La ricetta è pulita, l'unico difetto è la sospensione improvvisa dell'elettricità, non posso usare un elettricità, così che vivo al secondo piano.

Abbiamo fatto per motivi familiari e ci piaceva. Camera con doccia molto pulita. Pagando un supplemento di 6 €, ci hanno dato una con mini-frigorifero, snacks, cassaforte, quattro cucchiaini e acqua, si ringrazia. La notte abbiamo cenato un'incredibile hamburger al ristorante dell'hotel. Lo consiglio. Successivamente, camminando per un sentiero molto pulito sul retro, c'è un enorme Carrefour e fermata di treno vicino.

Dato un problema puntuale di canneria ha gestito con grande atteggiamento, simpatia e carisma il problema per diversi ospiti che eravamo in reception, che è buono quando vedi che le persone si sacrificano davvero e hanno una atteggiamento e una buona disposizione.

Location is great just a few minutes from Las Rozas Shopping Village, 25mins from the airport and only 20mins from the city of Madrid. Check in was smooth and I was helped by a lovely guy on reception. I didnt engage with many staff at this hotel but those I did were all friendly and polite. Guest room was on the first floor, shower was powerful although temperature of the water kept changing. Amenities are very basic, just shower gel and shampoo. You get 2 bottles of water that I found in the mini fridge. Bed was comfy and WiFi was pretty good but did buffer during busy times of day. Breakfast was a very simple affair. Few very greasy fried eggs and bacon or frittata under a heat lamp, then just cold meats, cheese, fruit, cereal and pastries. Plenty of coffee and juice. Negatives of the hotel.. 1. It was very noisy. Sound travels easily in this hotel. I could hear slamming doors, people walking about above my room, water pipes, even people coughing in other rooms, not ideal for light sleepers. 2. I had a do not disturb sign on my door but house keeping ignored this and came in while I was out to clean the room anyway. 3. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. 4. No plugs by the bedside.

El personal y las instalaciones del hotel están muy muy bien. Todo en general perfecto. Nos ha gustado mucho. Tienen que controlar un poco más los cuartos de baño que estaba sucio el váter. El resto muy muy bien. Las chicas de recepción un 10. El detalle del cafe 24 horas está muy bien. Fácil aparcar y gratuito. Hemos salido muy contentos. Por eso nos extraña comentarios malos anteriores. Gracias por todo

Es una buena opción a muy buen precio. No tiene nada especial, pero cubre la necesidades de un alojamiento de paso en el que descansar: amplio, cómodo y silencioso. El baño era bastante nuevo y muy amplio. El servicio correcto. Tiene parking incluido en el precio (aunque hay bastante aparcamiento gratuito en la zona) y ofrecen desayunos (cajitas que te suben a la habitación). Una buena opción en la zona.

Dopo essere arrivato molto tardi (midonotte) ho ricevuto la mia stanza e ho scoperto che era con un incredibile odore di tabacco ... Il desk front (Diego) mi ha chiesto se fosse possibile fare un cambiamento e lui era veloce per aiutare e cambiare la mia stanza ad un altro. Quello che mi ha dato ha due letti invece di uno, ma mi ha fatto sapere che il suo collega (Juan) mi aiuterà a cambiare in una camera da letto. La mattina dopo sono andato al divano e Juan mi ha detto che era già stato detto da Diego e solo per piacere aspettare fino a mezzogiorno per una buona stanza per cambiare le mie proprietà. Ho avuto un buon colazione - hanno una buona varietà di pane, ham e formaggio! - e quando ho finito di aspettare poco prima che Juan arrivasse e mi diede la mia nuova stanza che per la mia sorpresa era una suite più grande, sono andato al divano di fronte per vedere se era un errore, ma Juan mi assicura che era un aggiornamento complimentare per tutto quello che era successo al mio Sono stato così grato per questo e non volevo aspettare di fare questa revisione per sapere di questa gemma nascosta a Madrid Spagna. Vale 5 stelle non solo per le camere, ma soprattutto per le persone che lavorano in questo hotel che rendono onore all'industria ospite. Congratulazioni alla squadra di gestione di questo hotel per aver scelto grandi persone di essere al di fuori del desk come Diego e Juan.

As mentioned in other reviews, breakfast is definitely not their strong suit. Pancakes/waffles are quite stale, bacon seems old, bread is stale and staff is eager for you to leave. That being said, the room itself was ok. Mattress was very comfortable and shower was spectacular. The couch had some questionable stains (pics taken upon arrival), light switches (especially bathroom) are about to fall apart, ventilation system is visibly dirty. I hope improvements are made, because other than that, the place is ok!

Confortevole business hotel in posizione comoda con una buona selezione di ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Le camere sono pulite, la biancheria da letto è confortevole e la colazione è buona. Siamo stati due volte e torneremo in futuro.
