Sure Hotel by Best Western Coeur de Cassis

La posizione è buona e le condizioni della camera sono ottime dato che è stata rinnovata di recente. È molto comodo in quanto è molto vicino alla spiaggia e ai ristoranti. Tuttavia, la dimensione della stanza è un po' piccola

The Best Western Hotel in Cassis has a great location, close to the beach and right in the heart of Cassis. The staff are also very helpful and friendly and were able to provide first aid after my partner had got a small graze from walking in a rocky area in the nearby national park. The breakfast was wonderful and we ate outside on the veranda surrounded by Jasmin plants! Thank you & we will definitely be back.

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel 8 mesi fa quando abbiamo finalizzato i nostri biglietti aerei, rifacendo un viaggio posticipato Covid dal 2020. Non sapevamo che avessero subito lavori di ristrutturazione e che in realtà eravamo i primi ospiti nella nostra camera. Tutto il personale cordiale, cortese e disponibile. Il personale della reception parlava inglese. Esperienza molto migliore di quella che pensavamo di poter avere. La posizione è imbattibile, a pochi passi dal porto e dalla spiaggia dove si svolge tutta l'azione. Parcheggio in un lotto su per la collina forse 3 isolati. Se dovessimo tornare a Cassis ci torneremmo sicuramente.

Except relatively small bedroom, very good experience. We enjoyed the very nice central location, the spa open for kids during the day, and a very good breakfast. Staff is available and very nice too...

I’ve stayed in many Best Westerns and they are usually fairly standard but the Best Western Cassis is a standout. They were recently renovated and deserve more than current 3.5 stars! The hotel is in a very central location that makes it very easy to step out and walk down the street to the town center and to the beach. Despite its proximity to shops/restaurants, it wasn’t loud. I was on a roadtrip and we were able to park the rental car in a parking lot that was a ~15 minute walk away. The hotel does not have its own guest parking but neither do many of the hotels in that area of town - there simply isn’t space. Nevertheless, it was a short walk and the hotel was easy to find. Upon walking in, the concierge greeted us from behind the hammered metal counter. The hotel was newly renovated and the design is very modern - there are some nice finishing touches, e.g. the sea creatures wallpaper in the lobby bathroom and wire artwork. We got upgraded to a suite (diamond select member) and it was immaculate, very clean. It was separated into two floors with a bathroom, shower, and lounging area on the first floor. The lounging area had a couch, tv, desk, and opened up into the balcony which also let in good natural light. We found a nice welcome gift on the desk, a jar of local honey. There was a winding set of stairs up to the second floor where there was the bed and another shower. The wifi was a tad spotty on the second floor but we simply migrated to the first floor when we needed to use the internet. There is also a spa in this hotel. Our stay included use of the spa and we were able to make reservations and get towels at the front desk. The pool was small and not suited for swimming laps but relaxing with the water jet options. There was also a sauna and a light therapy section. Since the spa area is on reservation basis, we had the whole area to ourselves for an hour. Everything was super clean. The breakfast was excellent. It wasn’t the typical Best Western breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage, fried potato…instead there was a delicious spread of breads (including croissants and pain au chocolat), various jams and jellies, freshly cut fruit, good cheese and meats like brie and prosciutto, juices, etc. The coffee was nice and strong. The staff were very kind and friendly. They also spoke English which was helpful. Overall, these varying aspects lend a boutique hotel feel to the Best Western Cassis. It’s great value and we would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our 2 day stay here... it is right at the harbor ! We hiked the Callanque National Park and the next day we did the boat ride to see all 9 Callanques...I would higly recommend!! The staff were amazing..breakfast was great...and we were even permitted to use their other property pool !! We had a great time !!
