Space to relax in your room. The on site restaurant is excellent!

The heater Didn't work blankets and not warm

Its directly next to an airport runway. The noise makes it impossible to hold a conversation in the rooms, let alone sleep. The key's didn't work, so I went back down stairs and they gave me 2 new ones - which didn't work either! 3rd time was the char, but it took more than 30 minutes and I was in a hurry to attend a meeting. Will not stay there again.

Terrible check in staff. No help to find my rooms. I had two heavy and lugged them around the property. Went back to reception and told that my room was on second floor. Staff couldn’t care less. Wanted to take a bath but water was lukewarm in hottest setting. Two bottles of conditioner but no shampoo. Not even a bottle of water in the room. Just not good

Nothing really wrong, staff was great, very little noise. Bed was uncomfortable, very firm, cheap pillows and faux bathroom tile was failing.

Property is in need of updating, large rooms but not very efficient.

Property needs some upkeep there was a water leak right outside our room in the hallway. The bathroom tub did not properly drain.

It's good for the price large room and clean

I have stayed here before and ejoyed my stays but this time i stayed in a room that seemed renovated without good use of space (double beds could have been bigger, better living room set up, bigger tv. I could hear people partying in the parking lot in early morning hours

We were told breakfast included for 5 and they charged us extra

The facility and rooms overall were great. We arrived on Friday around 3 pm. We noticed in the first hour the hot water didn’t work. We called the front desk and they said they’d send someone right away. By 6 o’clock they had still not sent anyone. We had tickets to a show and couldn’t wait. After a 5 hour car ride all we wanted to do was shower and couldn’t. We got back from our show around 10 and noted they had come while we were away and took the knob off the shower, which was odd. We went to bed and called again the next morning at 9. We cancelled morning plans while we waited as we all needed a shower. The finally came at noon to tell us they couldn’t fix it and moved us to another room, which took another hour. We still had a great trip and they staff at the restaurant were fantastic as well as the Frankly Frank show. The inability to take a simple shower for almost a day was just ridiculous. We ended up missing out on things while we waited for them on two different occasions over two days. The facility overall was great but the response and willingness to help is in a timely manner on something significant ruined some of the experience.

This would be my second time staying at the Alexis Hotel. And my family and my self had a great experience, the rooms are a nice size. I would stay there anytime
