One of my best stays in LiJiang. We were greeted by the Jade Snow Mountain the moment we stepped into our room. The best part is you can even view the mountain in the mirror while brushing teeth. Staffs were more than friendly and helpful. Even after we have checked out, while waiting for the taxi, they served us with fruits and free coffees. We really appreciate their great service.

The 270 degree is out of the world! It has scenery, looking straight at the Jade Mountain from the balcony, nice and cozy decor, super friendly and helpful staff who takes extra miles to help us having a wonderful time in Lijiang. 270度既房簡直超乎我哋嘅想像！一起身就望住玉龍雪山，有個好大嘅湖，房間設計十分時尚舒適，仲要係民宿嘅所有員工都十分友善，還幫忙設計我哋嘅旅程 。喺麗江玩得好開心絕對會推介呢一間民宿。

Directly facing Jade Dragon Snow Mountain - this Villa has one of the best views in Lijiang. The hotel staffs were super friendly, and even gave us a free upgrade of our room! Nonetheless, every room is guaranteed a stunning view of the mountain, where you can watch the sunrise. Amenities are great - apart from the usual, they also provided sanitary pads and drip coffee. Beds felt very comfortable and they even had ergonomic pillows! Highly recommend this place for travellers to Lijiang, and want a quaint and quiet place to stay in.

Our stay was truly remarkable, thanks to the incredibly caring and dedicated staff who went above and beyond at every turn. From the moment we arrived with airport pickup to our departure, every aspect of our transportation was seamlessly arranged, making our trip incredibly convenient. The room was beyond our expectations and worth every penny. Xiao Hou was especially attentive, ensuring we felt at home and assisting us with all our needs, along with the rest of the wonderful team. The hotel also offers a complimentary hair wash service, which added a lovely personal touch, along with daily tea breaks and delightful evening desserts. Plus, the presence of adorable cats around the hotel made our experience even more enjoyable! The rooms were impeccably clean, and the breathtaking view of the mountains was priceless. The café itself is a must-visit. We will certainly recommend this gem to all our family and friends and look forward to returning!

initially booked for 5th May but a Family friend had an unexpected situation. The hotel management was kind enough to reschedule our stay. we arrived late 1145pm on 10th May & the front desk stayed open to welcome us. The room has magnificent view of the mountain. and the hotel has excellent services. i would recommend checking in early to use their facilities and enjoy the views. they have a nice coffee shop area. we enjoyed our complimentary breakfast.

What an exceptional Villa experience! From the moment we contacted the villa (one day before our arrival), we were met with unparalleled hospitality and exceptional service. There was no pressure to purchase anything; instead, we received genuine recommendations for various enjoyable activities/packages and dining options, along with assistance in making reservations. Our assigned butler, "小侯" (Xiao Hou), along with the rest of the staff, went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was flawless. Additionally, being welcomed by the owner’s adorable pet, a pig named Pupu, added an extra touch of warmth and charm to our arrival experience. One of the standout features of this hotel is its serene ambiance. Despite its location in a bustling area, the secluded spot provided an incredibly peaceful atmosphere, allowing for a truly relaxing experience. The villa we stayed in was not only beautifully designed but also incredibly smart, offering all the modern conveniences one could ask for. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully appointed. And let's not forget about the breathtaking view! Waking up to the sight of majestic mountains, a tranquil lake, and a charming bridge was a true highlight of our stay. Experiencing such natural beauty right from the moment you open your eyes from your bed is truly magical. Moreover, the restaurant's decoration was specifically designed with Instagrammable features in mind, adding an extra layer of visual appeal to the dining experience. Additionally, when they learned I was unwell, the hotel staff kindly offered free medicine, showing their dedication to guest comfort. Moreover, existing services such as the welcome dessert, breakfast, afternoon tea by the snowy mountain lake, 1-way airport/train transfer, and even the hair wash were all indicative of their commitment to ensuring every guest's needs are met with utmost care and attention. The only regret is that we couldn't catch the 日照金山 phenomenon as it was mostly cloudy during our stay. Overall, our stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. It's unquestionably worth every penny, and the actual experience surpassed the captivating photos. We cannot recommend it highly enough; you simply must experience it firsthand.

