Hotel in zona Clos du Cas, Le Castellet

La location è bellissima e offre un panorama e un ambiente molto bello. Il problema della struttura riguarda il personale di servizio. Al nostro arrivo la ragazza del check-in non parla inglese e ci propone di parlare in spagnolo…. a fine check-in uno dei colleghi ci chiede se le valigie fossero pesanti, noi rispondiamo di no e quindi lui non ce le porta in camera. La cena a buffet presso la terrazza mostra un livello di servizio del personale imbarazzante: attese infinite per qualsiasi cosa, cameriere del nostro tavolo completamente impacciato e assente, glacette del vino assenti in tutto l’hotel tanto che per noi sono andati a recuperarla nell’hotel accanto e agli altri ospiti portavano un bicchiere con del ghiaccio. Nel bar della hall non c’è acqua e non è possibile fare un aperitivo se non su autorizzazione della Reception; avere una doppia chiave della camera senza che la receptionist sbagli 2 volte consecutive la registrazione della tessera risulta impossibile; il gran finale è un check out di circa 25 minuti con varie problematiche in reception.

Unbelievably disappointed with this hotel and a majority of its staff. We experienced a tragic void of cleanliness, professionalism and hospitality during our entire stay at the Mercure Hotel in Toulon, France. Unfortunately, our fruitless attempts to resolve these issues directly with on-site management (which does not exist) and corporate personnel (impossible to contact) leave us feeling violated of our dignity and robbed of our time and money. We hope the following information will help others in the future, including travelers, hospitality staff, Sébastien Bazin, Gilles Pélisson, and the like. CLEANLINESS: Upon our arrival, we could literally see dust and dirt on all of the shelves, counter tops, balconies and floors of the hotel and room. Even the carpet in the room was so dirty it stained the bottom of our clean socks. The toilet room smelled bad, like, well, a used toilet. We politely asked for it to be cleaned, however, no one ever came, not even to freshen up the room at any point during our stay. COMFORT: The air conditioning did not work in our room, ever. When we spoke to the front desk staff about the sweltering temperature of 90 degrees F in our room (even though the thermostat read 16 C) and were informed to “leave the room for awhile to let it work”. We left at 3:30PM and returned at 11PM to a less sweltering temperature of 85 degrees F in our room. We asked staff member available, Alexi/Alex at the front desk, if he could fix the thermostat. He begrudgingly came to take a look and was profusely sweating after one minute in the room. He could not turn on the air conditioning even though the thermostat read the same 16C. He said we could open the window, but that would just let in the bugs in and turn off the air completely. He also suggested we leave the room to wait 15 minutes for it to turn on…? Given that that strategy did not work when suggested earlier, we asked for a different room with working air conditioning. He laughed at us and said no because it would not make his manager happy. We said we would happily speak to the manager about the issue and he laughed again, said no, and stated management is not available on the weekends. We then asked for some sort of a solution and Alexi/Alex appeared annoyed and said “there is nothing to be done” and that he had to get back to his “other duties” at the hotel. Turns out it was actually the end of his shift and he did not want to stay any longer that his end time to deal with this problem. We noted that the sheets and bedding were surprisingly all polyester, which doesn’t breathe like cotton, and acts like a heat conductor and made it more difficult to achieve sleep. He laughed again and said all the rooms are the same and there is nothing to be done. We went back to the front desk to ask for help from the next staff member and found that the only person available was a very kind, intelligent security guard named Cherkre(sp?). Very good location , clean ,spacious bedroom . The receptionist AURORE was very nice , welcoming and helpful . Always a smile who make you feel great !! For an hotel she is a real asset ! The breakfast got everything you need for a good start of the day , very clean and fresh every days and the staff as well was very nice At the end , a very nice stay Best surprise so far this summer Thank you

Qualsiasi cosa possa pensare di scrivere per riesaminare questo posto speciale sarà meno di quanto si sperimenterà personalmente. La posizione si scontra con la storia e la cura dei dettagli, perché il modo in cui è creato rende evidente che vogliono rilassarsi, sentirsi curati e ottenere una dose reale di ospite e cultura francese del Sud. Le camere sono ristrutturate e hanno abbastanza modernità da non sentirsi superate. Le letti sono lussuosi in comfort e le strutture della camera sono specifiche per Provence. La scelta gastronomica è perfetta: in alto, in basso un tono sulla terrazza, ma la cucina è piena di sapori, inventiva, vario, eccitante. Ci sono molte cose da fare, da un passo in villaggio medievale, a una visita al Circuito Paul Ricard, o solo rilassamento vicino alla piscina. E ciò che rende inoltrabile Mas de Brulat è come hanno scelto e mantenuto un personale che sembra avere una cosa importante in comune: direttamente dalla cura del cuore e l'attenzione di ogni ospite, al livello di trattamento che li tratta come la famiglia. Non ricordo un posto che lo fa così come loro.Vorrei essere parte della famiglia Brulat, così posso visitare più volte all'anno. :) Non cambi mai, Mas de Brulat! ❤️ 🧡 💛 💚 💙 💜 ❤️

I am not entirely sure how did it make it to be a number one hotel in Bandol ! We had limited expectations given the 3* category but we did not anticipate the scarcity of facilities. Pros include proximity to the beach ~ 60-70 meters and relatively quiet location if the school across the street is closed.Also , it has a decent mattress and a fairly good shower. Now the truth: no seaview or terrace from our 1 bedroom junior suite. Dated carpet in the hallways. Tired appearing grayish towels. Falling hooks in otherwise relatively modern bathroom ( were fixed by the staff promptly). The toilet paper dispenser and yellow stains on the ceiling conclude the picture. Parking is on the street. $270 a night feels like a rip-off despite high season

Il Best Western Hotel di Cassis è situato in una posizione molto vicina alla spiaggia e nel cuore di Cassis. Il personale è anche molto utile e amichevole e poteva fornire prima assistenza dopo che il mio partner aveva ricevuto un piccolo pascolo da camminare in una zona rocciosa nel parco nazionale vicino. Il colazione è stato meraviglioso e abbiamo mangiato fuori sul veranda circondato dalle piante di Jasmin! Grazie e saremo sicuramente tornati.
