The worst hotel I have ever been. When I arrived there was no reception and discovered that I have to go 2 kilometres away to get the keys. Also is the first time that a hotel denied me a taxi

A very good stay, with friendly staff on the front desk, with Josh particularly happy to help. The room has all the basics you need for a longer stay including a washing machine. As a wheelchair user I found this one of the few places that is accessible and accepts dogs, but unfortunately found the wet room to be poorly designed as it does not have adequate level flooring meaning getting to the sink is more difficult than it need be, and once you're at the sink you're quite confined as the slope is not tapered/smoothed very well. The actual shower is great though probably the most high pressure I've had in a hotel. The kitchen is not adapted but once you have the crockery down most things are useable. The bed is also quite high, but fairly comfy once you're in!

We stayed here for a night whilst visiting Leeds, and it was excellent! The rooms were spacious and very clean, and we immensely enjoyed having our own little kitchenette. We particularly enjoyed the man at the desk Josh, who helped us with our room key and advised us on good places to explore in the city. Our stay here has been wonderful, and shout out to Josh!!

We booked here for a night out in Leeds and having been before, were pleased that we had been booked into the same room we had stayed in previously. Well-equipped room with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dishwasher and hob to cook on. Nice, well-lit room, with a balcony. Staff were great as we left in the morning, and of course the complementary breakfast (croissant and coffee/tea) to start the day.  

The Space is great, I found it clean and everything I needed for my stay. The first impression was the best. I got to the check in late in the evening and the Receptionist Josh was very friendly and welcoming and explained everything for me. Thank you Josh.

Had a really lovely stay here, I’d come alone for a gig and Josh on the reception was so helpful, he helped book taxis and really just above and beyond. Room was clean and comfy and has everything you needed, great location and just all round great stay. Would definitely recommend

We were booked in for one night during February, as part of a weekend trip to Leeds. The place is handy for the city centre. The 'aparthotel' concept is still not common in the UK, but as this place has a microwave, hob, dishwasher and washing machine it would be ideal for business travellers who are in town for a week, as well as those who are in town for a weekend, for the Nightlife. The staff are very helpful, and receptionist Josh gave helpful, wise advice as to where to eat, etc. Good value for money, too, at £99 per night for a Friday.

Great stay and experience. Jack always there ready to help. Room service very professional. All over a pleasant place. Worth the money. Very well located close to train station, city centre with plenty of pubs around. All over the staff I was in contact very professional.

We had a fabulous stay! We opted for a suite and it was absolutely spotless and so cosy. A real home from home. The bed was one of the best we have ever slept in. The staff were so accommodating and helpful. Josh (on the evening shift) introduced himself to us and told us if we needed him during the night just to call him. He was such a polite and caring guy. The car parking was a bit of a faff to obtain the discount but we worked it out in the end! But overall a faultless stay and we will be back for sure. It is also in a great location and makes everything walkable.

The past reviews reflected a good image of what you'll get. Please read them before booking. Overall it's not the worst option with a low cost. Soundproof is extremely bad. You can hear everything happens in the corridors or outside the windows. Especially bad in the middle of the night when you try to rest, and any noise will be amplified. It's very close to the night out area in the city centre. My stay was on the weekend which I heard drunken people outside the hotel and party people came back to their room at 3 am. It can be noisy but undeniable it's in the city centre and very close to the train station. One really bad thing is the room doesn't have a doorbell. I never thought about doorbells, but it turns out people will bang on the door when they try to knock. It's very disturbing when it's someone who is not considerate enough to other guests. The two rooms (at least) next to mine known each other and they constantly banging heavily on each other's door going in and out. I'd recommend bringing your own firestick or other devices as it says on their website, if you know you'll spend some time in the room. The TV is not smart and not big. Bringing your own device can provide better entertainment. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom although you can't adjust the temperature. There's AC in the room but temperature can be uneven at different corner of the room. A regular plug in hairdryer is provided in the room to replace the very old-style pull out hairdryer in the bathroom. Nice touch to provide sponge, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablet in the room. However I couldn't find any laundry detergent. Basic cutlery, pans and pots, knives etc are provided. A small kettle is inside the room. There's only one chair in a double room so you might struggle if you want to sit down and eat with the other guest at the same time. No small tea table next to the sofas to hold your drinks and teas. Not enough hanging space. Would be better to have a few hooks for winter jacket. The grab n go section in the hotel lobby is miserable and only have one option of pastry. Hot drink is from a normal one-press to cup machine. Only one guy of the receptionists who was on night shift the day I arrived is kind and provided decent service. All others didn't care.

Nicely set out apartment for one night but absolutely freezing. Tried to have a nap on arrival but even with the heater on we were shivering. Nipped out in the evening & asked for blankets on arrival to be told that only the housekeepers had the linen keys, so we couldn’t get any extra bedding. Ended up putting coats onto the bed overnight so we could get to sleep. Bathroom plug wouldn’t undo, so we couldn’t empty the sink at all & ended up having to use the kitchen sink (reported this to reception not long after we arrived). Floor has the noisiest boards underneath the laminate across the entire apartment so it’s impossible to not wake who you’re sharing with. Breakfast advertises pastries, hot drinks, milk and fruit but in reality it’s a coffee machine, mini cartons of milk that you’d find in the room, croissants without any butter/jam available and no fruit whatsoever. Good for one night, or if you’re planning on working from your room, but for the cost you’d be better off booking a hotel if you’re not bothered about having a kitchenette in your room.

Stayed for 3 nights in accessible room with a roll in wet room. The room & facilities were great with most things you could require. Obviously you can find something missing where ever you stay - we could have done with a pair of kitchen tongs and a microwavable dish BUT we managed. As a wheelchair user I would have found getting to and in and out of the room difficult as none of the internal doors are automatic and pretty tight for turning the chair but as I wasn’t alone that wasn’t really an issue but worth thinking about if you were travelling alone. All the staff we came into contact with were friendly and helpful - we asked for bins to be emptied and towels replaced and this was done for us without any issues. Would definitely stay again next time we visit Leeds. Thank you all 🎄

Spot on set up with keys etc lovely apartment cant fault anything location great ,quiet block little shop just underneath car park not far at all ,cant wait to book again and hopefully stay a bit longer than 1 night this time
