The Queens Arms Apartments

We enjoyed our 2 night stay here. The apartment is adequately furnished to sleep 3 comfortably. The living room sofa laid flat to provide a bed for my 12 yr old. We also had access to a rooftop terrace shared space with seating. There is a washing machine in the unit but no dryer. They provided detergent pacs for the washing machine and washing up liquid for the kitchen. Kitchen was well stocked if you needed it and nicely done. You can see the train station from here which makes it easy to use the transit system. The trains are almost silent so it didn’t disturb sleep. Each unit had a parking space. Nice neighborhood. Overall, it is a great value and I would stay here again. Why I didn’t rate 5 stars *There is a full flight of stairs leading up to the unit and another flight leading up to the bedroom. Anyone with bad knees or other problems may have an issue by end of the day. *The bedding provided for the sofa in the living room was tossed onto the floor of a closet. It made me question if it was clean or left like that from previous stay. *Quiet during the week but Friday night, the pub is jumping. More like a club. I would caution families or anyone not wanting to hear that.

Quiet and peaceful apart from the first night when there seemed to be a party in the pub downstairs. Replies when questions asked were quick and efficient, took a while to check in but the apartment made out for it. Very clean ,tidy with everything you could need. Comfortable bed, a train station and little shopping centre very close to the accommodation, parking was also available when booked. The area is quiet overall and the apartment seemed taken care of.

Stayed here last week for work Very clean and tidy, excellent location, quiet road with good parking.. the people looking after the place couldn’t be more friendly and helpful ! Will deffo use again when working in Liverpool Wi-Fi worked well for bussiness,

Two of us stayed in flat 4 for a work trip Apartment was clean and excellent location for the train station which links to Manchester airport and Liverpool City centre easily Bed and sofa bed were comfortable with plenty of bedding provided Would recommend

Excellent apartment. Very modern and super clean, with all the amenities you need. We had some noise from people leaving the pub (Saturday night), but nothing significant. Overall, I would recommend this apartment for couples, or a one child family (as there is a sofa bed in the living area).

On arrival this place is beautiful. I emailed the company - international inns Ltd with a huge compliment. However,,,, Sunday morning on departure we took the sheets off the bed to discover disgusting faeces and urine stains on the mattress. (Pictures attached) I emailed international inns again telling them about our disgust and feeling nauseous at the find This was the reply …. As you can see from the photographs the stain has been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, the stain just will not come out, however the mattress is clean. This does not warrant a new mattress. Regards Danielle The mattress had clearly not been thoroughly cleaned otherwise the stains would not have been there. Not even an attempt to turn the mattress over or use a mattress cover. After asking to speak to the manager Danielle told me she was a director, then owner. In my opinion she handled this completely in the wrong manner. She clearly didn’t like to hear the truth and even said that I was rude! - what for bringing it to their attention? Spoiled a brilliant weekend In Liverpool.
