Room furnishing is run down. Carpeted floor feels dirty. Bath Towel is thin and washed.

Tutti conoscono Le Mans per la storica gara automobilistica, pochi per la Città, che merita. Questo Hotel è ben posizionato, sia per arrivarci che per uscire dalla Città. Ha un comodo parcheggio privato, da prenotare. E' un edificio storico, molto bello anche da girare usando le scale, che è stato anche utilizzato in occasioni "storiche". La nostra camera, privilege, era ampia, comoda e silenziosa. Ottima e abbondante colazione in una sala ampia e ben illuminata. Peccato aver passato una sola notte ma consiglio questo posto senza alcun dubbio, e non solo per le 24 ore. Particolare menzione alla Concierge, che ci ha fornito un eccellente indirizzo per la cena. Grazie.

Bella struttura sia esternamente che all'interno. Tuttavia da un hotel 4 stelle della catena accor ci si attende molto di più. Camera senza frigorifero. Terzo letto per mia figlia che era sostanzialmente una brandina adagiata a terra. Bagno per i disabili in materiale plastico in luogo di un bagno normale per una stanza familiare. Forse ci è stata data questa camera a causa della presenza di una bambina... cosa che peggiorerebbe ulteriormente la valutazione... Da rivedere assolutamente.

Buon hotel vicino al centro città (10-15 minuti a piedi per la cattedrale). Camera (privilege) comoda e ben fornita. Da migliorare l’insonorizzazione (si sente il traffico anche dal terzo piano). Ottima la colazione e la gentilezza del personale. Parcheggio coperto a pagamento.

Posizione eccellente, hotel in un edificio storico con particolare architettura. Personale disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato l'upgrade della camera, soggiornando nella suite circolare. Consigliato vivamente anche solo per passaggio.

A lovely building with great underground car park but the hotel is tired and in need of a makeover. Positively our privilege room had plenty of space and a great shower but had no individual air conditioning and antiquated lighting system. The restaurant was shut but that was not an issue as it is an internal space without external light and so is quite stuffy and claustrophobic. Breakfast was there and it was average for a Mercure. There is also a small bar adjacent the restaurant with limited seating and it was not attractive to us at all.

The staff was amazing, I will say that. The hotel itself, however, needs to be gutted and renovated. The entire place is musty, and our room was so old no amount of cleaning would have helped it. The carpet was old and stained, the bathroom had a slight smell of urine. We had picked the hotel because of its location and the fact it had a gym, but given how old and consequently unhygienic the place was I didn’t even try the gym. Avoid if at all possible.

From the look of it you would think this was one of those 'fin de siecle' Hotel Continentals but it is actually a former insurance headquarters! Despite that it does have the feel of that sort of place. Excellent reception staff, comfortable rooms, an excellent if expensive breakfast and a choice of secure open or covered car parking. About a five minute walk up hill to the main square and a few minutes further to the pedestrian streets.

We were very impressed with the quality of this hotel. The rooms were impeccably clean, which greatly contributed to our comfort throughout the stay. Additionally, the staff was extremely professional and attentive to our needs, always ready to assist us with a smile. Their dedication to service truly made our experience pleasant and worry-free. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking high-quality accommodation with excellent service. bEST REGARDS

First hotel that does not have a wine opener !!!! One they will not give you the wine opener in yr room and tell u bring yr hottle down to the reception so they can open for you. Step two, when you go down they do not have a wine opener avlbl now !! really ?????!!!!!! you are in france !!! even a village hotel would arrange for a wine opener if thats whats needed. -Their breakfast spread is poor. -If the AC does not work electrician is only avlbl on mondays. too bad you checked in on monday evening 🤷🏻‍♀️ -Parking is not avlbl all the time. -Internet practically unavlbl. -Room keys are reset every few hours ! -They do not give a single bottle of complimentary water beyond the first day of checkin. House Keeping is the only thing that was good. And the location. Suite was a decent size for three of us.

Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night very comfortable rooms, a great variety of food for breakfast. We arrived at 21:30 and due to one of the chefs having an accident before work it had to close early so we just used uber eats to order in some food, Cydrick and Florian what can I say apart from you are both amazing members of staff you take customer service to the next level thank you we will definitely be back to stay again

Such a shame , lovely building ruined by smelly rooms BO smell, no air con , food was appalling the waitress and cook were outside having a cigerette when we arrived at the resultant and came in at 7.05 sticking of smoke not a good start . The charcuterie was packet chicken and ham the main fish was frozen like you give a small child not at all like you see on the Mercure website ! Avoid the restaurant

The hotel was created out of a large insurance company office. The common spaces are well done, but the rooms are pretty basic. The online photos make them seem better than they are. That said the staff is amazing and the bar was a fun place to hang out. Parking lot connects to the lobby. Very convenient.

Great Hotel, booked a suite as there were 3 of us, and was surprised that there was massive bedroom sitting area plus another bedroom upstairs. Lovely large bathroom, and perfectly situated close to the centre of Le Mans. The hotel had a private car park which was very secure, and lovely staff to greet us on our arrival. Booked with breakfast included, and staff were very attentive and helpful, could not fault the staff at all. Lovely stay, and great town to visit.
