Hotel in zona Gnadenkirche, Lipsia

Das Arthotel grenzt direkt an Primark und man hat es nicht weit zum Brühl oder Bahnhof oder Markt. Es ist, wie der Name schon vermuten lässt, modern eingerichtet. Gut, dass sich dies auch in einem Blechspind statt Schrank äußert, gefällt nicht jedem. Unser Zimmer war nach Straße ausgerichtet und hatte eine riesige Glasfront. Das Bad war sehr sauber, hatte eine ebenerdige Dusche und schöne große Ablagen an denen sonst in Hotelbäder eher gespart wird. Der Empfang wahr freundlich und hat uns auch schon vor der Zeit ein Zimmer gegeben. Bedenken hatte ich wegen des Frühstücks - offensichtlich ein Dauerthema bei den Bewertungen. Entweder hat sich zwischenzeitlich etwas getan oder die Ansprüche sind unterschiedlich. Ich würde es als etwas über dem Durchschnitt klassifizieren. Für die Betreuung beim Frühstück sind zwei Servicekräfte zuständig. Ob das Geschirr zwischendurch abgeräumt und auch mal was weg gewischt wird, hängt davon ab, wer Dienst hat. Heute (11.04) war ein guter Tag…😀 Hervorzuheben ist, dass die Kaffeemaschinen den Gästen ganztags zur Verfügung stehen. Die Anreise mit Auto ist etwas schwierig. Empfehlenswert ist, aufgrund Entfernung und Preis, das Parkhaus an der Westseite des Bahnhofs.

Recata a Lipsia nel Luglio 2016, con un viaggio di gruppo organizzato dall' Agenzia ”Abaco Viaggi”. Siamo arrivati in ritardo causa un spiacevole disguido e una grossa bugia da parte dell' accompagnatrice di gruppo al titolare dell'hotel. Era meglio la cruda verità e l'ammissione da parte dell'assistente della propria incompetenza.. Nonostante tutto, il titolare è stato cordiale, a mio parere troppo, così come la famiglia e la guida della città. Ho avuto cena tedesca (come poche) e varia, camera spaziosa e fresca. Colazione superlativa. Se tornassi, sceglierei di nuovo questo hotel. Arrivederci dal Friuli Venezia Giulia. Lucia Floreani

La sala è spaziosa, ma non è stata pulita né messo a letto durante il mio soggiorno. La posizione è buona, ma prevede 20-30 minuti per un taxi.

L'ambiente è buono. La posizione può anche andare al zoo di Lebyan. Quando andrò per qualche minuto, è domenica. I negozi vicini sono chiusi. Non è molto buono trovare il cibo. L'hotel è buono. I bagni sono anche molto buoni. Il fratello della porta è molto carino.

Location is superb, just across the train station and convenient to walk around the square where actions are happening on Saturday night. Breakfast spread is good, room is decent size with minimalist decor. Front desk was kind to loan me a universal adapter.

This place is a joke. First, try to find it. Signage is less than minimal. Hopefully, you can figure it out with others who already have or who are also searching for the place. Next, take a nondescript elevator to the 6th floor. If you come after the sun goes down, note that the lobby with the elevator is quick dark, very poorly lit. Get off the 6th floor and turn right. If you come at check in time, be prepared for the line of over a dozen others waiting to check in. They will not check in anyone before three. Nope. Won’t do it. After a half hour, we were directed to our room on the third floor, right above the intersection. Great view from a large window facing the university and Old Town directly to the west, but ah, these are the two big problems. First, the noise of trams, trucks, and then every ambulance in the city must be required to pass through this intersection! Second, summer heat makes the room an oven. One window will open a bit, maybe 10 cm, but don’t get your hopes up for much natural air. We figured the noise would eventually die down, but it didn’t, especially ambulances on a Saturday night. So eventually we closed the window and curtains. That helped contain the noise but then the heat hit us. We failed to find much sleep in our sweat. Ah, but the air conditioner! Try as we might, we failed to get the A/C to work, nor any fan for ventilation! About daylight, we finally slept, only to miss our planned Bach Festival event that morning. Groggily, we tried to get to the reception desk to discuss this issue, but, mind you, the elevator up to the reception does not stop at the third floor. Only down. So this senior citizen had to take the first of four climbs up those stairs to reception on the 6th floor. I asked for a refund for the second scheduled night. It was refused. “We can’t do that. Only Expedia can. You need to call them.” Also, “You can’t get air conditioning in your room because there is none. Hotels in Germany don’t have air conditioning.” And portable fans are not provided either apparently. I called Expedia. They said that, of course, the hotel can refund the payment for the night. Expedia called the hotel. Then spoke with me I returned up the four flights of steps to get my refund. Nope. They refused to refund. But they did provide another room that did not face the street. Ok. We took it. They even provided a bottle of wine, and we slept well that second night. The next morning at check out, the manager asked why we hadn’t turned on the air conditioning…and of course, Germany has air conditioning. And no, the hotel would not be able to refund an unused night as requested. We loved Leipzig! But beware of this joke of a place.