The location wasn't super convenient but they had a punctual pick up service. Room was spacious with a nice view, sadly it was foggy so we couldn't really see the mountain. Amenities was great, they provided everything we needed and was prompt in responding through WeChat if we needed anything. AND THEY HAD A PET PIG OMG I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A HUGE PET PIG IT WAS SO CUTE.

This Villa is the best stay we have booked for our entire Lijiang Trip. The service was amazing , View was breathtaking. Best part is the beautiful room overlooking Jade Dragon mountain. They have upgrade us from a 180 degree room to 360 degree room. Truly appreciate it. The restaurant in the villa serve amazing breakfast and dinner too. Breakfast and afternoon tea are all privided as complimentary upon all room booking moreover they provided free hair wash service too. The restaurant has a movable platform for pictures and it has to be the best view in Li Jiang. We will definitely come back again and recommend to our friends. ShanHai definitely make our trip special. 山海Villa 是我们整个丽江行程住过最美的酒店. 服务100分 尤其是我们管家 小候 ， 所有事情都安排得妥妥当当 服务周到.山海有着可以称全丽江最美的景色了. 他们给我们180度景的房间升级到了360度房间 美疯了！房间都有附早餐 ， 下午茶 还有免费洗头一次 真的不要太爽 餐厅里的拍照平台真的随手一拍都是大片。很开心这次坚持订了山海 ，以后朋友来玩一定会大推！ 这酒店让我们的丽江之旅变得更特别🥰

If you are looking for room with a view, this place definitely don’t fail you 🫶 everyone in this hotel are so welcoming & helpful. Near to town area and easy to access by taxi. Definitely the most beautiful stay in my Lijiang trip. The view from room will never fail you. Thank you Shan Hai Villa ❤️

The food and service were amazing

真的很推薦這家民宿我和爸爸媽媽定了180度山景套房 是有兩個房間到民宿後給我們升級成了360度的 在這裏謝謝民宿的工作人員啦~到民宿後送了下午茶 裏面有現烤的鮮花餅還送了古樹滇紅而且這家民宿是送免費洗頭的!各種細節都做的好棒老闆肯定很瞭解年輕人的需求工作人員會提前一晚問早餐想吃什麼在得知我們第二天早上要早去雪山後又給我們配好了方便攜帶的早餐包（但早上我們還是吃到了米線巨好吃!是我來雲南後吃過的最最最好吃的米線 雖然之前在大理吃的銀米和蒙自黃牛米線也巨好吃 但山海的早餐會更讓人眼前一亮） 昨晚爸爸晚飯吃得太多想喝生普去去油我就想着在山海的咖啡廳點一份但那時候已經十一點多了老闆還是給配好了一套茶具給送了上來並且是不收費的給我爸爸感動壞了直誇老闆真誠哈哈哈哈 今早日照金山的所有照片全都是山海的工作人員給拍的 技術很好而且會指導我動作真真拍出來了人生照片

跟朋友一起來玩 無意中發現寶藏酒店 酒店的管家式服務太貼心了 特別是小穎 又漂亮又細心 全程都給我安排的明明白白 真的太意外了所以第二天我們又續住了 她性格真的很好 服務特別特別細心 因為是同齡人 所以我們也非常聊的來 就像自己很久不見的朋友一樣 酒店環境也很棒 房間裏看雪山 咖啡廳裏打打卡 總之很意外 也非常滿意 非常推薦！

我們來到雲南的第一晚就是住這家民宿。從房間的落地玻璃窗就能看到美到不行的玉龍雪山，在2樓還有很會拍照的小姐姐幫忙打卡。民宿的工作人員非常熱情細心，酒店的床非常舒服，美美地睡了個好覺。不捨得走T T 下次再來麗江玩一定再住這家！

民宿定位精確，位置很好找，距離古城和古鎮都很近；房間衞生做得很好，非常乾淨。管家也很熱情，幫我們拿行李做攻略，有什麼問題打電話給他，都很快的幫我們解決，非常滿意！可以天氣不太好一直在下雨，沒有看到雪山，但是民宿的早餐、晚餐下午茶都很贊，味道很棒，分量都很足，不夠吃的還可以加；我們去雪山管家還給我們拿了氧氣瓶，還有洗頭服務真的很貼心[愛心]必須給好評！！
