Adoro il benessere Fletcher! molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, il posto era molto pulito, carino, il letto accogliente e i servizi erano fantastici!

Nice, spacious rooms that are about 7/10 in terms of cleanliness, but very comfortable, with a welcoming staff that’s friendly and hospitable. The location is very quiet, which I really appreciate.

It is my 4th or 5th stay at this hotel. It is good and practical to explore Leiden and get to Schiphol airport. Rooms are big enough for two persons. This time we stayed on the 11th floor. It is more cumbersome to get there as you have to change elevators, but the room was more spacious. The newly renovated reception looks good.

Location wise is good , next to train station, but over priced with such limted facility hotel. Room was so so , a bit run down.

The staff at the reception desks were always helpful and friendly. We felt welcome when we arrived. We were pleased that we could use the pool, but was surprised that hotel guests are only allowed to use the pools in the morning between 8 and 9.30am, as the rest of the day, usage of the facility became part of a payable spa experience open to public. I do not think that was clear online during the booking, and on the whole, this has never been experienced in any other hotels we'd come across. The view of the city from the windows in our room was excellent. The environment within the hotel has been calm and quiet.

Great hotel in a central location of Leiden, near the old town centre and near central train station, which is only a 11 minutes train ride from the Hague. Parking available.

Only one socket for charging in the room, bed mattress is poor quality a collapsed one, toilet door has big gap visible from the room lacking privacy, only paper cups were provided in the room, need to get normal cups from reception

It was a terrible experience. We booked a stay via trip.com and i noticed that the booking was pending. A while later we got confirmation that everything was OK (booking number, credit card was charged). However to be 100% sure i contacted the hotel itself and they confirmed that everything was OK. The next day we wanted to check in but the staff told us there wasn't a booking and that they hadn't any room left. The employees were not willing to find any solution and the only thing they wanted to say about it was that we had to solve it ourselves. So we did. We called trip.com and they were most helpful in trying to solve it. However they couldn't get in touch with the hotel directly. At the same time we managed to book a room in another hotel in the neighbourhood. Additionally we were still able to book a room at Fletcher's for that same night via ***********. The employee didn't have a clue why this could occur . Conclusion : malfunctions can happen but then the employees should handle this in a professional way and not move their problem to the customer.
