Upon arrival we waited 30 minutes in a very warm reception before we were greeted with no cold water. However after the staff found us and started helping. They were really nice and I felt bad for complaining but we were on a romantic outing and needed some downtime after my wife had a miscarriage 2 days before birth. There was no chance of spa or massage as it was either fully booked or just not running. For the price I could get the same service down the road, but I'll have a room with a pool. So we went down the road and paid 120 ringgit for a room which opens onto a pool. It's all about comparing. And unfortunately this was money lost. But still a nice place just not worth the price.

A place exactly what we are looking for. The hotel surprised us with deco on our bed for our wedding anniversary and a cake in the fridge. Welcome drink & snacks were generous. They have the friendliest hotel staffs that I have ever seen. They treat you like their family. SPA , awesome breakfast & dinner with breathtaking views. Love the environment & peacefulness that we can enjoyed at Ambong2. Hope to revisit again . It’s a forever memory for both my husband & me❤️ Thanks Ambong2!

forest theme is strong, space arrange in room is very comfortable, forest and partial sea view is the best, amenities are just soso, service is ok, people are very nice, location is a little far from the cenang beach, grab can't come up to pick up and drop off from the room, need.to climb.

Ambong Rainforest Retreat is the best stay that I enjoyed the most for in all the hotels during my stay in Langkawi. The staff is very friendly, helpful and always very responsive to our request. Room given was spacious, clean and facilities well maintained.

Ambong Ambong hospitality is really 6🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Brought back home many fond memories of Ambong Ambong… 🥰🙏🏻👌🏻 We will definitely be back to your resort when we visit Langkawi next!

1. 酒店服務有五星級的質素，員工細心、笑容自然，每天六點還會來房間露台幫你點蚊香。有歡迎水果。 2. 設施只有三星級的質素。這酒店已開業12年設施有點老化。浴巾較為老舊。 3. 食物及環境都有五星級的質素。早餐豐富，有鮮榨果汁任飲。有熱帶雨林有無敵海景有天然山風，環境一流。

酒店外真的有猴子。非常奇妙的入住體驗
