Sicuramente è una soluzione molto buona per Lima in centro. Si trova a 15’ a piedi dalla fermata del metropolitano Benavides, non è centralissimo ma neanche troppo lontano. Tutto ok alla reception, ho usato il servizio taxi e tutto è andato bene (20 usd aeroporto - hotel) Unico piccolo problema: eravamo in due nella stanza ma le asciugamani e il kit di cortesia era per una persona sola. Very modern facilities and friendly service! Among the four hotels we have experienced in Peru, this one is certainly the best!

Summary: a very good hotel that gets its core mission right, with minor room for improvement to get a perfect score next time. The good: Staff: all staff I encountered from security at the front door to the check-in and restaurant/bar staff were excellent. All FOH staff spoke good to excellent English. A special thanks to Diego at the front desk for being especially friendly and going above and beyond to help me manage multiple reservations I had booked for this property, allowing me to stay in my original room and not have to check out and back in. Thanks also to Henry from the bar/restaurant for his warm and friendly service that made me feel especially welcome and valued. The room: what a fantastic room. Hotel is relatively new and as you’d expect the room is modern, with a seperate desk space for working and plentiful AC and USB charging points for your devices. A very modern bathroom with high pressure rainfall shower and seperate toilet behind a floor to ceiling frosted door. Food/drink: food and drink was excellent, plenty of local and western choices. Not local or authentic by any means but the ‘Texas Burger’ and ‘BBQ Wings’ wouldn’t be out of place at any high quality US diner. Location: hotel is in a safe, quiet pocket of Miraflores within walking distance to the beach, Kennedy park, Lacomar mall and Barranco. There are bus stops nearby if you wish to go to the Lima historic centre. The bad: The bedding: this seems like such an oversight, but the bedding was terrible. Tiny small pillows that are reminiscent of the ones you get given on airplanes and a scratchy blanket that brought back memories from school camp. This seems like an easy one to fix. Noisy: half way through my stay I got some noisy neighbours in the next room and you could hear their conversations clear as day through the wall. So be aware so this may be an issue. Fortunately in my case they went quiet at night time and my sleep wasn’t impacted. Smoking: while this is a smoke free property, the smoking area is right by the front door so you often have to walk through a plume of smoke to enter the property. Please consider moving the smoking area to the other side of the driveway. Conclusion: A very good hotel. If I return to Limq, this would likely be my first choice. This property is better than many Hilton (main brand) I’ve stayed at.

Reservé 2 habitaciones standard para año nuevo 2024, una con cama matrimonial para mi hijo y para mí, y la otra con 2 camas. Y al momento de la reserva especifiqué que necesitaba que estén una al lado de la otra, o exactamente al frente. Cuando hice check in, fuimos a las habitaciones y la mía era cama doble y encima no estaban al frente, felizmente la señora de recepción pudo solucionar pero estuvimos bastante rato esperando. Luego, a las 5y30pm aprox llamo a Room Service para pedir la cena de mi hijo, me contesta un chico y me toma el pedido. Pasa 1 HORA, llamo para saber cuánto más iba a demorar y un señor de restaurante de muy mala manera me dice que no tiene ningún pedido y que no era su problema porque él acababa de entrar a turno. Me pareció una pésima atención y pésima forma de resolver un problema. Obviamente tuve que volver a hacer el pedido y esperar más, pero dejó mucho que desear la respuesta de su personal del restaurante e hizo que me amargue el momento. Finalmente, en recepción a la hora del check in preguntamos si Room Service atendería normal hasta las 11pm, nos dijo que sí. Cuando nos fueron a dejar la comida de mi hijo, volví a preguntar al mozo y me dijo que ya no tomaban pedidos porque estaban con la cena buffet. Entonces nos iban a dejar sin cena a mi familia y a mí, ya que al estar con un niño pequeño él ya iba a dormir y yo no iba a poder salir al restaurante. Después de insistir, accedió a tomarnos el pedido pero tenía que ser en ese momento (siendo 7pm, comida llegó 7y20) y lamentablemente tuve que cenar comida fría ya que recién pude hacerlo después de dormir a mi hijo a las 8y30pm aprox. Realmente no volvería al hotel por tener tantas malas experiencias en 1 solo día de estadía.

