Every 2 year I stayed for 5 days or more in this hotel, the staff are so polite and give a really great service.. some of them are remembering me and my family as a usual costumer, and occasionally give us special gives like cake, special breakfast items, etc. They give hospitality to another whole level.. Nice and clean room 👍. Complete supplies of toiletries and complementary of waters. Its close to a big university, so we could walk or jog nearby. Lot's of restaurants nearby. Convenient location. good variety of foods, from western breakfast to local breakfast. Kamarnya rapi, viewnya bagus view gunung. Sarapannya lumayan ada variasinya dan enak.

The best service i’ve ever had, staff nya ramah2 start from entering the hotel. Kita disambut sama team receptionist nya, proses check in cepat. Thank you to all team especially Gita, she always came back to chack on us during our breakfast.

the hotel are in perfect location and very recommended for family, great hospitality from the staff and the food was amazing, the hotel has huge lobby and the room size was perfectly fit for family vacation, pool wlare nice with the view.

Great hospitality from all staff, start from check in to check out, all the assistance from staff during breakfast, even the security keep smiling and open handed to assist us during our stay. Nice welcome chocolate cake in our room while we check in. Facility, enough parking lot and free valet parking service. Superb

The pillow is soft and comfortable. The bed lining is clean and the bed is comfy. A small pillow was provided for support and comfort too. The hotel is clean and basic necessity are provided. The stay is great.

The hospitality is very good, I stayed here because of the good agoda application rating, and sure enough, when I stayed here it was not wrong to choose, there were no complaints at all from me. the service is very good, thank you mba triana and the travello team.

Stayed 1 night in a Deluxe room on the 3rd floor. We arrived at 2:10pm but need to wait 30 minutes to get our room ready. Well located at Setiabudhi Street about 25 minutes from Bandung train station & 45 minutes from Pasteur toll gate due to busy traffic. Lobby area was nice & spacious. The room is fairly large but so dirty & really made unpleasant our stay. House keeping staff need to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room. Breakfast at the restaurant has good selections. The hotel staffs were attentive, courteous & friendly.

Had a family gathering over the weekend at Emerald , the area next to pool. The hotel has a spacious lobby with high ceiling and the room is comfortable even though we had extra bed for my niece. Most of employees are friendly and look neat. Thanks pak Aji for the warm welcome and fresh fruit basket. Really appreciated
