Hotel in zona Masjid Baitur Rahim, Lisbona

Il personale ha aiutato a chiarire le questioni di viaggio, come lo sciopero ferroviario intermittente. La nostra stanza era buona, ma l'ascensore, anche se afferma di adattarsi a 4 persone, è davvero abbastanza grande solo per 2 e penso che un grande hotel. dovrebbe avere più. Il più è possibile salire quasi presto o tardi, perché il buffet è servito da 6.30 a.m. a mezzogiorno. E il coro di uccelli che si Twitterano fuori dalla finestra è bello se ti piace questo genere di cose. L'hotel non è così centrale come il suo titolo implicherebbe e nella zona c'è una carenza di intrattenimento serale nel modo dei bar. Tuttavia, un paio di buoni ristoranti, la Churrascaria e il Hamro Ghar (Nepalese, credi!) servono buon cibo e birra.

Molto bel posto. Non siamo stati in pensione l'hotel. Era molto ragionevole e molto confortevole per 3 persone con 3 letti. La nostra camera si trovava di fronte alla strada, quindi era un po' rumoroso alla notte. È stato un ottimo luogo, vicino ai ristoranti, al trasporto e al mercato di domenica. Lisbona è un bel posto per visitare per qualche giorno! molto bel personale e un grande colazione a buffet (che non è stato incluso nel nostro prezzo di camera). Ma solo 8 Euro!

Pur non essendo nel centro storico, lo stesso è raggiungibile facilmente con il metrò la cui stazione è a pochi passi. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite, altrettanto dicasi del bagno che, finalmente, ha una docce spaziosa. Avevamo compreso la prima colazione, a buffet, questa nella normalità. Nonostante i 18 piano dell'hotel non c'era confusione e l'attesa degli ascensori non era lunga. Personale cortese. Due pecche, forse: il frigorifero in camera era sottochiave e il televisore, nonostante i 103 canali, non ne aveva nessuno in Italiano.

Fermata Metro vicina,buoni ristoranti in zona,colazione ottima varia ed abbondante,camere ampie e curate staff gentile e preparato che ci ha assistito avendo avuto un grosso problema a causa del volo di ritorno cancellato causa sciopero dei controllori di volo in Italia. Bravi👍👍👍

I am deeply dissatisfied with the online booking service offered by Zenhotels. I made a reservation for what I thought would be a private room with 2 pets allowed and made a payment of 97 euros, which according to the booking confirmation received, was the total amount for the reservation. I was supposed to only pay 6 euros for the tourist tax and 10 euros per pet for the entire stay. Upon arrival at the hotel (WOT Lisbon Nomad), I was informed that the reservation I had made did not correspond to a private room and that in order to get one, I would have to pay an additional 234.51 euros on top of the already paid 97 euros (this would be for the upgrade to a private room + 10 euros per day per pet). Obviously, this news at the time of check-in and with such a price difference (more than three times the original value) makes it almost impossible for the customer to seek an alternative. Furthermore, I tried to explain to the hotel that the website was not very clear about private or shared rooms, as the room description did not indicate that it was shared. Additionally, it did not mention that the payment for the pets was per day rather than for the entire stay. The person responded that if the website did not have complete information, it was not the hotel's problem. I countered that if they were selling their services through third parties, they are just as responsible as the website promoting them to ensure that the information is accurate; otherwise, they are complicit in a scheme to deceive customers. Finally, I decided not to proceed with the proposal because I found it disrespectful, an excessive charge compared to the original offer, and unprofessional. Therefore, I feel that I was cheated out of the 97 euros that I paid and that I could not use the offered service.

La posizione è un po' fuori mano, ma è molto comodo prendere l'autobus. Basta dare i soldi all'autista quando si sale sull'autobus. Sono 2 euro a volta. Sembra che si possa comprare una carta, che è più economica. C'è un distributore automatico di biglietti all'ingresso della metropolitana dove è possibile acquistarlo. La colazione è buona Dato che il ristorante è aperto al pubblico, ci sono molte persone che fanno colazione e cena. Il prezzo della casa non è alto e il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni è buono.

Non fornire armadietti con chiavi integrate, quindi dovresti tenere lo zaino nel letto. Il letto del 2 ° piano non era completamente separato dal piano superiore, quindi il tuo vicino potrebbe vederti o prendere le tue cose. La colazione era ok per il prezzo, ma la mancanza di uova e salsicce. La connessione Wifi è molto debole nella stanza. Se qualcuno russa forte, per i tappi per le orecchie dovresti pagare 1 €.

I appreciated how this hotel was able to accommodate me on short notice after the original hotel I had booked with canceled my reservation. The rate was reasonable and it was located where I needed to be. The Grand Lisboa Hotel is part of a chain of VIP hotels in Lisbon. It was quite clean but slightly run down. The room was basic and since I just needed to sleep and shower, it was fine. All the money has been put into the bathroom with modern fixtures. The bathtub is high and slippery. There was no mat to prevent falling and stepping out of the tub felt a bit precarious. The rest of the room was spare. The bed was quite firm. A table and chair in the room had some sort of dried spill on them. Bottled water was complimentary. I did not make use of the bar or restaurant facilities whilst there. To change money, on goes to a sister hotel, the VIP Zurich-walking distance-and receives a poor exchange rate. Live and learn. The service, overall, is helpful. I was given suggestions, directions, maps, etc. All the things one expects from those in the hospitality business happened. No complaints, there.

L'hotel ha avuto l'impressione di essere di base, ma puro e tempestivo. It’s reasonably well located with the nearest metro stop being Saldaha (two stops from Entre Campos and four stops from Restauradores (Rossio Square)). Il colazione è stato generalmente buono con una buona scelta di opzioni di colazione continentale, nonché uova scrambled, bacon, funghi ecc. Pensavamo che le uova potessero essere un po' più calde (ma quella’ catering per voi) e sarebbe stato utile avere un distributore per mettere sacchi di tè usati nella zona te/caffè. Piacere se la piccola area di barra di tetto. È stato un piacevole e molto piacevole servire una bevanda di benvenuto, ma sarebbe stato meglio aver chiarito (forse sul retro del buono) che le bevande di benvenuto erano limitate a birra, vino, porto e acqua. Infine, vorrei citare l'eccellente personale di ricezione, che è stato molto piacevole, ma soprattutto Jessica, che ha aiutato a fornire conoscenze locali.

We stayed here while in Lisbon for 3 nights. Hotel is clean and staff were all friendly. It is a bit outside of the main tourist part of town however we were under 30 minutes on public transit to get there (1 bus, very easy to navigate and only 2€). Lots of good food and restaurants nearby. We especially enjoyed ending our nights at the hotel bar, Paulo was fun to talk to and gave us a lot of great information about Lisbon and Portugal- thanks for making our stay so enjoyable!