Siamo già stati la seconda volta nel breve tempo ospiti in questo confortevole e moderno hotel, perché ci piaceva così bene e ci sentivamo bene intorno. Qui l'ospite non mancava davvero niente! Il personale è sempre molto amichevole e utile. Le ragazze alla ricezione si accolgono con un sorriso e convincono in ogni momento con la loro pazienza e la loro competenza. Qui si sente davvero benvenuto. Ci è piaciuto molto: ogni giorno tutti i dipendenti di tutti i servizi come cucina, ricezione, servizio, ecc. si riuniscono per una breve pausa di colazione e si parlano. In questo modo la comunicazione funziona anche oltre il proprio settore, rafforza la sensazione di comunita' e facilita la cooperazione - che, in ultima analisi, è di vantaggio per gli ospiti. Il buffet per colazione è ben arredate e offre qualcosa per ogni gusto. I cocktail al bar sono davvero deliziosi e la pizza è anche buono. Le camere sono luminose e accoglienti, con grandi, ingoianti fronti della finestra. Sono stato in grado di dormire bene nei letti confortevoli, ma anche il bagno è moderno e elegante, con specchi grandi e bassi lavastoviglie angoli, e sufficienti spazi di ricambio. Non c'è niente di sfruttato qui e si sente semplicemente bene. A causa del mio compleanno circolare, nella nostra seconda visita abbiamo ricevuto un aggiornamento della camera in una splendida suite. Questo è stato notevolmente più grande, ha inoltre un armadio, bagno e WC sono separati qui. Molto piacevole, soprattutto quando si è in secondo luogo. In questo momento ancora una volta mi ringrazio sinceramente per questo regalo meraviglioso!!! (Solo bene che nessuno ci vedeva accanto alle mani di gioia e come i bambini saltavano intorno). Certo che torneremo, mi aspetto già 😘

Grande Motel One Standard, come si fa. 👍🏼 Il bar di torcia è sensazionalmente bellissimo con una splendida vista sul lavandino, l'opera e la città antica. Servizio piacevole e prettamente disponibile. 🍹 La posizione dell'hotel è super, anche nel garage a terra dell'hotel c'era spazio. Altrimenti il parco Q-Agosto è direttamente di fronte. 🅿️ Durante la colazione, una vasta gamma di prodotti freschi (bio) e una bella atmosfera rilassata. Check-in e check-out sono anche incompleti, come sempre tutto super.

Ottima struttura ad un passo dal centro. La colazione - come sempre nei Radisson - è monumentale e ottima! Il parcheggio privato è comodissimo. Rispettate tutte le norme anti-Covid. Avrei voluto trovare in camera più opzioni per il cuscino (quello tedesco moscio ed enorme lo detesto), ma non c'era. Ammetto che non ho chiesto alla reception se ne avevano uno in lattice.

In generale, un hotel decente, ma il nostro AC non lavorava nella stanza e dato il nostro check-in tardivo (11:30 pm) nessuno ha risposto al telefono chiamando più volte la ricezione, che è stato molto deludente. Possiamo anche odore di sigarette dal sistema di ventilazione. La colazione era buona. Senza le questioni è un hotel piuttosto decente.
