Rooms were amazing, everything you need including a washing machine, iron, hair dryers, cutlery and cooker and microwave for cooking. Bed was so comfortable Location was so central, you were within a few minutes walked from shopping centre, bars etc Staff couldn’t have been more helpful Overall a lovely stay and highly recommend to anyone heading to Leeds

La posizione era grande e il personale era carino, ma le camere erano molto basilari, nemmeno uno specchio nel bagno o un caveau per mettere le tue toilette. Le camere avevano solo due pendenti di manto fissati al muro, quindi non c'era spazio per vestiti e camicie una volta che avete tolto la giacca.
Anche se la posizione era buona non consiglierei che fosse troppo basilare.

I’ve stayed here a number of times now and it remains my go-to pick for a cheap hotel in Leeds. All the rooms are uniform and functional, with no frills. It’s big, has lots of rooms and is almost always cheaper than its rivals.

È stato in un luogo grande a pochi minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria, dal centro della città e dall'arena così si consigliere sicuramente se è quello che volete. Era pulito in tutto, ma in aree avrebbe potuto fare con un passaggio extra, anche se il servizio fornito era brillante, sempre qualcuno al desktop per aiutare e molto utile anche. L'unica cosa che ho raccolto e il mio partner è che le strutture non erano così buone, per il prezzo del soggiorno lì avrebbe potuto essere più. Ma in generale, era un buon hotel per stare dentro.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti e ci è davvero piaceto! La stanza era pulita e buona dimensione! Il personale era molto amichevole e c'era 24/7 servizio. Il colazione era delizioso, aveva una grande varietà e valeva il denaro! No bar we left our room at 09.00am came back at 16/00 Hrs and we had to go to reception and ask that our room be made up very poor.

RRaktima RavaThe hotel is located just next to the station which makes it very convenient for travellers. I had booked the city view room and hence it was a good view from the windows too and I was able to see the Christmas Market/ City Square from my room.
Although the location is superb, and the hotel looks nice too no doubt. I feel that it could still add some amenities like a swimming pool or other things too.

UUtente ospiteMy daughter and I spend one weekend every December Christmas shopping, ‘cocktailing’, and eating in Leeds. We choose a different hotel every year in the city to use as our base. This year we chose Quebec’s and now we know we cannot go anywhere else in the future because this hotel easily tops everywhere we have stayed in the past eight years ( including the Hiltons and Plazas)! The building itself is rich in history which is lovingly preserved by the owners for us to enjoy. Rich oak panelling and stained glass windows make this such a unique hotel. The room was beautifully appointed with mini bar, coffee machine etc. The products in the bathroom are first class and the beds are superbly comfortable but best of all despite a ‘full house’ the hotel was so quiet. The staff are unbelievably friendly and we honestly felt, despite the five star ‘feel’ of the hotel, part of the family as the weekend came to an end. Their style of making us feel welcome was wonderful. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel, it is quirky without any halt on style all glamour, it is a superbly romantic hotel and ideally located for central Leeds shopping and right in front of the station.

UUtente ospiteHotel is very nice, however there were some significant issues with this stay. I booked a king room yet it had two single beds, the coffee machine in the lobby was broken and there was a fire alarm at 2am! Everyone in the hotel was out in the street for an hour and it really disrupted my sleep and working day.

UUtente ospiteHave stayed here 4 times in the last couple of years. Price paid is good value for setting, location, spa facilities but the rooms are definitely looking tired. Was upgraded once and there was a huge difference in the general cleanliness and decor of the room. General house and communal areas are stunning and grand but rooms under any ‘deals’ are quite basic and are very far from the reception and facilities so not so good if mobility could be an issue. Overall it ticks a lot of boxes for a familiar and convenient one night stay.

WWhiteJohnThis was definitely a mixed visit. On arrival we were checked in quite quickly receptionist was firmly enough although the reception desk itself seemed more like an information hub then a check in desk so the initial walk in was a bit confusing for me and my partner who don't stay in many hotels.. the one main thing that I noticed in the reception area is just through a set of double doors towards what would seem to be a fitness studio with an overlook of the pool had a chair with quite a nasty looking stain picture included. On arrival into the room things seemed clean tidy and presentable although there were a couple of things that could have been better for example one normal sized towel and 3 hand towels wasn't great and 2 towels would have been better, the toilet roll was very basic and clearly the cheaper stuff which you wouldn't so much expect when staying at a village hotel, there was a tile missing on the bathroom floor with a questionable amount of dust and dirt inside and around this hole and finally the doorframe seemed to be hanging off pictures of this are included. We had a look at the restraunt menu and it's safe to day if you don't fancy a burger, salad or chicken wings you will have to make other arrangements as we did by visiting the local residence 74 cafe about a mile away where we had a lovely time great food and a reasonable meal price. The bar is quite an open space and at first a bit confusing as there are some cinema chairs and big tvs but only playing the news. We had a drink I'm the evening this was probably priced for the venue but at £15 for a single vodka and lemonade and a double whisky we decided on only one when we found out that the bar closed for residents at 11pm which we found a bit early as other places stay open for residents. Room service would have been an option but from what I read this finished at 9.30pm and the is no in room phone to order such. Sleep was comfortable and sheets were clean it was just very hot as the window barely opens, there was no fan provided and no aircon. The TV also says its an Internet TV but upon attempt of connection no services were available. This morning the hotel seemed alot calmer and relaxed, we weren't sure of the breakfast procedures at all so we just sat down and were asked our room number but my partner got quite frustrated as she is autistic and no clear instructions were given it took us a while to source out breakfast and when we did we noticed it was very limited consisting of mushroom scrambled egg starnge potato circles beans tomatoes sausage and bacon. Honestly for me hash Brown's and black pudding are staples of English breakfast and should always be included when possible but unfortunately they were unavailable. I was going to ask a staff member but only one was seen briefly. There was also a High table next to us that was very dirty and when the staff member went to clean she simply sprayed it didn't wipe it and moved on, this didn't seem very hygienic. Breakfast was very average the addition of streaky bacon and chipolata sausages as opposed to tradition thick sausages and back bacon seemed very odd and definitely not our cup of tea! Coffee was not good atall however they do have a starbucks with is great because we do enjoy it. The night receptionist seemed to keeping a very close on me without speaking I found this quite lntimidating as a hotel guest and would have preferred him to ask me any concerns he had other than staring at me until I awkwardly said hello in which he just smiled and looked away briefly until I did then followed me with his eyes towards the stairs and no doubt watched me on camera until I entered my room. Overall a fair experience perfect I guess if you just need a quick room and have to extra money to burn but not ideal for us so probably wouldn't return.

Macey è stata servita nel bar che ci ha incontrato per un chat e era una ragazza così piacevole che ci ha accolto e ci ha dato un servizio fantastico tutta la sera. ***** L'hotel è di elevato livello di pulizia e la stanza si scioglie luss non sa cosa fosse. Questo è sicuramente un posto che consiglio e sicuramente ritornerò. Grazie a tutta la squadra.
