Better than ever.
First, the hotel is only about 5 minutes walk from the Lime Street station, which is very convenient for large baggage carriers.
Second, service was good and the staff are sweet and helpful. Baggage storage was available.
Third, various appliances like oven and dryer could be seen in the room. Fresh water and a small package of milk were served in the fridge.

Solid, clean, spacious hotel in convenient Liverpool location (across from train station, easy walking distance to shops and pubs/restaurants; slightly longer but doable walk to docks/museums). Beds were very comfortable with big fluffy comforters. Our room was spacious. Nice standard fare restaurant with a sufficient breakfast buffet for reasonable price (nothing fancy, but satisfactory). We would stay there again. Parking garage attached for extra convenience as well (discounted fee to park).

Abbiamo avuto un grande weekend all'hotel Liner, abbiamo goduto un spettacolo al teatro Empires. Il personale Liner è stato molto utile e amichevole. Sicuramente rimarrà.

The studios, are ideal for a visit to Liverpool, approx 10 minutes walk from Lime St Station, check in was very good we arrived about 1.30pm for a 3pm check in and we were able to check in early, but even if we couldn’t at least we could drop the bags off, the studio is compact with everything you need for your stay, even a ironing board and iron were provided plus a hairdryer, and an excellent fan, as it was warm in the room when we arrived, everything was provided for you to cook meals if you wanted to in the kitchen area, pots pans, crockery and cutlery, the fridge was a bonus, appreciated the free waters and Pepsi Max in the fridge, also a kettle and coffee, tea, hot chocolate sachets, really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely return in the future.

Il nostro soggiorno qui è stato eccezionale dal momento in cui siamo arrivati al momento in cui siamo partiti. La posizione è fantastica e l'hotel reale era davvero carino. Siamo rimasti particolarmente colpiti dalla piccola area caffè / snack (e dal fatto che facessero spuntini praticamente 24 ore al giorno - le pizze erano deliziose!)
Il fiore all'occhiello di questo hotel è il personale. Tutti quelli con cui abbiamo parlato sono stati di grande aiuto, ma voglio fare una menzione speciale a Kerry che ha fatto di tutto per rendere il nostro soggiorno confortevole. È una tale risorsa per questo locale e puoi dire che le importa davvero. Staremo qui solo quando torneremo a Liverpool!

Stavo nel soggiorno con mio marito. Il ricevitore Jan era carino e amichevole. Un buon sapere della zona. Ci ha detto il luogo di visita. Quando andava a Liverpool. Camere dove letto senza spot è molto confortevole. Solo il crollo non era un con d'aria, ma c'era un fan nella stanza.

UUtente ospiteMi è piaciuto moltissimo l'hotel, la camera era incantevole. Il personale si è davvero preso cura di noi. L'unica cosa che posso dire è che il nostro letto era davvero scomodo e non ho dormito molto. Ma tutto il resto è stato fantastico!

GGiani DeClean hotel and accessible to centre. If you’re going to book for Rooftop make sure it’s suite room as the double room wasn’t that nice view in the balcony. Friendly staff in the breakfast area and to the receptionist who assist us 10th July 2024 (Wednesday) at 15:00 he’s approachable and accommodating I forgot his name he has tattoo. But a bit disappointed. Only continental breakfast you can have it if you’re in a hurry. But for hot breakfast you need to order in the menu and that’s the time they prepare it and serve for you I suggest it’s better everything is ready and hotel guest will just get it by themselves. Second one the receptionist who’s on shift at 11th July 2024 at 12:30 in the afternoon wasn’t that nice. it’s 2 ladies receptionist I pass the key on her and she just said thank you. The other lady just look at us without saying Hello. Front-desk receptionist should be accommodating. not even bother to ask us how’s our stay which should be standard to all Hotel service staff. Receptionist are the front one who promote your Business it’s just my opinion Halyard so I think it’s better to inform them.

