Let us clarify that the deposit is a common practice in any hotel. That is not because we do not trust our guests, but as a business that welcomes people from all over the world, 365 days a year, we need to take precautions on the odd chance something happens. So much so, that we don't do a debt, only a temporary hold. And even though accidents happen, we are glad that rarely does a charge need to be made. Regarding the fees for early check-in, as we are sure you understand, we run a small operation. We understand that you wanted to access the room earlier, and many times, we do allow our guests to go there if the room is ready, free of charge. But others do feel the same way and have the same need. So the way to establish which room has priority over the other and to be fair, is to offer an extra service that guests can choose to use or not. We hope you give us another chance in the future, as it does seem like you have enjoyed the hotel itself and the location.
