Good hotel with nice view

We were stunned by the cleanliness of our given room. The room has old furniture. Luckily we were given a change of room after the complaints.

The hotel was old if the the bed was broken and in the middle of night we was so scared and it was easier to fix but one of the shoulder sleep in the sofa.

Place was nice and I enjoyed my stay but the exterior pictures are a bit misleading. I thought all rooms at this hotel were the villas over the water but they’re not. Look at the room type you want before booking. I ended up staying at a hotel when I thought I would be staying in one of these villas

Hotel was very near to airport. Hotel is quite rundown, not well maintained. Hardly see any guests in the hotel. Room is not of hotel standard of hygiene and cleanliness. Balcony is dirty and have rust. Sofa looks dirty, dare not sit on it. Cups were dirty and sticky. Toilet door was faulty too. Water heater has hot water sometimes. Staff was friendly though and helpful too.

We really didn’t expect what we faced there. Our check in time was at 3pm but when we reached there at 6pm they tried to hand us a different room which we didn’t even book. Later when we realised entering the room we asked for an explanation. The receptionist realised that she got caught and tried to explain that our room wasn’t free that’s why they gave us separate room. However they made us wait again and shifted to a new room. But that room was also no way a premium sea view chalet that I paid for. The Day was already over and ruined. We didn’t want to argue anymore as it wouldn’t work and we had plans to go out. So disappointing and untrustworthy.

We have been given a terrible room with all the old furniture. Toilet stained badly with balcony filled with cigarette butt's and leaves. I can't imagine having this kind of cleanliness. Having said that, Miss Hartini helped us change to a better clean room. We appreciate it very much. It is such the opposite, but housekeeping services really need improvement, glasses not cleaned, and amenities were not replenished. It is really unbelievable.

Don't stay. Very old hotel and not maintained. Not even cleaned properly.

If you want to stay at the Antique Hotel, maybe is good for you. Staff service was good and polite.

We were check in/ check out without bellman or any staff help for luggage although we have many stuff and a kid along. Room is dirty and poor maintaince, the cement from ceiling was drop on my family while we have a sit on the table and a hole was on the ceiling. Have small insect on the bed and bite my kid. Breakfast is ala carte and wasn’t impress. swimming pool not really clean. Staff is friendly. Definitely come back again!

Although the resort is a little outdated in terms of furniture, no room service, Ala- carte breakfast (limited options), for this 3 star hotel, we had a very comfortable stay. The island is small and everything is close by. Pantai Cenang is about 20 minutes from the resort, but for a relaxing stay, we will definitely be coming back. Extremely friendly staff and clean rooms.

we choose the seavirw room and the view is just nice. Nice choice for low price hotel and thec environment is good

1. Swimming pool was not ready during the opening time - staff was cleaning the pool. 2. Part of the pool water is not clean, even though the pool was cleaned in the morning. 3. Part of the room was stuffy, the desk with carpet-like cover was heavy with dust. However, 1. Customer service is top notch 2. Affordable for family or group of friends to stay

5 mins drive to airport, 15 mins drive to Cenang beach and 20 mins to Sky cable, so far…. location is good Staff service need to improve as more observation guest around. Cleanliness not really good. Breakfast have limited choices, ala carte with 03 sets only. Food is so so. However, thank you to receptionist to upgraded room for us.
