Come previsto per un hotel a 5 stelle. La colazione era molto varia.

Ho commesso un errore e ho prenotato la camera sbagliata perché ero impaziente. Ho immediatamente avvisato Trip.Coins per ricevere aiuto e annullare l'ordine. Grazie mille!

L'atteggiamento del servizio è buono, il personale della reception è molto entusiasta e l'hotel è abbastanza vicino all'aeroporto. Tuttavia, l'unico inconveniente è che le strutture dell'hotel sono relativamente vecchie. Se si potesse ristrutturarle, aumenterebbe sicuramente numero di clienti. Allo stesso tempo c'è un altro problema che è il bagno. Le tubature della fogna devono essere sturate. L'odore è un po' forte. Spero che si possa migliorare.

I had a pleasant stay at SMY Lisboa overall. The staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful, which made a great impression. However, there were a few cleanliness and maintenance issues that stood out. The room lacked basic toiletries, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the synthetic leather bedframe was noticeably worn and peeling. I also found a long hair on one of the towels, which was disappointing and did not meet cleanliness standards. To add to that, the following day, I noticed more long hairs in the bathroom sink. While the service was excellent, these hygiene concerns definitely need to be addressed.

First of all room was very small. Shower glass had green moss. They were late. We needed to wait for a while also there were very little amenities until we asked for it. Every few days we needed to renew the validation of the room card. Unfortunately, they used to close every other day. The breakfast was ok but some food items were always one piece also they served rotten melon hahaha.

Hôtel qui correspond à la description décrite. Très belle hôtel et très belle chambre.
