The reef is very close by to the airport. We have come by a little earlier than check in time. The receptionist •BLESS• she’s very helpful. Not only she upgrade us to a suite. She also show us what hospitality industry should be : in receiving us. The only downfall was the waiting time , the room was not ready Prior to 3 pm, so we have waited perhaps 2 1/2 hours. Nonetheless we make use of the time to have the sunshine by the pool and have a lunch in the kitchen. The set up of the hotel is very straightforward. It does not have a big area of facilities, but it has all its needed the kitchen, the gym, the pool Infinity pool the facing the ocean the little bit too small. Also the bakery the lounge and the spa. We did a massage at the Spa with booking previously was on the day before and they are flexible to change the schedules within the timeframe. The Masseur is amazing. They have great skill knowledge , every pressure point works! the design within the Spa is relaxing, overall the feel is great, neat clean and up to standardover experience with a competitive price we paid. I guess this is a 5 star hotel experience that I receive. Thank you to •Bless• again. She also help us to call a taxi in the end check out.
