Il personale non parla molto bene l'inglese, ma è super disponibile a cercare di aiutarti a qualsiasi costo. Hanno fatto alcune chiamate per noi e ci hanno aiutato a capire come spedire i nostri bagagli. Non c'è la pulizia giornaliera, ma non è stato un problema per noi dato che siamo rimasti solo 3 notti. Ci sono bevande gratuite nella hall (:

Abbiamo soggiornato per 6 notti. Probabilmente è un posto più adatto per un massimo di 3 notti perché non puliscono la stanza per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Se riesci a sopportare di non avere l'aspirapolvere e il mocio in camera per più di 3 notti, allora questo è un ottimo posto. Gli asciugamani possono essere richiesti alla reception in qualsiasi momento, il che è positivo. Il cuscino è morbido, non ha un supporto sufficiente. Il cuscino più duro è finito. Ho usato 2 cuscini morbidi e 2 asciugamani da bagno sotto di essi. Vicino al treno di Hakata, alle stazioni JR e al terminal degli autobus. Anche a pochi passi dal centro storico di Hakata. In generale, la stanza era pulita e luminosa. Il personale era gentile e disponibile.

Room size is great with sofa and massage chair. I can even open 3 big suitcases! Staff are nice, the counter even even serves free comics, snack bar and free beer! Just that it has whistling sound along with heavy wind at night but doesnt bother us much to rest. Overall its a good experience of stay.

Walkable distance from hakata station. The amenities were great, and there were free beers at the reception area along with snacks to pair with. There was also free drinks in the fridge as well! Great for solo travel. The size is abit cram, had a bit difficulty to fit my luggage down.

Clean and nice staff. A little far from train station. It is good for solo or family.

博多Zonk Hotel is new, grand and with good service. The counter at 2/F.

Great location, the room is clean with good amenities and comes with dehumidifier. They also provide free beers in the room and in the lounge area. The place also comes with a well equipment gym which requires booking in advance which essentially give you an almost private gym. The only downside is they charge 550 yen for luggage storage prior to check in and after check out.

Clean accommodation, worth the price good place

we got the corner sofa room, very spacious with 2 queen beds next to each other, very good with my 2 kids together. location was very nice, we drove and there are a few parking areas behind the hotel which was convinent. but they dont clean the room for you or enter the room at all so its good for insecure guest i guess. towel not changing was a problem for my wife....

Location is close to the Hakata station. There is a fee of 500 yen for luggage storage in case arrive earlier than check-in, or you want to check out. It is higher than daily rate of a locker in the train station. All other hotels stored my luggage for a few hours for free.

The service was excellent. Very friendly front desk staff members. Free flow of quality coffee and ice water at check-in floor.
