Nice place a little out of the way. Older but still nice. Beach area was nice. Restaurant is limited but food was good. Nice getaway for quite weekend.

Overall, I would highly recommend vista to anyone looking for a great deal without sacrificing quality - it's an absolute gem!

The resort was hit and miss and left me with mixed emotions. Starting with having to fill out a form while still sitting in the taxi at the entrance gate and having to walk with my bags From the road to the front entrance of the lobby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Facilities were quite nice with three pools and beautiful views. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and the hot water was on demand. There was limited staff. In a three night stay I never saw any maid service servicing any rooms on my floor and had to go looking for supply replacements. The food in the restaurant was hit and miss - good salmon, good tuna sandwiches, stay away from any salad and the club sandwich - and quite pricey. P420 for a basket of french fries. If you were sitting at a poolside table the view was great but you had to get up and go looking for the wait staff every time you wanted anything. No one ever came and checked on you. Everything, including the front desk, closed up at 9:30, lights off doors locked, so you couldn’t sit by the infinity pool in the evening and enjoy a beer and the night sky over the sea. it’s in a gated community and taxis struggle to find it. If you arrive after maybe 9 PM you can find the gates to the community closed and you may be walking the streets with your bags, not particularly comfortable nor safe. The facilities were well-maintained but the resort does not seem to be focused on the individual or small group spending a weekend and appears to be more interested in large functions.

Quiet, peaceful, and romantic. Really enjoyed the calm and relaxed feeling there. The staff was great and helpful and accommodating. The food is not spectacular but was decent and enjoyable. It is also not expensive nor are the drinks for a resort.

Not allow bring cake for celebration birthday if bring have corkage charges, and not allow bring outside foods and drink, that's fine but the restaurant don't have vegetarian and not much variaty of foods, don't have red wine, everything they just go to charges and not provided best service, the room no toilet paper only upon request, the big room with queen size bed is allow with 2adults and 2kids but not provide breakfast for kids.

DON'T STAY HERE!!! The sea view, the beach front, and the nice staff are the best things about this property. The worst are their policies: I was told at the front desk when I checked in that a 1500 Php cash deposit is required. Nowhere in Agoda's website or any emails from the property said that. Right off the bat, you get the message that they expect the worst from their clients that's why they have these antagonistic policies including no outside food and beverage allowed. The first thing I saw when I came into the room was a list of charges for damages and stained linens. And guess what? Our bed sheet already had stains on it! They care more about getting the most money from their guests than providing a comfortable and enjoyable visit. They certainly need to put more effort on improving their facilities. There is no lift. It is inconvenient to drag heavy suitcases up and down the stairs even if it's only one floor above. Although the property description says it was renovated in 2022, it still looks old and run down: big, dark stain from puddle of standing water on our balcony, dark spots around the rim of the second pool, peeling paint. There is a restaurant on site, but most of the items on the menu are not available. No other restaurants nearby except at the Reef Island resort next door. It is far from shopping and other activities. You have to call a cab to get around Mactan and Cebu. The property is well guarded: security at the gate won't let cars drive up to the front door. Taxi has to drop off and pick up at the street curb. I definitely will not stay here again and warn others to book elsewhere.
