Good and nice

The hotel is clean and smells nice on the corridors and elevators. However the noises from the corridors that’s from other guests that were there wasn’t pleasant. Also the WiFi issue took a day to be fixed. Everything in our room was not working properly, from the phones to the tv remote. After all the staff was nice shame I won’t lie about that. Next time when the WiFi is done from the servers do make sure that you inform and keep updating your guests and not let your guests be the one going downstairs and asking over and over again . Otherwise I’ll give it another try because it’s literally above the mall and all shops and restaurants are available easy access.

My experience in the hotel was pleasant. It is situated in a very high risk area however, if you have business to do along the embassies or department offices nearby then this is a great place. Pleasant staff and the buffet was also good.

第一次過來這邊，早餐還是可以的，但房間很小，一樓窗外風景比較差。性價比還算過得去。可以Uber叫外賣。

プレトリア駅から歩いて30分ほどに位置し、観光に便利。 サニーパークショッピングセンターに隣接するため、レストランやスーパーなど充実。 窓からはユニオンビルも見える眺望で、室内もふかふかのベッドで寝心地良い、シャンプー、コンディショナー、固形石鹸あり。 2階レセプションに行くには、1階のセキュリティを通るので安全対策もしっかりしている。 WIFI電波も強く、ネット環境も◎

Upon arrival, the staff insisted that I paid for a twin bedroom, which is not correct as the amount reflected on the proof of payment corresponds a double bed room. I was then told that no double bed is available, after ten minutes it was suddenly available. It is disappointing that I had to verbally exchange with the staff so that I can get a room that I paid for. The staff attitude thereafter was also not nice, we stayed because we paid and there’s no refund policy but in all honest truth, the stay was unpleasant.

Hôtel dans le cadre d’un groupe en circuit. Nous y avons passé une nuit, les chambres sont propres. Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique. Un très bon petit déjeuner avec du sucre et du salé, œufs à la demande…un accès est direct vers l’intérieur du centre commercial auquel l’hôtel est accolé, et où se trouvent des distributeurs d’argent. La piscine est un plus…

Standard 3-star hotel but a bit dated. Room ok, check the air conditioning before unpacking. Ask to change if necessary. Friendly and smiling welcome. Good full breakfast. Direct access to the shopping center. (closes at 6:00 p.m.) Small pool, be careful during peak hours Hôtel standard 3 étoiles mais un peu vétuste. Chambre correcte , vérifier le fonctionnement de la clim avant de défaire vos valises. Demandez a changé si nécessaire. Accueil sympa souriant. Bon petit déjeuner complet. Accès directe avec le centre commerciale. (ferme a 18h00) Petite piscine, attention aux heures de pointe
