Hotel in zona Stein Mart, Las Vegas

I asked for a non smoking room and reserved it in 3 weeks in advance and when I arrived they said that unfortunately they were out of non smoking rooms they were all booked and I got there on time .. It was a unexpected experience I never received that type of service

I can't possibly express how extraordinary this property and its staff are.. I took a big gamble and placed 6 of our business team here over a conference week even though it was a brand newly rolled out hotel and ****** (which can be problematic typically until they can smooth things out with a bit of time under their belts) but not here! From the very moment we arrived we have been treated like VVIPs in every single way by each and every staff member across the board starting with extraordinary automatic upgrades for our entire team by the utterly charming front desk clerks to absolutely beautifully appointed two room Royal Suites with fantastic views of The ***** and Sphere. The location for anyone attending the Convention Center is one of the best possible placements on the entire ***** and is an easy convenient walk back and forth. The ****** is one of the nicest that we have ever gambled in with gorgeous custom made and super comfortable table seating (just 5 to a blackjack table vs being crammed with 6) with high caliber dealers and pit bosses. The dining options are absolutely first class and exceed expectations in every way with an incredibly varied selection of options that did not disappoint a single time throughout our weeklong stay. Dons Prime stands out as not only the best steakhouse experience in Las Vegas but was voted by our group as one of the top ten restaurants we had all dined in EVER (and that's a high bar with this well traveled group)... Even the food court was exceptional with fantastic made to order bagel sandwiches in the mornings and fabulous pizza as a quick afternoon snack. The cocktail staff was also some of the best that we have experienced as well .. Special mentions go to the lovely lovely ladies at the utterly stunning Bleau Bar positioned at the epicenter of the ******. The girls that assist you with finding a table at this bar go above and beyond to accommodate in even the most hectic of circumstances and work really hard to stay on top of the table turns to move patrons through swiftly and flawlessly to make way for new guests. We experienced them twice and were blown away by how hard they worked to secure lovely seating for our group both times. I truly can't say enough good about this entire experience and we are now firm converts from our previous favorite Aria and are now 100% Team Fontainebleau any time we are in Vegas. Can't wait to return ! Well done on what had to be one very difficult road to get open and staffed to such a flawless effect.

Anche se ci sono un sacco di recensioni che dicono che il cliente ha chiamato e chiamato e il resort non avrebbe restituito il doppio prezzo. Ho apprezzato molto la posizione di questo hotel. È oltre il ponte vicino al Caesar Palace in una posizione molto comoda. Il loro ristorante Ping Pang Pong era fantastico. Sono rimasto molto sorpreso dalla loro sicurezza, hai bisogno della chiave della tua camera per superare la sicurezza, il che è carino. Durante il Festival di Primavera, il forte stile cinese, il drago nell'Anno del Drago, il risveglio del leone nel Guangdong e l'atmosfera rossa fanno sentire i cinesi come se stessero celebrando il festival nella loro città natale. The rooms at the Virgin Hotel are large, spacious and modern. The bed was very comfortable. The fitness facilities were fantastic, and the ****** well appointed. The hotel is off the ***** and it took us about 20-25 minutes to walk to the sphere and the *****. For the price it was excellent value and if you aren’t fussed about staying on the ***** then I’d recommend this hotel.

Adoro stare qui, è comodo per molte destinazioni, pulito, sicuro, bellissime decorazioni, spaziosi in qualunque stanza tu scelga. L'unico inconveniente è stata l'assenza di opzioni TV, canali TV regolari, film da acquistare, Netflix disponibile solo se utilizzi le tue informazioni di accesso. A parte questo, sarò sicuramente un ospite di ritorno qui.
