The Casa Andina Premium San Isidro Hotel in Lima is a great place to stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice beds and modern bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs. The hotel has a good restaurant with tasty food, and the breakfast buffet is very nice with many choices. There is also a gym and a small pool, which are good for relaxing. However, the pool area is a bit old and not very clean. The location in San Isidro is excellent, close to shops and restaurants. Overall, it’s a wonderful hotel with great service and a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lima!

L'hotel ci ha offerto una navetta che ci ha portati dall'aeroporto all'hotel. Il prezzo era solo 30 soli (meno di $10 USD). La stanza era spaziale e aveva gli elementi essenziali di cui abbiamo bisogno in un hotel. Mi sono svegliato alle 6 di mattina, ascoltando un grilletto. Sarò onesta, l'hotel è a Callao, che non è la zona più bella di Lima. La mattina che abbiamo controllato, volevamo andare alla Plaza de Armas de Lima. Per un hotel a prezzi accessibili vicino all'aeroporto, l'Hotel Padama è certamente una grande scelta per noi.

Located in a safe and residential area. 20 minutes by taxi from the Mariflores area. The rooms are clean but in need of some refurbishment, particularly the bathroom. I gave a 5 star because of the service, I arrived early around 12.00 and I did not have to wait, I was also given a late checkout which was a plus. On both occasion Luis was helpful. When I arrived there was a gentleman at the door, I was expecting to get some assistance with the luggage but that did not happen. Apart from that the hotel is reasonably priced. Few minutes away there is a shopping mall with a selection of high street shops and few restaurant (nothing fancy!)

L'hotel non è 7 stelle, ma è la gente che lavora lì che lo rende un posto così bello. Non aveva una cattiva esperienza qui, mia moglie e io sono accaduto a Perù per un funerale e ho avuto un problema di salute a causa dello stress emotivo. Santiago, che era in ricezione, era pronto a chiamare l'ambulanza e potevano riparare la situazione. Anche quando venne a visitare amici e familiari, ho amiciato il curatore Carlos Abanto, un bravo ragazzo, merita tutti i complimenti, super professionista. Per la gente come loro, ho intenzione di tornare. Zarai Chilino (guardiana) era anche bello e Jose il tipo che mi puliva la stanza. Tutto è stato molto bene, buon servizio e attenzione, la stanza molto pulita. La cosa migliore è stato la colazione, molto ricco . L'unico problema è che le carte delle camere sono sempre sbagliate, mi resta una settimana e ogni giorno ho dovuto chiedermi di cambiare la carta perche' non funzionava più.

L'hotel è arrivato TAXI365, aspetta dieci minuti, qualcuno porta il bus.L'hotel è dall'altra parte dell'aeroporto, l'ambiente non è molto buono.Quando entri nell'hotel, non esce.Mangiare una cena semplice nel ristorante dell'hotel. La stanza non è piccola, ma le finestre sono piccole e il bagno non è grande. Alle due e mezza di mattina, il cameriere della reception, il bagaglio, il conducente, il ristorante hanno persone in servizio, non chiamare presto.E'molto buono. Il prezzo di questo hotel è un po'più alto rispetto all'hotel urbano.

The location is very good just next to airport. It is very convenient if you have a early flight. It is just 2 minutes walk from hotel to airport. Service is also good.

Summary: a very good hotel that gets its core mission right, with minor room for improvement to get a perfect score next time. The good: Staff: all staff I encountered from security at the front door to the check-in and restaurant/bar staff were excellent. All FOH staff spoke good to excellent English. A special thanks to Diego at the front desk for being especially friendly and going above and beyond to help me manage multiple reservations I had booked for this property, allowing me to stay in my original room and not have to check out and back in. Thanks also to Henry from the bar/restaurant for his warm and friendly service that made me feel especially welcome and valued. The room: what a fantastic room. Hotel is relatively new and as you’d expect the room is modern, with a seperate desk space for working and plentiful AC and USB charging points for your devices. A very modern bathroom with high pressure rainfall shower and seperate toilet behind a floor to ceiling frosted door. Food/drink: food and drink was excellent, plenty of local and western choices. Not local or authentic by any means but the ‘Texas Burger’ and ‘BBQ Wings’ wouldn’t be out of place at any high quality US diner. Location: hotel is in a safe, quiet pocket of Miraflores within walking distance to the beach, Kennedy park, Lacomar mall and Barranco. There are bus stops nearby if you wish to go to the Lima historic centre. The bad: The bedding: this seems like such an oversight, but the bedding was terrible. Tiny small pillows that are reminiscent of the ones you get given on airplanes and a scratchy blanket that brought back memories from school camp. This seems like an easy one to fix. Noisy: half way through my stay I got some noisy neighbours in the next room and you could hear their conversations clear as day through the wall. So be aware so this may be an issue. Fortunately in my case they went quiet at night time and my sleep wasn’t impacted. Smoking: while this is a smoke free property, the smoking area is right by the front door so you often have to walk through a plume of smoke to enter the property. Please consider moving the smoking area to the other side of the driveway. Conclusion: A very good hotel. If I return to Limq, this would likely be my first choice. This property is better than many Hilton (main brand) I’ve stayed at.
