Hotel vicini a UD. PETANIAGA a Lombok

I’m going to start w the positives. Amber is in a beautiful location on a private beach with nothing around. The walkways are lush with blooming banana trees and pineapple plants. I used the spa everyday while I was there. The treatments were all wonderful and in a peaceful ambiance. The staff was very friendly from the front office to the walkways and in the restaurant. The restaurant was very understaffed on Saturday night for the bbq dinner. The servers were great they just needed more hands on the floor. It seemed the manager of the restaurant just sat up front on his phone all the time. The hotel is very family oriented and I didn’t pick up on that at my time of booking. Kids running and screaming all day long. Parents, nanny’s and staff yelling for children that were running around wild all day. At Breakfast, lunch/pool time & dinner they were multiple family’s just letting the kids run around everywhere. There wasn’t any peaceful time at the pool to read or relax. At 1 point there were 12 small children at the pool on Sunday. The one day I didn’t got to the pool because it was so crowded. I love the room when I checked in but that faded quickly. Lots of mosquitoes in the room. I killed at least 10 by hand and every time I left I sprayed the poison can they left in the room. The bathroom had a terrible smell all the time. The bedding was dirty dirty not stained it was unwashed. I left the clean room sign on the door all day I figured by the time I got back from my massage it would of been by 4:30 and it was not. The comforter was covered up by the blanket and never changed since prior guests. It had blood marks that had not been washed for who knows how long. I was bit by something in the night on my face around 3:30am and my face swelled up. I turned the light on but couldn’t see any insects. It hurt so bad. I told the front desk the next morning and they got me an ointment to put on it. It was swollen for days and very painful. I had expectations that it would of been amazing but it wasn’t. My food was all delicious, the restaurant staff was very nice and friendly, the spa was great but the structure of the hotel has a lot to work on for the price. I’ve been in lombok for 2 months and I’ve never seen so many small children. If it was advertised as kid friendly I would of picked somewhere else. Even at check out a family was also leaving and 2 of the 3 kids were crying and I said there has been kids screaming and crying every hour for the 3 days I was there. Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the rooms For the money there are many better options in south lombok

La cosa che mi piaceva più di questo hotel era che era vicino al porto e alla città, ma a pochi passi da qui per essere pacifica. Non c'erano barche ancorate fuori dal fronte del patch di sabbia dell'hotel, era solo un paesaggio straordinario di acqua blu chiara e le montagne Lombok a distanza. La mia cosa meno preferita era le foto che vedete prima dell'arrivo non corrispondevano a quello che vedete quando arrivate. E' più corsa e stanca nella vita reale. Le nostre camere erano pulite e confortevoli ma non così belle come le foto. Alcune reti di mosquito sarebbero grandi. Il personale era carino ovunque, tranne che il divano frontale poteva fare qualche miglioramento, perché non mi sentivo benvenuto quando siamo arrivati. Uno speciale menzionato a Yuda sulla spiaggia. Era così carino e utile. Deve essere la persona più dura della proprietà, non si ferma mai a muoversi e a aiutare.

Sono stato qui spesso perché ci sono molte persone che possono ottenere tali strutture, il più pulito 😊 .

Hotel nuevo, espectacular villas grandes con vistas increíbles y piscina privada. Colchon, sofá y amacas muy cómodas. De sueño. Servicio excelente y comida rica, la zona es muy tranquila pero abajo hay una parada de taxis y en 5 minutos estás en el centro de Sengigi. El masaje en el Spa fue excelente. Lo menos agradable no tiene que ver con el hotel, sino que en la misma colina hay una mezquita muy activa con altavoces, no solo se oye la música de la hora de rezos desde las 4am (que tiene encanto) sino que se escuchan las oraciones y cantar durante horas y horas. Es difícil descansar y relaj**** así.

Da quando siamo arrivati all'hotel ci sentiamo attenti. Ogni aspetto del nostro soggiorno, compreso il meraviglioso ricevimento e colazione, rendeva l'esperienza davvero memorabile. Non potevamo sbagliare alcun aspetto del servizio che abbiamo ricevuto. Un hotel a 3 stelle che merita davvero una valutazione di 5 stelle.

La cosa che più ci ha colpito è stata l’atmosfera a partire da quando il driver è venuto ad accoglierci all’aeroporto fino all’ultimo momento del soggiorno. Estrema cura del cliente, grande professionalità di tutto lo staff, gentilezza e calore tipicamente indonesiano, cucina di alto livello che mischia le tradizione orientale con piatti tipici di altre culture in particolare italiana. Struttura raccolta, ma con tutti i confort e servizi, camere in stile coloniale estremamente curate nell’arredo, con una serie di benefits da non trascurare: macchina per caffè con capsule Illy (!!!!!), bottiglie di acqua rifornite giornalmente in vetro (e non in plastica), dolcetti fatti a mano freschi ogni sera. Testato il laundry service: velocissimo (gli abiti erano pronti la sera stessa), servizio di autista per fare shopping compreso nel prezzo. Che dire, onestamente non potevamo chiedere di più. Consigliatissimo

Hotel molto ben fornito, posizione centrale comoda sia al porto (15 min a cavallo) e a metà tra ottimi ristoranti, bar e spiaggie. Siamo stati a novembre in bassa stagione, poca gente. Clima perfetto e prezzi ottimi. L’hotel ha un cantante bravissimo che fa pop/country ogni sera acustico e i collaboratori molto gentili. Ristorante 6.5/10 si può migliorare in offerta, qualità e servizio, altri ristoranti offrono un servizio migliore. Pool Villa 10/10 Camera, Bagno e Piscina appena apri la finestra con la natura intorno spettacolari, valgono il prezzo del biglietto

This is an absolute gem of a place to stay. The property is quietly situated just a short walk to the busy nightlife of Kuta. Dozens of restaurants and bars are within a 10 minute walk. The grounds have been beautifully landscaped with ponds and gardens and the large pool is gorgeous. We stayed in a 1 bedroom pool villa which was super comfortable. Breakfast was great as was the other food options we tried from the restaurant. All the staff were wonderful. Special call out to the lovely Mila on reception who was so helpful. Kuta is a great base for day trips to the amazing beaches in the surrounding areas. can't wait to return
