Once upon a time, this was an exemplar hotel, and by far the best in town, in particular in term of service. It has unfortunately sleeped away in the last 4 years, and what was the must stay at hotel, is now only the shadow of this massive former text mill, itself the glory of Lodz 100 years ago. Room are still larger by an standard, building is magnificent, but during my stay in mid May 2022, the once excellent ground floor restaurant was shut close, the tables at breakfast where taking ages to be cleaned, so you had to do it yourself if you wanted to seat without waiting 10mns (this is what it took them to clean the table next to mine), food is averagely good, the buffet still offers a high variety, quality is OK, not spectacular. The bed rooms are still massive by any standard, still fresh and clean 15 years after its opening, thr architecture goegeous, but service is a let down, when i came back to my room at 18h00 it wasn't cleaned since the morning, the same happened to me during my last stay there pre Corona outbreak. Luckily it wasn't midnight when I came back. Additionally, I discovered that they don't change linenes daily, but only every 2nd day, not what you can expcet in a 4*. This is a cheap trick to save 1$ on the cleaning cost, usually such hotels offer you the option they don't impose it on you like here. After complaining to the head of reception, this was the 2nd time it was happening, they sent a platter of cakes and latter called me to excuse themselves. This is appreciated and professional, but could be totally avoided, by ensuring that all rooms be cleaned during the day. If you make abstraction of the weak house keeping & breakfast service, it is a good hotel for 1 night if it is cheaper than Puro across the street, or the HI on Pietrokowska. The main pro in this one is the roof top pool and the huge room size, which can make it a great combination even for weekend stays, if you can forgive them all the service gaps. So Lodz has now probably better serviced 4 * hotels, just without a pool.

My experience at the hotel far surpassed our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. I highly recommend visiting the rooftop bar during your stay. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploration. In conclusion, our time at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. We were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service, lovely rooms, breathtaking views, delectable food, and the little touches of kindness that made our stay truly memorable. We'll definitely be returning for another stay in the future!

Sono stato in questo hotel diverse volte per la buona posizione molto vicina al centro della città, ma in generale per l'eccellente atteggiamento del personale. Vorrei congratularmi con il GM dell'hotel Daniel Dzierba per il grande lavoro già fatto in hotel e per la formazione al suo personale ....Tutti sono ben preparati a risolvere qualsiasi situazione per soddisfare un ospite esigente come me.

Największa zaletą jest, niewątpliwie, bardzo korzystna lokalizacja - przy samej Piotrkowskiej - mniej więcej w jej środku. Do tego dochodzi bezpłatny parking na miejscu. Poza tym - czysto, schludnie i przestronnie, nawet dla pięcioosobowej rodziny. Przemiła obsługa i przepyszne śniadania, które można zamówić nawet rano przed samym zejściem do restauracji. Świetne miejsce, które serdecznie polecam.

La prima camera che mi avevano assegnato era in mansarda , molto angusta . Dopo aver comunicato la mia delusione mi hanno proposto un monolocale con un esiguo adeguamento di tariffa. Il locale era carino e tutto equipaggiato per consumare i pasti in camera. Ho apprezzato molto il soggiorno e devo elogiare la gentilezza del personale che ho incrociato. Unico neo : la struttura non ha ascensore e per una persona non giovane può essere un handicap con i bagagli da trascinare.

L'hotel è di base ma in buona maniera. Se fossi in Gran Bretagna questo sarebbe un primo salone o un alloggio di viaggio. Le camere sono piccole ma hanno tutto quello che ti serve. La doccia era potente e molto raffreddante. La posizione è eccellente per tutti i ristoranti e negozi di ód. L'hotel è pulito e il personale è utile. Il parcheggio può essere un po' doloroso da trovare, ma una volta che sai dove è facile. L'unico effettivo svantaggio è che si trova vicino a un sito edilizio, ma questo non è stato un problema, perché siamo stati li durante il fine settimana e non hanno avuto alcuna attività sul sito.
