Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast and too many food to choose from. Kids happy with the pool and overall it is an enjoyable stay for a family. Recommended hotel to stay!

I like Novotel hotel Taiping.it is 4 star hotel but feel like 5 stars.food delicious breakfast and the swimming pools are clean,Room is well decor and very comfortable.parking is free too.surrounding has lots of restaurants and food court.good stay

The hotel is in the heart of Taiping, good location, many restaurants and walking distance to beautiful places, also close to a park and a night safari zoo. The room is clean, but we didn't like the water bottles, I recommend buying water at the store. Free parking is a big plus when traveling by car. 酒店位于太平的中心，位置好，有很多餐馆，步行可以到达美丽的地方，也靠近公园和夜间野生动物园。 房间很干净，但我们不喜欢水瓶，我建议在超市买水。 开车旅行时，免费停车是一大优势。

Love the kids club and the swimming pool walking distance to a lot of eateries and taiping lake.

Location is good. Only thing the carpark for hotel at Level 6. Room is reasonable size and clean.

Everything is fine except the cleanines of the large window panel. The glass panel was covered up with fungus outside which is a shame for such a nice 180 degree unobstructed view !

Just a night stay. Can not say much but for 200 bucks for a room, everything just nice

The window is quite dirty but the location wise is pretty good as it is connected to a mall. However there nothing much to shop there as well. There are grab available in the area so you can travel easily also. I will recommend the dessert stall at the basement of the mall. You can also travel to coffee mill nearby, the espresso ice cream is a must try.

The room was cozy and quite spacious. The facilites are all in good condition.

Best hotel ever in Taiping. Every time back to Taiping surely stay here. But not sure is it trip.com getting lower price. The room location always assigned to last, far from elevator.
