擁有非常非常好的員工，房間的設施可能會有點老化，及時的反饋能夠得到迅速的服務，如是短時間內無法解決的情況會幫助更換房間。房間內的網絡信號會較弱（會有Wi-Fi/流量使用困難的情況，這是建築物本身的問題導致的，網絡在G層的信號很好）
出門右邊就是海灘。左邊的橫街有很多餐廳，當然酒店裡也可以就餐（酒店深受當地老人們的喜愛，晚上會有音樂活動（不知道是否固定）

酒店離海邊很近，離纜車，小火車山下的車站都不遠。酒店陳設略顯陳舊，房間不是很舒適，沒有大堂，房間內需要付費才能上網，信號幾乎沒有，提供英式早餐，定的雙床房，第二個入住需要再交65磅，服務人員態度友善，很負責，晚上包包落餐廳了，打電話歸還，很感謝。

Brilliantly located facing the Pier / also stones throw away from Mostyn Street as well, very good value for money.

Fantastic location with easy access to local attractions. A stone's throw from the pier. Staff were friendly, polite and answered all questions. The only downside were the facilities. I can only speak for my room, but I had some broken fixtures, the TV had intermittent signal and the room was in desperate need of renovation. I would stay again but I would select a different room due to noise disturbances and upkeep. Added bonus was the vintage lift which was really cool.

Staff were very professional and helpful but the hotel could do with an update especially in the bedroom. Some of the furniture was very old and in a poor condition including a hole in the back of the desk.
