The staff is nice and friendly. The breakfast was great and tasty. There’s lots of food to choose for. The room is clean, bed is comfortable.

The stay is great, the hotel staff took care of me on my last day when i fell really sick. Really appreciate the concierge staff!

Great hotel, large room (was upgraded for free to Suite), clean. Marshal at reception was friendly and attentive. Large variety at breakfast, although the western options are still slightly limited. Would be nice to have greek yoghurt and more cereal choices. Chinese options are great. Joy (waitress at breakfast) was very good and deserves a mention!

這是我必須要真實有效的負責任的評價一下聖地天堂洲際酒店： 1，服務：👍由於上一次318進藏到一半，高反嚴重。當時定的別的酒店。非常痛苦。這一次合前台服務小哥事先溝通。，非常帥氣的藏族小夥。給我安排的細緻周到，我房間安排的安靜。水果。彌散式供氧，及出現高反後，第一時間給我送來了罐氧，並且負責任的提醒我不要忍耐，要去醫院實在不舒服。非常感動。感謝。 2，地理位置環境。👍，周邊非常安靜可以出去走走路慢走。有人工湖。有大型的免費停車場。藍天，白雲，高山。聖地洲際酒店。真的像天堂一樣屹立在一個，童話世界裏。 所有的藏族朋友嗎都非常友好，服務意識非常的強。如果第一次來拉薩。不用擔心。在此酒店緩兩天，什麼事都沒有。去大昭寺八廓街等等都非常方便。最主要坐在房間裏面就可以看到布達拉宮，慢慢的發呆。 下次再去拉薩。不二選擇。

在拉薩洲際酒店的入住體驗遠超預期，必須好好誇誇！ 酒店的地理位置絕佳，周邊視野開闊，能感受到拉薩特有的寧靜與壯美。房間整潔舒適，設施完善，細節處透着用心，讓人在旅途勞頓後能徹底放鬆下來。餐飲也很有特色，融合了當地風味和精緻口感，吃得特別滿足。 但最讓我們感動的，是工作人員Meiko的暖心舉動。我們退房後才發現手串落在了房間，正急得團團轉時，接到了Meiko的電話，她細心告知找到了手串，還配合騎手閃送到我們新入住的酒店。全程溝通順暢，她耐心又負責，沒過多久手串就安全送到了我們手上，這份認真負責的態度真的太讓人安心了！ 這樣有温度的服務，讓我們在拉薩的旅程更添一份美好。強烈推薦給計劃來拉薩的朋友，選擇這裏絕對不會錯！

酒店服務非常好，酒店工作人員德吉 Nancy提前和我聯繫，主動幫忙升級親子房，並多送了一份早餐，也告知剛來拉薩的注意事項，比如第一天要休息，前幾天不要洗澡等等；今天早上車子無法啟動，告知門口工作人員後，立即來了三名酒店工作人員一起幫忙用電瓶幫忙啟動車子。感受到酒店的熱情，感受到拉薩的温暖，有機會再來。

臨時帶父親來這邊教育城辦事，這家酒店是附近最豪華的，房間設施有點年代感了。。。但整個建築羣和藏式裝修風格父親都很滿意，特別表揚Bowen，在我剛訂房間不久就致電詢問我的需求，半個小時的時間就安排的非常周到，辦事效率很高。
