with this hotel. It was clean, quiet, and the staff was very friendly. We checked in, and the toilet wouldn't quit running in our room, so before we moved anything in, I went to the front desk and she immediately moved us to a different room quickly. The breakfast was also really good. Waffles, but also eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy. Very good. When we checked out they gave my husband a complimentary water with a sticker thanking us for the stay with my name printed on it. Extra, nice, personal touch.

Very pleased. Room was cozy. Pool was surprisingly heated and awesome. Great sleep. Great breakfast.
Cons: smoke residue filled hallway but room was clear. Hotel could use some updates.
Overall I was happy and would love to stay again

This was horrible. The pics are not this location. The whole property smelled like ****. It was dirty and desk clerk was high and no help. This place is a disgrace
