房間在新城區，周邊環境很好，有很多不同的餐廳，中餐廳韓國餐廳還有西餐廳都在步行範圍，房間比較新早餐很豐富，就是早上到了酒店，衹能多付錢才能入住！

La struttura è molto bella ed accogliente! Lo staff sempre professionale, gentile e disponibile All’ultimo piano ci sono spa, parrucchiere, palestra, sauna e piscina temperata, all’aperto, con vista magnifica. Pulizia ottima! Camere spaziose e ben illuminate, fornite di minibar, bollitore, macchina per il caffè e aria condizionata (calda e fredda). Colazione a buffet molto ricca. Zona tranquilla, nelle vicinanze parchi e centri commerciali.

Well, the food was great, delicious, the drinks were fantastic and the food, omg!!! About the service, Flavia the girl who attended us was so nice and kind. We want to come back. Thanks a lot for the service. Good Job Casa Andina, the experience was amazing.

a great expierence with such a lovely environment, i spent my birthday there and i could say i would repeat again, i’ve tried the morning buffet expierence in which i could try every melting flavour, the crew was very amazong and had a wonderfull vibe

The breakfast buffet was great. Varied and delicious food. Friendly staff (especially Rosmery) They gave us a gift for a birthday. A reservation had been made in advance and they treated us very well. We will definitely return soon. thank you so much

Our family of 4 stayed in Casa Andina Premium San Isidro for 7 nights and would have stayed longer if we could! The rooms were perfect, super quiet, comfy and the service impeccable. And the location super centric and close to all best restaurants and bars. We have a few special asks during our stay and the staff always helped us. Christian at the restaurant was the best, and the cleaning and front desk personnel were also super nice and helpful! I'd recommend it in a heartbeat!

I went to La Plaza for a Pisco sour and a bite. I can say everything was great. Excellent service and quality. Erika was amazing, professional and kind. Since the moment You go inside, you feel you're in good hands. Thank you! We'll definitely come back.

The Casa Andina Premium San Isidro Hotel in Lima is a great place to stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice beds and modern bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs. The hotel has a good restaurant with tasty food, and the breakfast buffet is very nice with many choices. There is also a gym and a small pool, which are good for relaxing. However, the pool area is a bit old and not very clean. The location in San Isidro is excellent, close to shops and restaurants. Overall, it’s a wonderful hotel with great service and a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lima!

The service in the restaurant was great Ericka the waitres was very nice and was always pending of us. Prices with discount was also affordable. Highly recomended. The dishes (lomo saltado y piqueo) that we chose were gourmet (litle) but the teast were good.

We had an awesome Pisco Sour Experience with Aiana Omar. After purchasing the delicious Pisco we also could participate in a "how to mix Pisco". They showed us all the incrediences and how to mix them together to end with a super delicious result. Thank you!

Quality food and good service overall. The only issue I had was the narrow spaces I had to go through when I were returning to my seat due to the placement of the tables and chairs. I also appreciate that my birthday was acknowledged with a gift.

I visited the bar for waiting a moment before a meeting close to the hotel, the reception was really friendly, personal at the bar had excellent hospitality and where kind enough to explain local drinks to my acquaintance. the drinks where good and service was swift, nice and really good

Where do we start… 1. They didn’t even care to help us with our luggage nor open the door for the car. I had to find the cart for my luggage, load it and take it with me into the elevator. They never offered help. The guy at the door is a joke. 2. Bathroom in common are was dirty (floor M) 3. We got a stinky pillow (head sweat). The fabric was yelowish compared to the other white bedsheets. 4.They blocked my car in the parking lot, so beware if you are driving. 5. Breakfast was decent. Coffee machine broke. Drip coffee is cheap dirt water. 6. Good luck deciphering room service calls from your room. They provide a QR code to a website in there there is no link to room service(just show us the shortcuts on the phone!) 7. bathroom smell a little humid and at moments we felt a stench of sewage in the shower. This is a 5 stars hotel, all of the above are unacceptable circumstances. The positives 1. Nice pool but there is smell of stagnant water on the right side, close to the stairs. 2. Decent WiFi. 3. Great location. 4. They replied to my initial survey. Hoping they can correct all the observations above.