La camera è molto grande e il letto è molto comodo. Il servizio è anche molto buono. Ci sono due bottiglie d'acqua potabile gratuita ogni giorno, tutto è molto bello, tranne il WiFi. Il segnale è troppo pesante. Il mio computer, il mio cellulare, l'iPad sono sempre stati incredibili e monopolizzati. La riunione è stata anche interrotta. Questo è ciò che non ho incontrato in altri hotel

Ho alloggiato al The Level e sono davvero soddisfatto. Soprattutto l’accoglienza e la professionalità di Bryan e Susan è stata fantastica. Grazie davvero per la vostra attenzione al cliente. Al mio prossimo viaggio a Lima sicuramente tornerò. A presto.

Abbiamo scelto l'hotel perché ha tre camere e le sue recensioni. Tuttavia non è il grande hotel recensionato 2 e 3 anni fa. I punti migliori per l'hotel sono i dipendenti soprattutto Tanya. L'hotel è molto pulito e la posizione è grande. La colazione è al di sotto del par. Solo una tazza e una tovagliola a mano sono stati forniti in una stanza nonostante fossimo 5. La macchina espresso non aveva tazza o capsule da usare. Non è stata fornita una bottiglia d'acqua. Sento che la gestione sembrava possibile tagliare i costi.

La posizione è molto buona se si vuole stare vicino alla piazza principale dell'area storica. Potevamo raggiungere tutti i ristoranti e luoghi di interesse in massimo 10 minuti a piedi. Essendo un hotel ha tutti i comfort che ci sono mancati in 3 settimane in cui abbiamo dormito in posti spartani: soprattutto c'era l'acqua sempre calda in un bagno davvero bellissimo. La camera non era molto grande ma per un giorno appena andava bene. La colazione era molto buona e il WiFi andava perfettamente. Inoltre ci hanno tenuto i bagagli fino alla (tarda) ora del nostro volo. La nostra camera dava su una delle vie principali e non era insonorizzata. Noi eravamo talmente stanchi dal viaggio che abbiamo dormito ugualmente, ma chi ha il sonno leggero credo faccia fatica. Nonostante io avessi assicurato la prenotazione su Booking con carta di credito mi è stato chiesto 2 gg prima di pagare con bonifico. Ho fatto presente che potevano prelevare tramite Booking, e alla fine hanno aspettato il nostro arrivo.

L'hotel ci ha offerto una navetta che ci ha portati dall'aeroporto all'hotel. Il prezzo era solo 30 soli (meno di $10 USD). La stanza era spaziale e aveva gli elementi essenziali di cui abbiamo bisogno in un hotel. Mi sono svegliato alle 6 di mattina, ascoltando un grilletto. Sarò onesta, l'hotel è a Callao, che non è la zona più bella di Lima. La mattina che abbiamo controllato, volevamo andare alla Plaza de Armas de Lima. Il nostro ambasciatore di front office dell'hotel era così gentile - si aspettava fuori dall'hotel con noi per assicurarsi che fossimo protetti e controllava costantemente il mio telefono per assicurarsi che entrassimo nella giusta Uber. Purtroppo non parlo spagnolo, ma ho capito i suoi gesti quando diceva che il mio telefono poteva essere preso. Vorrei avere il suo nome. Quando siamo tornati all'hotel per andare all'aeroporto, il nostro manager ha tenuto il nostro bagaglio in una stanza chiusa e ancora una volta è rimasto con noi fuori per il nostro Uber all'aeroporto. Per un hotel a prezzi accessibili vicino all'aeroporto, l'Hotel Padama è certamente una grande scelta per noi.
