Yellow River Yinran is a very nice quality hotel. It is very artistically designed (see photos). The reception staff were helpful, and in particular, the dining room staff were friendly in assisting a non-Chinese speaking guest with food allergies! The bed was comfortable, the room with a view onto the Yellow River. I would stay there again.

Everything was fantastic ,except for a moment where I got stuck in the elevator because I pressed the wrong floor to go to,thanks so much for helping me quickly and showing me such kind service😊😊 I reccommend to everyone

Impressed with the renovations Staff is very helpful and assisting Staff should be trained and taught basic English to cater for international travelers I will choose this hotel again when am Back in this city

We had a amazing stay. Lovely beds, shower and the food for breakfast was delicious and had such variation! The staff were incredibly helpful. Li Wenqiao was particularly superb!! He went out of his way to help us we any questions and needs we had during our stay (often before we even had the chance to ask!). This included sorting us out car hires in Lanzhou and beyond. Despite the language barrier he made a sincere effort to make us feel welcome and check we understood everything we needed to know. Wang Naipeng was also amazingly helpful! Coming to the rescue when we ordered takeout to completely the wrong place 😂 We wish were returning to Lanzhou again soon, so we could stay in the hotel again! :)

Great room . Restaurant is high standard, breakfast buffet has a lot of choices. Close to Yellow River. Easy taxi ride from Lanzhou west railway station

It‘s a super-clean hotel with modern (and I thought very tastefully designed) rooms overlooking the yellow river. There‘re no options to go out right at the hospital, but if you‘re willing to take a walk (or a short taxi-ride) you‘ll have lots of options. Train station 15 minutes by Didi in the morning. Downside for international travellers: It‘s all in Chinese, even the light-scenarios cannot be identified easily, the staff didn‘t speak a word of English. It‘s made up for with friendliness and online-translators.

非常不錯的入住體驗。交通也很便利。附近有蘭州中心和甘肅博物館，還有西站夜市，無聊時可以逛逛。房間內也是乾淨整潔，裝修的讓人眼前一亮，房內都是智能設備，用起來也方便，房間也很安靜，住着非常舒服。前台小姐姐服務態度也很好，很熱情，下次還會繼續入住

設施：非常差，首先攜程上的健身房和現場的健身房完全是兩回事。這是非常嚴重的虛假宣傳！其次，我在健身的時候，推拉桿掉落砸到了我頭上！而且健身房旁邊是其他公司，不是完全屬於酒店內部的。 服務：服務上，辦理入住時的小姐姐是很好的，解決態度也是可以的。但是，在健身房這個事情之後，值班經理在説了要給我登門道歉之後沒來，衹是打了電話。其次，剛開始他説要退房費也沒有（不是我主動提的，也不需要，我衹是要解決態度！）很堅定，説衹能第二天給我回復！我説了可以衹升房型，不需賠償後，之後的解決速度快了很多。第二天總經理也衹是打了電話。酒店的處理態度我覺得能給60分。 環境：衞生可以，但是換了普通套房之後房間的窗簾就在我打開兩三次之後就掉了一個角！總體評價來説，酒店的設施非常糟糕！酒店的服務態度還算不錯，可能是因為我本人比較好説話，但是總體來説，應該不會再去第二次！

每個房間裝修都不一樣，設施可能老舊了，有點有語音助手有的沒有，第二天住給升級了房間這點不錯，但是房間燈有問題，10點30分左右進入房間40左右打電話50左右來人查看問題修到11點10分左右拆了倆插座提出給換房間，然後就讓在底下拿一大堆東西在等，等到11:19還沒來人。

蘭州經停想去甘肅省博物館參觀，選擇了這家酒店，絕佳位置的酒店，酒店乾淨衞生，工作人員服務態度非常好，前台小鄭美女很貼心，給我升級了河景房，絕擺！樓上客房阿姨也很負責，房間出了問題，立即就安排人解決！房間視野好，乾淨衞生，妥妥的五星級標準！

來蘭州出差，很滿意的入住體驗，大廳很大，環境很好，前台甜甜服務好，非常有耐心，人長得也很漂亮，辦理入住快，房間設施齊全，床很舒適，床墊也非常軟，房間智能控制，還幫免費延時退房，很不錯! 很好的酒店，房間裏大桶水和小桶水都有，自己選擇，房間空間也大，採光非常好，房間很明亮，可以隔空欣賞黃河母親的雄偉壯闊。深夜食堂也很棒，蘭州牛肉拉麪太好吃啦，門口也有免費停車場，離地鐵站也不遠，旁邊1公里 就是大型商超，買東西也很方便。出行也很方便，非常推薦 房間裏衞生乾淨，細節到位，衞生間水壓大，出水也快，水温舒適，洗澡蠻舒服，房間也有無線網絡，網速也快，房間也配有桌椅，辦公非常方便，期待下次入住。棒!

黃河隱然酒店是我住過中高等酒店裡的佼佼者，從進大廳大門開始，就會有一個服務大使迎面走來詢問我有什麼需要幫助的，是否有預訂房間，有幫我解析不同價格房型的區別，這一點我覺得讓我非常親切。其次就是辦入住時，前台都能很清晰告訴我各個設施位置以及福利。客房大姐非常熱情，續住衞生非常到位。餐廳的夜宵和早餐味道很好，種類也很多。總體來説服務人員熱情，設施衞生完善，住酒店的客人可以考慮來這裏！
