A dire il vero ne ho viste alcune sporche in questa fascia di prezzo. Poiché c'erano dei capelli (più di uno) nella vasca da bagno e ho toccato uno strato di sporco nella vasca (nella foto), ho chiesto di cambiare stanza e mi sono trasferito in un'altra stanza. Le condizioni igieniche erano leggermente migliori L'hotel ha detto che stava causando problema per me e mi ha dato 2 scatole di latte puro (250 ml di Yili o Mengniu, non ho guardato attentamente, vale 5-7 yuan RMB).

L'esperienza è stata fantastica, sono arrivato all'hotel alle 8 di sera, il servizio era cordiale e mi è stato assegnato gratuitamente una camera con vista sul mare. La suite è ampia, pulita e ordinata ed è dotata di una piccola cucina e tavolo da pranzo. Questa tipologia di suite è molto adatta per una famiglia. Nel complesso molto confortevole!

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel diverse volte di recente durante viaggi d'affari e mi è piaciuto molto. Il nome dell'hotel "World Trade" riflette la disposizione e il nome del ristorante "Gaogaoshang" riflette la forza della cucina cantonese. La camera è pulita e ordinata, con servizi di supporto completi, spaziosa e luminosa. Il servizio dell'hotel è entusiasta e premuroso alla reception, aiuta a risolvere le difficoltà incontrate e conveniente Comunica spesso con i clienti sulla loro esperienza in hotel e migliora i servizi. L'intero soggiorno è stato molto soddisfacente.

Coco Wang was very professional and helpful. We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very large and clean it had a nice view.

Me and my family stayed at this hotel for the second time. The room was huge and the view was not bad. There aren't many facilities. The people from the front desk gave us a coupon for the restaurant located on the highest floor of the hotel. But, when we ordered food in the restaurant, the waiter only lets us order set meals, stating that they only do set meals but there is a menu of food that can be ordered individually. Also, the food in the set meals are also in the menu of food that can be ordered individually. We asked him can the coupons used for the set meals but he said he don't know and we need to ask the cashier ourselves. But, how would he not know if he is a waiter in the restaurant? Also, shouldn't it be him himself to ask the cashier can we use the coupons for the set meals instead needing us to ask? After that, when we paid the meal, it turns out we cannot use coupons for set meals. But, we can only order set meals. Then what is the point of giving us coupons for the hotel restaurant?

Excellent location in the city centre. Very spacious large room with river view . Free parking is rare these days in a busy city centre hotel . We have been coming back to this Sheraton hotel for many years.

Very nice hotel at this location

The main highlight of this hotel is the spacious and uncrowded swimming pool. There aren't many guests using the pool, so I can swim freely at any time. As for the guest rooms, they initially appear to be quite upscale, but upon closer inspection, there are many issues with equipment maintenance and cleanliness. None of the room's Wi-Fi connections work properly – either they can't connect at all or, if they do connect, there's no internet access. The microwave in the kitchen isn't properly cleaned and has a lot of grease on the handle.

It was a very nice place. The crew was very supportive and helpful... even when I had to cancel 2 the last 2 days because of plan changing, they didn't hesitate to repay me back. Very professional 👏

The hotel was really lovely, it was clean. Our air conditioner had a problem and as soon as we informed the hotel the fixed is immediately . I the rooms we very big really worth the money. It was easy to find The stuff spoke English which we highly appreciated .
