Hotel in zona Amsterdam metro train station, Leiden

Uso generalmente questo hotel quando mi trovo per lavoro a Leiden o L'Aia. Hotel situato in posizione strategica di fronte alla stazione centrale raggiungibile in 2 minuti a piedi. Avendo vissuto a Leiden diverso tempo, posso dire che questo hotel è la miglior scelta, rispecchiando le 4 stelle affidate. Ottima scelta nell'ampia colazione. Camere spaziose e dotate dei comfort standard di categoria. Bella anche la hall e la sala ristorante.

We have just stayed for three nights and were very impressed with this hotel . The location is perfect , minutes from the station and the bars , shops and restaurants in the city centre are literally just around the corner. The hotel itself is clean , comfortable and well presented . The rooms are clean and spacious . The breakfast was great and there was always plenty available. The staff were excellent. Check in and out was simple and the reception staff were really helpful ( my daughter had an ear infection when we arrived , and the young lady on reception helped us get a doctors appointment, and made a point of asking us how she was each day ) . The bar and restaurant staff were also very professional and attentive. This hotel was perfect for our family break and the staff should be commended on their excellent service . Thank you .

Hotel business ma carente nei servizi...Ho segnalato dal mattino che lo scarico del bagno in camera non era funzionante...al mio rientro al pomeriggio dopo quasi 10 ora ancora non era stato riparato il guasto, ho dovuto cambiare stanza. Mi è stato concesso di pagare una notte in meno ma resto comunque insoddisfatto del servizio. Non è accettabile inoltre che un hotel internazionale non abbia il bidet.

Sono già stata in un Bastion Hotel e mi sono sempre trovata bene, in questo di Leiden ho vissuto un incubo. Da dove iniziare? Abbiamo prenotato una stanza per tre persone quindi avremmo dovuto avere ( così come stacca nella prenotazione on-line) un letto matrimoniale e uno singolo, per nostro figlio, ci siamo ritrovati invece in una stanza minuscola e due letti singoli divisi! Ci siamo dovuti arrangiare passando una nottataccia. (Considerate che abbiamo pagato come un quattro stelle per poi ritrovarci in un horror film), quindi ci aspettavamo sinceramente un servizio migliore. Siamo riusciti per fortuna a trovare per le notti successive un vero hotel a 4 stelle di gran lunga migliore! Nella stanza non c‘era un bollitore, la macchina del caffè non funzionava, internet non ne parliamo e per quanto riguarda il bagno anche li abbiamo trovato due sole tovaglie per la doccia. Personale poco disponibile. Unica nota positiva parcheggio gratuito per chi arriva in auto. A quei prezzi trovate sicuramente di meglio, anche uno stesso Bastion Hotel ma non questo di leiden!! Evitate!!!!

L'hotel era molto pulito, servizio sorprendente (il mio marito era malato con l'influenza e dobbiamo cambiare i nostri vestiti da letto e loro dove molto veloce). A proposito della posizione, la stazione ferroviaria è vicina e la stazione ferroviaria, ma è circa un'ora da Amsterdam centrale. A proposito delle strutture, è stato molto bello se l'hotel dispone di un bagno con una sauna e una stanza a vapore.

Great hotel, nice employee, fantastic service, phenomenal experience. I stayed there with a friend for a week, each day we left the hotel at the morning/noon before 11 am. Afterwards we got a cleaned room with new bathtubs and also the kitchen was refilled. The personal was cool. Would like to stay a bit longer

Wir sind ganz spontan (einen Tag vorher gebucht) in den Niederlanden angekommen und zusammen mit unserem Hund eingecheckt. Der Empfang war sehr nett und im Zimmer stand schon eine Hundeschale mit Ball und Leckerlies bereit. -Ach so, wir waren im Erdgeschoss im Altbau untergebracht. Die Zimmergröße war ok. Allerdings fehlt jegliche Ablagefläche für einen Koffer und einen Schrank gab es auch nicht, lediglich ein offenes Regal mit ein paar Kleiderbügeln. Auch im Bad gab es lediglich 2 Haken für Handtücher und leider gab es im Bad auch keine Heizung....das war ordentlich kalt. Leider waren auch Flecken in der Bettwäsche vorhanden, ich vermute mal, die sind bei der Wäsche nicht rausgegangen...nicht schön. Die Betten sind nicht gerade bequem, aber wir sind ansonsten Wasserbettschläfer, denke da sind wir verwöhnt. Der Außenbereich war etwas ”schrammelig”, die Leihfahrräder lagen mehr oder weniger vor der Tür im Dreck. -Eigentlich alles Sachen, die man mit sehr wenig Aufwand etwas ansprechender gestalten könnte. Ja, ich kann meinen Vorrednern nur zustimmen, es ist sehr hellhörig. Unschlagbar ist aber die Lage, ca. 100 m und da ist man schon am Strand und zum Pier sind es vielleicht 5 bis 10 Minuten Fußweg. -Aber hey, wir haben für 2 Nächte 180 € gezahlt und ich denke, dass Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt und ich will nicht groß meckern. Das Frühstück kann ich nicht beurteilen, wir waren auswärts frühstücken. Da wir zum Glück Superwetter hatten und sowieso nur zum duschen und schlafen da waren, war es für mich echt ok und konnte damit leben. -Ich denke, es ist wirklich nur was für Leute, die nur kurz da bleiben wollen. Für einen längeren Zeitraum ist das Hotel leider ungeeignet.

Amazing room, super helpful friendly staff, reasonably priced food and drinks with the added bonus of a steam room, sauna and infinity pool, with amazing views. Faultless.
