Gruppo di 3 Hotel in natura , molto ben costruito. Il vero più: in primo luogo tutto il personale pronto a rendere servizio, molto accogliente e pronto a facilitare il nostro soggiorno. In secondo luogo, la splendida piscina molto lunga in 2 parti, riscaldata a 29* con nuoto contro corrente, bus di massaggio ecc. Le camere del TRIBE molto ben organizzate, il parcheggio, e per coroare tutto, un colazione reale dove non manca niente offrendo un assortimento incredibile + una ristorazione di alto livello di qualità; c’è un vero e proprio buon cuoco! On se sent bien dans les salons avec de bons canapés ou chaises, un très grand nombre de livres, et d’albums de toutes sortes sont proposés. (Le seul petit point à améliorer: baisser le niveau de la musique pour pouvoir goûter au silence d'un lieu éloigné de l'agitation de la ville!!!). On y retournera rapidement. Paul et Laurence.

Siamo arrivati tardi e abbiamo ricevuto un grande benvenuto da Frank che ci ha ottenuto un bel cibo ( era 11:00!!) Questa è un atteggiamento molto professionale.Frank era come tutti i dipendenti qui, pieno di attenzione ! Noi amiamo il nuovo spirito con la moderna fornitura e la stanza era molto comoda.Aprirono appena qualche settimana fa, ma il senso è molto positivo.Una terrazza grande e soleggiata fuori sarà perfetta per incontri o rilassarsi con un drink! La prossima volta dovremmo avere una cena, perché il cuoco ha una buona reputazione ...see presto per testare la piscina moderna all'interno con corrente anti!!

Geen frigo of airco op de kamer. Sommig personeel aan de receptie mag vriendelijker en klantgerichter zijn. Behulpzamer. Ze waren eerder arrogant en alles leek teveel voor de jongen met de kruis tattoo en het meisje met de 2 datums als tattoo. De kamermeisjes waren wel vriendelijk en attent. We kregen weinig uitleg toen we aankwamen, wisten zo oa niet waar de sauna was, hoe dit werkte, wat er nog was, als het water op de kamer gratis was (vermeld dit dan even, dat geeft je klanten een fijn gevoel). De kussens en handdoeken roken muf. Te kleine ontbijtbordjes. De kamer werd niet goed gepoetst (niet gestofzuigd) Het restaurant was altijd volzet. Het zwembad was tof en verwarmd. Er leek wel een bubbelbad te zijn dat niet meer werkte? Een omkleedhokje ah zwembad zou ook fijn zijn. Het hotel oogt als vergane glorie en heeft dringend een opfrisbeurt nodig. De tennisvelden waren zo niet bespeelbaar op 1 veld na. Op ons balkon stond onkruid (kamer 128). We hadden meer verwacht voor een kamer van 190€/nacht. De kamer was ruim, de bedden en matrassen waren goed. Het hotel ligt vlakbij het Hardelot en de zee in het groen. De oparking is gratis en voldoende Het hotel heeft veel potentieel mits beter management.

Grande per un paio di notti di soggiorno. Centrale a tutto la spiaggia e la città. Prenotamo una camera superiore che era moderna e pulita ma un po' piccola. Il bagno era funzionale e pulito ma ancora una volta molto piccolo. Il personale, dalle pulizie alle ricette, è molto amichevole e utile.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui come famiglia di tre adulti, la nostra notte scorsa, che tornano al Regno Unito. La nostra prima visita a Le Touquet. Questo hotel è nuovo quest'anno e abbiamo trovato assolutamente fantastico. Tutto era nuovo! Ci sono stati molti parcheggi fuori. Abbiamo controllato la macchina, qualcosa che potrebbe essere confuso, ma abbiamo soggiornato in molti hotel B&B per anni, la nostra camera era tripla e abbastanza grande da poterci muovere. Il bagno era leggermente più grande del normale, era grande e aveva sempre una bella doccia molto apprezzata. Le tole erano più grandi di quanto fosse normale e fluffy. La nostra stanza aveva anche ciechi di nebbia sulle finestre. Quando ci avvicinavamo, i manager ci salutavano caldamente e ci rendevano molto benvenuti. Il mattino dopo, la mattina, abbiamo mangiato la strada, dove ci sono pochi ristoranti a piedi (ad esempio Buffalo Grill, McDonalds e una Patisserie). Il cibo era fresco e i croissants erano davvero deliziosi. Ci erano anche frutta disponibile, così come il solito B&B colazione. La sala colazione era leggera e aria e ben arredata. Abbiamo notato che nel parcheggio e nell'hotel c'era un sacco di Gendarme. Chiunque ci incontravamo tutti parlava con noi e sempre erano gentili. Per noi erano solo altri ospiti che si sono accadeti a indossare un uniforme. Chi non si sentirà al sicuro dormire in un hotel pieno di poliziotti. Sono tanti di sicurezza qui! Anche i nostri ospiti ci hanno ringraziato quando siamo partiti. Vorremmo tornare e probabilmente lo faremo!

The welcome was not exactly warm. All a bit strange really. When arriving in the room i had to put on the linen for 3 beds. Never had to do this before ever! The linen was ill fitting. The room was large with a separate room with large bunk beds in for the kids and a double in the main room for myself. There was a large table with six chairs and a kitchenette which was useful. The room also had a balcony with table and chairs. The room seemed basic but fine. The staff were emotionless and unfriendly throughout the stay. The location was fantastic and the beach was amazing. I liked the town and all it had to offer nearby too. We stayed 4 nights and moved on to Belgium. After packing up the car and driving away i received a call from the hotel saying we had forgotten something. I parked up again and popped back with the children. The told me i had forgot to wash up the plates i had used. I was not i had to, I had placed all dirty crockery in the dishwasher. I had left the room clean. This, again, seemed very strange.
