Se vuoi conquistare a piedi il centro di Liverpool, questo hotel è il tuo perfetto campeggio di base. Situato sul Monte Pleasant, è una vista per raggiungere la distanza di passeggiata in tutte le direzioni. Le camere sono mantenute semplici, ma hanno tutto quello che ti serve. Il personale è amichevole e utile, e anche se la maggior parte degli ospiti sono giovani viaggiatori è un luogo tranquillo, così si può riposare una buona notte dopo i giorni sulle strade di Liverpool. Devi iniziare il giorno con un colazione nel ristorante/bar molto arredato. E mentre si gode il caffè e si pianifica il giorno, si dovrebbe chiederle dei punti di interesse in città. Può anche fornire alcuni dati interessanti sulla storia dell'edificio che stai soggiornando a ... sarete sorpresi.

I stayed in a suite which was well kept and clean. Central location and decent views. Water temperature was a bit finick-y but good experience overall. Would opt for this place due to its great location.

I attended the Kabannas bar and restaurant in Liverpool for some drinks with friends as were celebrating a birthday. Upon arrival to the venue, my partner informed the bar staff of the drink he wanted while we were still deciding, the lady behind the bar asked for payment and he advised her that we were still deciding what to drink. The lady then stated ”well I am not a mind reader”. The lady also made an error on some of the drinks we ordered so we asked if they could be changed, she advised that this is what we had told her when it wasn't! I asked to be served my another member of staff due to her behaviour and attitude towards us and we were then told by her that she is the manager and needs to rectify the drinks. We will not be attending this venue again. Drinks were great, customer service was extremely poor !

Stayed for 2 nights and the location is great as everything in easy walking distance. No aircon in rooms and was very stuffy (we were on 5th floor). No windows that would open either. Beds we’re comfortable but the heat made sleeping difficult.We were told the air con was broke but it seems to have been like this for some time if you read the reviews going back to August 2023. Also no help with parking as states on some websites,although parking is near it’s £25 for 24hrs so factor this into your budget.

Questo deve essere l'hotel più amichevole e utile che abbia mai soggiornato! È onestamente incapace di fare abbastanza per voi. L'hotel ha il tema Liverpool FC nel bar e fuori. Mio marito e io li abbiamo contattati per prenotare una sorpresa per prendere nostro figlio per visitare il Liverpool Stadium Tour, quindi il tema dell'hotel era sorprendente per lui, abbiamo visto la lontana partita Liverpool con alcuni altri sostenitori la notte prima della visita. Il personale del bar era così utile e amichevole, non serviva cibo, ma non era problema avere cibo consegnato e mangiare nel bar durante il gioco. Da quando erano stati interamente prenotati, Gill mi ha contattato non appena hanno ricevuto una cancellazione e ci ha aiutato a fare ogni passo con la prenotazione, e hanno anche offerto di prenotare la tour. La camera era spaziosa e immacolata, i letti molto confortevoli - cosa altro potresti chiedere? La mattina dopo siamo andati in tour e ci sono stati permessi di lasciare la macchina all'hotel, così ci ha salvato la difficoltà di muoversi e parcheggiare altrove. È letteralmente appena giù dalla strada dallo stadio - si può camminare fuori dalla macchina e si può vedere! Perfetto per chiunque visita o andare al gioco. Gill era sorprendente - sapeva la ragione della nostra visita e sembrava uscire dal suo modo per renderla un evento speciale - ha davvero aiutato a farla una memoria mio figlio non si dimentica - quindi grazie!

Il telefono è stato portato all'ospedale che dovevamo aspettare per un appuntamento.Tutto ciò che dovevamo fare era a mano accanto all'hotel (McD, KFC, B&M, Poundland e un cinema

Stayed for two nights, great place to stay with convenient train travel to get to the Grand National. Whilst staying we had an evening meal and drinks, great selection on menu, food was tasty and great value. staff were excellent, cheerful and attentive. We had a family room, myself, husband and daughter. The room was spotless, clean bathroom, great shower, nice fluffy clean white towels. We all slept well, comfy beds and the bedding was spotlessly clean and smelt fresh! The quality of produce for the breakfast was outstanding, you don’t very often get this at a hotel, quality of a farm shop breakfast, again great choice, super service and delicious food. We stay in a lots of hotels/ B&B’s and for the price, this place is outstanding! Looking forward to booking and staying again next year. Thank You 😊
