Lovely few days. Smashing hotel will definitely come back.

Отель отличный отдельные виллы ,стоят так как будто рядом нет никого и не кто мимо не проходит. Территория зеленая, ящерки белочки бегают, вечером летучим мыши летают) пляж красивый , сидишь себе в тени пальм))камушки при входе в море ,но если отойти правее , к кокосовой аллее то там чистое дно песочек. Завтраки хорошие большой выбор вкусный. Из минусов; далеко до всего, без байка или машины ни как, если только кушать при отеле или на берегу есть ресторанчики не далеко левее от пляжа.

本來在booking上面訂的酒店，後來預訂不成功，特意來攜程看有沒有這個酒店，因為象島比較小眾，後來預訂成功，訂錯日期，管家還幫忙聯繫酒店更加入住日期，還是大攜程管用！酒店太超乎預期了本來想着開業蠻久的，但是性價比非常高，有自己私人海灘，看日落非常棒，來的都是外國人度假，天天曬太陽，入住前台小姐姐非常好，是我聽過最好聽泰語英語，回國之後還有點想念她，有機會再到象島還會選擇brail

今次在象島住宿這間酒店是住在對住沙灘的房間，環境非常優美，海灘非常廣闊，餐廳早餐食物一般

近路，有點噪

Questa è una specie di disastro e non un hotel. Nelle recensioni è tutto bello, ma... come un teatro comincia con un attaccapanni, un albergo comincia con il ricevimento. C'è solo un baldacchino, un tavolo, un computer e un divano. OK. Abbiamo trascorso molto tempo a scegliere tra due hotel a Chang e abbiamo deciso di dividerli semplicemente: metà del tempo in uno, metà qui. Barali è arrivato secondo. Ci portarono nella nostra stanza; la stanza era dietro il capannone della reception, accanto al locale caldaia/generatore o qualcos'altro che rimbombava. Non siamo nemmeno entrati nel bungalow. La seconda stanza proposta era... lì, dall'altra parte della sala da bowling. La terza camera che ci è stata offerta (ma non per 4 notti, ma per 3, con successivo trasferimento) era già in centro, ma in primo luogo c'era un forte odore chimico nella stanza, evidentemente dopo il trattamento o qualcos'altro, che non potevamo allontanarci per 2 ore a piedi lasciando le finestre aperte. E in secondo luogo, tutti questi bungalow sono doppi e la stanza ha una porta verso i vicini. E i vicini risultarono essere due uomini. A giudicare dalla foto dell'hotel ci sono molti sposi lì... Quindi le prospettive erano fosche. L'hotel in sé è nella giungla, ovviamente è bello, ma è stato rimosso solo il sentiero centrale. I sentieri che portano ai bungalow sono ricoperti di foglie vicine l'una all'altra. Sì, natura selvaggia, ma la puzza nella stanza e l'homo... homosapiens fuori dalla porta ci hanno costretto a prendere le valigie e tornare all'albergo precedente, dove siamo stati accolti con molto piacere. Siamo riusciti a guardarci un po' intorno. L'ampiezza della zona alberghiera è piuttosto ridotta, la maggior parte dei bungalow è lontana dal mare e dalla sala da pranzo. La spiaggia... beh, così così, ma ancora una volta, è una sezione molto stretta e per andare dalla spiaggia ai bungalow devi attraversare la piscina. Si sono rifiutati categoricamente di restituire i soldi. Ho chiamato booking: i nostri non hanno risposto, nell'ufficio di Londra mi hanno detto che non supportano più i turisti di lingua russa. L'ho scritto nella domanda: nessuno l'ha letto. Sono tornato a casa, ho chiamato l'ufficio di Mosca e ho sostenuto che se la descrizione dell'hotel avesse indicato che le stanze erano accanto alla caldaia e le stanze puzzavano, non avrei prenotato. In generale sono riuscito ad ottenere un rimborso, ma non per 4 bensì per 3 notti. Inoltre non è stato l'hotel a restituire i soldi, ma la prenotazione. No, non abbiamo lasciato che la nostra vacanza fosse rovinata! I restanti 4 giorni li abbiamo trascorsi meravigliosamente nell'hotel precedente dove siamo ritornati!

We stayed here for 6 nights. Good points: spacious rooms, lovely setting within the garden, right at the beach, friendly staff. Points for improvement: breakfast is ok, only sugar yoghurt is served unfortunately no muesli is served, the whole premises needs maintenance, the deck at the beach definitely needs attention. Next door via the beach there are some lovely restaurants to have lunch or dinner.

Lovely rooms and location with a nice clean beach. The staff as per usual in Thailand friendly and keen to please a true asset. However it appeared there at the time start of the high season new staff or trainees so a few issues with knowledge and skills. Here and there a little maintenance required on the decking areas I think being independent and having a few lean years in Thailand owing to lack of tourism cash flow may of been an issue I’m sure after a good season this will change as I could hear maintenance taking place I would be more than happy to come back to this bit of unspoilt Thailand and this hotel.

Just left hotel with a bad feeling which is shame we stayed in villa with our own pool for 5 nights perfect But the catering at the hotel needs reviewing it was raining so decided on room service no menu's in the room tried to call on 3 occasions no reply so gave up Breakfast we like to eat early so arrived at the restaurant at opening all the food including Thai food was completely cold the person cooking eggs and bacon was untrained on the 5 morning bacon was only ready 1 day the fried eggs were cold no poached eggs boiled eggs or scrambled were offered only omelette I stayed at this hotel in April and the breakfast was 100 percent better the chef today was taking photos of the food but what it didn't show all the food was cold

The resort is accessed from the main road via 500m of narrow paved road. Welcome was lovely and the resort has an open feel with beautiful paths (lit very tastefully) in the evening. Our bungalow was set back from the pool area, fully detached with windows on all sides. Step down into the sunken bath for a luxury dip. The room is well appointed with mini bar and safe. Bags for the beach with towels. When arranging our onward journey to a nearby hotel the staff were very helpful and asked no charge for the trip. All together a delightful stay.

Stunningly beautiful place, but had a bad experience with the receptionist and the room. We booked a sea view villa and it was not worth it - worn out and the check in experience was bad. It seems we unfortunately had a bad luck with this place or something. Was not wort the price we payed, would probably been much happier if my expectations would have been of 2,5-3 star hotel. Breakfast with the incredible views and exceptional selection was worth 4+ stars.