Main reason being proximity to the ACC.
Things were different this time hence a Bit disappointed.
Accessing the lounge can be a challenge for people with mobility problems.
Average quality breakfast.
Quite disappointing to know that the WiFi access was not available in the rooms and so have move to the reception area each time (I am a overseas business traveler and don’t have unlimited internet access on my mobile devices).
Otherwise staff were helpful.
Probably would go for a different accommodation next time

Mia madre è il più grande fan di Beatles e sono così emozionata a prenotare questo hotel per lei. Quando ho prenotato, ho chiesto all'hotel di assicurarsi di darle una buona vista su un piano alto, non sapendo che ci sono solo 5 piani. Ho allegato una foto della vista letteralmente trascurata che aveva. Ora, se questa vista è l'unica opzione sul quinto piano, allora un'e-mail avrebbe dovuto essere inviata per una migliore vista sul piano inferiore, perché ho chiesto un piano alto non sapendo come si tratta dell'hotel. Non mi sorprende che le foto dell'hotel e delle camere non siano chiare quando la prenotazione.
Questo hotel è bellissimo dall'esterno, ma purtroppo l'interno è solo un vecchio hotel con foto dei Beatles scattate intorno.
Se non è abbastanza male, uno dei giorni che hanno lasciato l’hotel senza fare una doccia perché non c’era acqua calda e nessun avvertimento. Mia madre era gentile e gentile e mi ha detto che aveva un buon tempo, ma solo perché l’hotel è in una buona posizione.
Il parcheggio è stato un mal di testa, non c'era una direzione chiara e non si le è stato detto prima della tariffa. In generale, un'esperienza molto deludente.
Qui c'è molto spazio per migliorare.

TTI prepaid the hotel room online, and received the check-in voucher. However, when I checked in, the Hotel could not find my booking record for half an hour.
I then contacted Trip.com, and Trip.com immediately helped me contacting the hotel and the issue was resolved immediately.
I selected Hilton City Centre because of its Brand and location. It is next to the Albert dock and next to the transport and shopping. It’s approx 15 mins walk from the the Liverpool Lime Station.
I stayed for one night but unfortunately there was no hot water for shower/bath. When I called the room services they said they are busy and requested me to speak with the front desk. When called front desk, I was just told the hotel was investigating the problem. There was no call back by the hotel before I checked out. Very disappointed with this Hilton Liverpool City Centre.

UUtente ospiteWe booked 2 consecutive nights, after the first night we left the hotel at like 2.30pm cause we had work etc, left our stuff in the room. Came back after work and our key cards didn’t work so we went to reception who then said the room was booked in a different name for the 2nd night. After a lot of confusion etc we eventually got back into our room but how a mix up like that could happen I’ve no idea.

*The Carpark was full of old furniture from the hotel and empty beer barrier preventing you getting parked,
*The hotel has turned into more of a party venue hotel rather than the beautiful hotel it was when I last came with my daughter 2018.
*tap in the kitchen area in our room only let out hot water and unfortunately the room stunk of what I could only describe as a sewerage smell? Whether the drains needed maintenance I’m not sure but I I just sprayed some deodorant around to help make it not smell quite as bad because I was so tired I didnt want to have to swap rooms.
*There was also no phone to call reception which I found strange and the remote for the tv was missing the back of it.
I put all this bad points down to the fact that when I previously came it was owned by someone who really cared about the maintenance and reputation of the hotel but now I’ve found it’s since been sold it seems the new owner isn’t as bothered and all what the shankley represented before eg, maintenance, luxury, football themed has kind of turned more into a tacky themed hotel and doesn’t feel classy anymore. I’d probably not stay here again as it’s not the same as it was and just the whole feel of hand hotel is different. It’s not the best if you have come with kids as there’s lots of drunken guests in the hotel and it’s noisey but thank goodness it’s a large hotel as you don’t hear the noise from downstairs. We were on level 3.
Our room was lovely and big with a large double bed and 2 twins pushed together, a kitchen area with tea bags and coffee (no biscuits but that didn’t bother us as we had snacks with us
The upsides were-
*Staff were pleasant,
*breakfast was amazing with everything you could possibly as for,
*hotel was mainly quiet on the 3rd floor, room was on the whole clean and had a hair dryer, iron and ironing board with a safe.
* . The bathroom was lovely especially the bath as it was a jacuzzi with a waterfall shower. Everything was clean from what I could see.

Per quanto riguarda i danni, l'ostello ha un numero limitato di bagni e docce - questo può causare problemi se si deve lasciare rapidamente. La ventilazione nelle camere è fondamentalmente non esistente, e le camere ospitano fino a 10 persone, quindi lascio la qualità dell'aria alla vostra immaginazione. Isolazione acustica non è grande, quindi se qualcuno ha un buon tempo in cucina, lo sentirete. Porta le mutandine se sei un sonno leggero.
