Il personale è estremamente utile e amichevole, il colazione è molto bello e molto fresco, tutto in grande valore per il denaro , le camere sono grandi e luminose con una bella vista sulla piscina e sul mare

During check out, they automatically add on 1 euro to stay, some charity program they claimed that will help poor starving kids. Is not about the $, but I hate it when people feel entitled that we should we donating this $ with the hotel taking all the credits. Is not a big amount as our normal restaurants meals in Cyprus, we typically tip 5-10 euros. But the fact that they add this amount into your bill before u agreeing to it, pissed me off Bad service, lousy quality and service attitude for a 5 star hotel Should have just top up 100-150usd to stay in four seasons Hotel Reception attitude is the worst! I

This hotel has it all - The Four Seasons Hotel in Limassol. What a find! A superb 5* hotel in Limassol. The hotel public areas are stunning, and rooms are lovely, and certainly live up to the 5* rating. We honestly could not find a fault with this hotel. Suitable for couples and families alike - right on the sandy beach with calm safe water. Ideal for swimmers and non swimmers, a large family pool (with water slides) a separate adults only pool, and an indoor pool too! Lots of restaurants, and walkable distance to others. The staff are really professional and friendly in all parts of the hotel, and really have hospitality at the forefront of all that they do. Beach bars, buffets, coffee shops, and gourmet restaurants, as well as access to the restaurants of the Amathus Beach restaurants next door. For families there is a kids club, kids early dining buffet, and loads to do. But if you don’t have kids with you the hotel and staff are equally special. We bumped into a young family friend with 3 year old twins, who had been to an Ikos resort last year, and who felt that this was far better, and more reasonable I am really so impressed with this hotel - like everywhere else in Southern Europe, it has been super hot this week! so we have only gone exploring in the evenings (still 28 degrees) but we have really enjoyed Limassol- eaten in some lovely restaurants, and been thoroughly relaxed in a superb (not a word I would use lightly) hotel. We would,definitely come back!

Posto incantevole in cui soggiornare, un po' troppo caro, ma nel complesso è stata un'esperienza meravigliosa. Perso alcuni punti sui numerosi ritardi che abbiamo avuto. Sia dal servizio in camera che dal team. Il direttore principale ci ha regalato un delizioso bouquet e ci ha fatto sentire al caldo. Il manager di Locatelli, Mario, il suo team e il capo ci hanno regalato la migliore esperienza di sempre!!! Siamo tornati diverse volte a mangiare lì e si sono presi cura di noi ogni singola volta. Preparare cibo vegano/vegetariano incredibile e Apu, il nostro cameriere, ha assicurato che tutto fosse fantastico. Le strutture termali sono uniche, abbiamo apprezzato tutte le aree e la piscina di sale ma il massaggio era così così, per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato. La sala colazione era molto rumorosa, i camerieri litigavano ed era molto rumoroso. Anche la musica costante che risuona ovunque non era allineata con la serenità che questo luogo mira a creare. Eravamo ai piani alti e potevamo ancora sentire la musica della piscina fino a tarda ora. Torneremo sicuramente a Locatelli. Per quanto riguarda stare lì..potremmo fare un altro tentativo.

First time here as we usually stay with mum who lives in Limassol. I understand this use to be a COVID hub hotel so it’s well known and centrally located in town by many restaurants and clubs close by and opposite a lovely beach. We arrived late 11:45pm and night check in was ok , didn’t give us much info on hotel, wifi etc although the night staff gent was kind to give us some milk (pasteurised) so we could have a cup of tea. We were on the 5th floor, room 518 which was a sort of sea room, although sea/pool facing rooms were far better and what I would call a sea facing room. Our room was east facing. Our room had a double bed, single bed and a little futon which when turned down could be another bed suitable for a child, although the room to move around would be really tight. The room wasn’t overtly big to begin with to be honest. The balcony was an ok size although there was some building work going on to the side of the hotel in the distance, not a lot of noise. The room was equipped with a kettle and hairdryer and mini fridge. If you wanted to use the safe, it’s €3 per day. Shower was a good size, although water pressure was rubbish. Small TV on wall had only 1 British channel in the eve , the rest was German and other languages, no smart channels you could log into. Not a lot of hanging space for clothes but they did have a 3 prong plugs everywhere so you didn’t have to worry about adapters. It was cleaned to a good standard. You have to put your toilet paper in bins and not down the loo which I didn’t like at all especially in the heat. We had some issues with balcony doors not closing and some lights in the room having blown out and maintenance sorted it out within, I kid you not, within 3 mins. Unfortunately, the balcony door was still faulty when we left. Breakfast was fine, loads of seats and plenty to eat to suit all tastes. Pool wasn’t big, but there was plenty of sun beds and you were literally opposite the sea. Loads of kids when we were here dive bombing and making lots of noise which was irritating. Pool bar and restaurant was ok to be fair and moderately priced. Most staff were very polite and helpful apart from Christalla on reception who was quite rude to us when we enquired about extending our stay, it’s the first time ever that a hotel has never tried to help as we had a late flight home and also when we tried organising a taxi home for my 90 yr old mother last night, I was told to wait in reception and I tried to explain that my mother was at the top which fell on deaf ears. We ended up having to use the gyms shower cubicle which actually is on a timed light so halfway through my shower I was left in complete darkness and had to scramble trying to find the sink to wave to get the light to come back on. Secondly I was concerned that when I asked for the key for the holding room for luggage I was told by the man who was on duty with Christalla on the day we were leaving that they don’t lock the luggage door

Il personale in reception è gentile e disponibile. Il livello di pulizia è più che accettabile. Le stanze sono spaziose e senza traccia di moquette alcuna! La vista delle camere che si affacciano sul mare non ha prezzo. Migliorabile la colazione, internazionale ma non di qualità eccelsa.

We stayed here recently. This is quite a stunning hotel very near to beach & harbour. Splendid location & the hotel is modern whilst still retaining its historical charm. The rooms as beautifully furnished & luckily enough we had a rear side room that was away from a late night club oposite. We had one super interaction with Aggis who served our breakfast on 2 of our days. He was polite, friendly & efficient although on his own with quite a few tables to cover. So thank you Aggis for your kindness. However 2 things that disappointed & unfortunately stops me marking 5/5 Our room had a toilet beyond the shower cubical & you needed to transit the shower area to get to the toilet. Now if someone has had a shower you need to transit a wet area to get to the toilet. Also the screen for the toilet / shower area did not go up to the ceiling so very limited privacy. Not good in my eyes. We were on a b/b package & was told that we could order anything from the menu that had individually priced items for those either on a room only basis or non residents. My wife ordered a second Americano that the receptionist who was doubling as a server deemed we should pay €4 Euros for. My point is is that l could of had anything from the menu & not paid more but have 2 coffees & the hotel wants to squeeze another €4 from you. We paid about €450 for our stay so felt it was penny pinching I paid but was not happy
